This beautiful spacious 3 bedroom guest house is located on the only private horse property in WESTHAMPTON Beach. This zen space is close to the Beach. You’ll love the coziness and the location. Situated on a birdwatchers paradise it's great for those who want to quietly watch small creatures. Bike ride to the beach and Main Street. Free use of Bayfield Farms Country Beach House bikes. Bikes are sterilized before and after each guests say. On site tennis and pool use are available when scheduled with owner for maximum privacy and safety for all. The property has hand sanitizer by each door and entrance to tennis and pool. If Tennis is your passion please bring your own equipment, including marking and touching your own balls. Pool area has it's own guest area for use. PLease bring your own beach towels to use.

1. This isn't a real working farm. The owner 'sometimes' has the horses on the property in their horse paddock. It's a beautiful sight to see them graze while watching the sunset off the back porch of guest house. No other domestic or farm animals live on this property. The pool and tennis court are on the main property and are available via scheduled times for optimum privacy and safety. Please check reviews from happy guests about this arrangement. This property follows strict CDC guidelines including all common areas sterilizing before and after each guest with the appropriate time allotted between guest stays. Anti bacterial soap and hand sanitizers are provided at each sink and all entrances. More than 4 persons in your reservation must be approved by owner. Any last minute additional guests (not approved by owner) beyond 4 are grounds for immediate removal and forfeiture of all rental monies. This isn't a party/share/group house. It's a private property with two separate living spaces. Owner lives in main house. Please respect their safety and privacy.

2. Before any monies are exchanged you will personally speak with the owner to discuss if the property nd your request is right for every one. If requested a contract is available and the owner (or an assigned pre-agreed upon representative) will greet you (using social distancing protocol) and share where you can retrieve the sterilized keys. Please be AWARE of internet Scams and don't send any monies unless you are comfortable with the above information being met.
