WATERFRONT DECK PERFECT FOR ENJOYING THE OUTDOORS! This three 3/2 Bath 3 bed/2bath is on The Water And Ready For Boating, Fisherman Or Nature Lovers! Ski Beach at Venetian Gardens is just a short ride to the basin. Your own dock just outside the back door.

The deck will be a favorite hangout with gas grill and outdoor furniture. The master bedroom is upstairs with king bed, private bath (separate shower and tub) and balcony overlooking the water. Beautiful laminate flooring upstairs! Downstairs are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Any guests over six, have a fee of $30 a night plus tax. We have options for additional bedding including a trundle bed in the living room and a roll-a-way kept in the upstairs master suite closet. The washer and dryer and cabinets are in the garage. We use the cabinets and a shelf in the garage for storage.

Winter season 2006 may be booked by the month: Jan 1 - 31, Feb. 1 - 28 and March 1 - 31. February may not be booked alone, but combined with the month before or after. We are considering transitioning to annual rentals, so short-term may not be available after Mary 8, 2005.
