CDC guidelines for safety and security are strictly followed on this beautiful property. Additional cleaning and disinfection measures have been implemented to help ensure the safety of guests including blocking time between guests for maximum sterilization.

This beautiful spacious 3 bedroom guest house is located on the only private horse property in WESTHAMPTON Beach. This zen space is close to the Beach. You’ll love the coziness and the location. Situated on a birdwatchers paradise it's great for those who want to quietly watch small creatures. Bike ride to the beach and Main Street. Free use of Bayfield Farms Country Beach House bikes. Bikes are sterilized before and after each guests say. On site tennis and pool use are available when scheduled with owner for maximum privacy and safety for all. The property has hand sanitizer by each door and entrance to tennis and pool. If Tennis is your passion please bring your own equipment, including marking and touching your own balls. Pool area has it's own guest area for use. PLease bring your own beach towels to use.

1. This isn't a real working farm. The owner 'sometimes' has the horses on the property in their horse paddock. It's a beautiful sight to see them graze while watching the sunset off the back porch of guest house. No other domestic or farm animals live on this property. The pool and tennis court are on the main property and are available via scheduled times for optimum privacy and safety. Please check reviews from happy guests about this arrangement. This property follows strict CDC guidelines including all common areas sterilizing before and after each guest with the appropriate time allotted between guest stays. Anti bacterial soap and hand sanitizers are provided at each sink and all entrances. More than 4 persons in your reservation must be approved by owner. Any last minute additional guests (not approved by owner) beyond 4 are grounds for immediate removal and forfeiture of all rental monies. This isn't a party/share/group house. It's a private property with two separate living spaces. Owner lives in main house. Please respect their safety and privacy.

2. Before any monies are exchanged you will personally speak with the owner to discuss if the property nd your request is right for every one. If requested a contract is available and the owner (or an assigned pre-agreed upon representative) will greet you (using social distancing protocol) and share where you can retrieve the sterilized keys. Please be AWARE of internet Scams and don't send any monies unless you are comfortable with the above information being met.

Enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Bayfield Farms. The hosts were extremely warm and helpful. Perfect location as it is very close to both the town and the beach. The grounds are beautiful and accommodations very nice. Enjoyed the back deck watching the sunset. Would highly recommend.

Quiet neighborhood

Nice, cozy cottage secluded at the end of a quiet road. Within walking distance of the village.

Enjoyed the hospitality

Thank you BayField Farms. My stay was a much needed stress release get away. I really enjoyed waking up to see the horses grazing and hear the birds chirping. I appreciate the kindness and help suggesting where to go eat, explore and how to get onto the beach. I rode the guest house bikes all over Main Street and to the beach. So much fun. When high tide came in having the SUP board there to rent was an unexpected treat. I don't drive so the central location was easy access from the LIRR train and Jitney stops. I hope to come back at the end of summer.

Great Hamptons Getaway

This was the perfect destination for a long weekend trip from NYC. It's close to the town center as well as the beach, and we really loved how well outfitted the kitchen was for cooking. A+ would stay again!

Westhampton Weekend

We had a pleasant and relaxing stay at Bayfield Farms for the Thanksgiving long weekend. Lovely property with comfortable accommodations. We also enjoyed the wildlife that frequented the property everyday. The beach was close by and I took the opportunity to catch a sunset on the shore. Local amenities like the 7-Eleven, Best Market, Hampton Wines, and the Main St. Shops were minutes away. Would highly recommend for a vacation or just a getaway!

Even better than expected!

The property is absolutely gorgeous, and the hosts and a pleasure! Easy to communicate with, respectful of the fact that you’re on vacation, and completely present to whatever you need to be setup. Close to a gorgeous beach, town, and there are lounge chairs strategically placed around the property so you can fully relax. It is so quiet and serene. So much better than we could’ve hoped for. We will absolutely be staying here again!!

Best House Rental in Westhampton

This home was a perfect getaway for the weekend. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and excited about us staying. The home is clean and well prepared with all the conveniences you would need. I will be rebooking again in the near future. I

The house is well situated between town and the beach and was a great place for me and my family

The owner and his girl friend were warm and welcoming. They helped out when needed but also kept out of our way so while you are on someone's property you had more than enough room to breathe The house was cozy with great amenities (a/c, yard, basketball court, etc). The location couldn't be better as it was a 5 min ride to town in one direction and 5 min to the beach in the other direction (you could easily walk either in about 20-25min And of course the horses were a highlight (they were on the property the weekend we visited and the owner was great about letting our kids interact with them) There is a pool and tennis court that is shared with the owner so you have to work on his schedule but he was very accomidative Overall it was a great experience for our family

Nice time

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay here in 2016. Kayaking in the back was beautiful. The beach is close by and lovely. The owners were so accommodating and friendly. This is a quiet retreat for a couple or small family.

What a find!

After years of searching for a place to stay that we would look forward to returning to for our yearly vacation in Westhampton Beach, we have finally found it. Beautiful setting, great location, wrap around deck for relaxing and sunset watching, a really great house and hosts who are friendly and aim to please. We are definitely looking forward to returning.

What a wonderful vacation

We found Bayfield Farms by a fluke and are so glad we did. It was a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed biking over to the beach each day, and the L.I. beaches are the best in the world. Each evening after the beach we'd sit on the large deck enjoying a cocktail watching the sunset. The kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch, while we'd go out for dinners. We loved it and plan on returning again. Can't beat it!

My husband and I spent a lovely 3 days at Bayfield in August. I can not say enough about how the cottage and surrounding grounds were so peaceful and the fact that the beautiful pool and the bikes were available is a big plus. The cottage is so comfortable and has everything one could need. The hosts were very welcoming. We definately would like to stay there again sometime and recommend it highly.

Perfect Hampton Retreat

Stayed 4 days at Bayfield Cottage in Westhampton, NY. The spacious cottage was clean and well-stocked with everything you need/want. It is quiet and serene with access to the main house pool and tennis courts. The grounds are beautiful and the meadow view is spectacular especially at sunset. The owners are very friendly and informative . The beach is close by and access is quick.... gorgeous sand and great waves. The village is a pleasure to stroll about with ample local shopping and eateries. We highly recommend this wonderful property.

Great location, peaceful, relaxing...

We had a wonderful stay at Bayfield Farms. The house was comfortable, had plenty of room, and the horses in front of the sunset added to the atmosphere. Great location, with easy access to downtown and the beach. Hosts were very generous and accommodating, taking time to show us around the town, getting beach access, and providing helpful tips about things to do in the area. Very peaceful spot, where even the deer (and the bunny rabbits) felt free to prance about the property. Would highly recommend.

Owner grew up in Queens, moved to NYC and planned this space to enjoy their passion of riding horses. Horses are sometimes here when owners are home. This hand built property was added around the existing guest house and barn. It's a little slice of outdoor paradise. Fish, birds, box turtles and other wildlife are welcomed to this safe and quiet respite. Owners keep property clean, groomed and flowering. Owners enjoy pops of color when driving up after a long week of work in the city. Strumming the acoustic guitar and riding bikes to the beach to play volleyball are two favorite weekend activities.
