Lovely break

Property exactly as shown in pictures. Clean and pool cleaned during our stay. welcome pack left which was helpful. Great location and wonderful views. was too cold to go in the pool but enjoyed sitting alfresco for meals Easy to access and travelling directions simple to follow highlt recommend the breakfast at O'Neills Irish Bar about a 10 min drive from property.

Lovely Villa and Sun

We arrived late and tired and found the welcome pack containing a few essentials for a drink and a snack much appreciated. The villa was clean and had everything needed for your stay, the pool area was well equipped with BBQ and plenty of chairs and sun loungers. Denise was most helpful with our questions. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within a couple of miles. Overall a lovely villa in a nice area, we would be more than happy to stay again.

Great Villa. Great location. A home from home

We loved Villa Stella and the area of Peyia, so we give it 5 stars - despite a few little niggles (toilet flushes, cooker a bit temperamental and the occasional pigeon) this was like a home from home - comfortable, well equipped, quiet location, plenty of space, a view of the sea and lovely pool and pool area. You will need a car,to get about, but the beautiful cystal blue waters of coral bay beach is 10 mins down the road, as is a great supermarket and a number of very good restaurants. But if you go up to Peyia town centre, you'll also find the Peyia Tavern restaurant which is a gem and well worth a visit. We hope we get a chance to return again to Villa Stella sonetime in the future.

Terrific villa

The villa was perfect for our stay. Although there was only 2 of us staying in the villa there was plenty of room for 6 people. Everything you need in the kitchen. Barbecue is gas and again big enough to feed 6. Our host popped by just to check everything was ok and then called back to tell us we could stay later on our last day if we needed to. So helpful to know. Would thoroughly recommend this villa and location.

Our 10 day stay.Property was very clean and pool was great. Plumbing completely packed up half way through so no running water to toilets and showers/sinks in house as tank on roof was U/S. got cold water back on the last afternoon there. There was a working external shower by pool and pool water to flush system.Would say the air conditioning in master bedroom is underpowered compared to other bedrooms, and positioned on one side of room which meant when sleeping in 30 deg high humidity half room cool other higher temp even whilst using fan as well, this is a minor issue though. Tried to call owners ref when power went out due to plumbing out of hours and crossed wires via what's app which put a major delay in getting this sorted. Other than those things our stay was great and all enjoyed, in end.

Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung des Hauses sind sehr gut. Es ist alles notwendige ausreichend vorhanden. Schöner großer Pool, der regelmäßig sauber gemacht wurde. Gasgrill vorhanden. Sehr ruhig und privat. Die Bäder sind sauber nur nicht auf dem allerneuesten Stand. Die Toilettenspülung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, funktioniert dann aber. Ausreichend Klimanlagen vorhanden. Als zwei Anlagen ausfielen wurde am nächsten Tag sofort reagiert. WLAN sehr gut. Sehr netter und schneller Kontakt per WhatsApp. Fußläufig (20 min) zu netten landestypischen Tavernen und Lebensmittelgeschäften. Großer sehr gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt mit dem Auto ca. 7 min. Strand ebenso lange.

Fabulous stay

Just returned from a fabulous summer vacation at Villa Stella in Peyia, Cyprus. The villa was clean and tidy with all the facilities and equipment for any visitor. The bedrooms were comfortable and all with the benefit of air con to cool you on the hot Cypriot nights! An en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom had a wonderfully invigorating shower and the family bathroom was equally refreshing with an over bath shower. The ground floor layout was excellent with a spacious, open plan layout, kitchen was well equipped with all the requirements to cook on holiday (if that's your thing!) and a downstairs WC is always welcome. Internet TV with lots of UK channels was great to keep up with the Tokyo Olympics and any of your fave soaps!!! The pool area was lovely with almost no neighbours overlooking as you soak up the sun. The pool itself was fab, a definite must during the heat of the day, a nice gentle slope to the deeper end helps if you have a less confident swimmer and you can keep an eye on any children from almost anywhere outside. A gas powered, clean, modern barbecue is provided if you fancy al fresco eating. If you plan to check out the local area then a hire car is a must as you are a fair old walk from anywhere, but a few minutes by road takes you to virtually anything you might need from beach to retail therapy!! Cyprus has a lot of things to offer and it kind of feels welcoming to UK tourists with familiar shops, restaurants and driving on the left! Try it all from Villa Stella as your base and you wont be disappointed!!

Great family villa

Great property. We enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing 2 week break here last month. Villa was clean with everything you could need. Fabulous location in Peyia with loads of wonderful restaurants locally. Just a short drive (5 mins) to Coral Bay and it’s nice bars/ restaurants/ beach and a perfect base for exploring all the other fabulous things Cyprus has to offer. Management is super efficient too :)

Super villa

La maison était super et correspondait très bien au descriptif. Elle est très bien équipée, moderne, très propre. Son emplacement est très bien pour découvrir toute la partie Ouest de Chypre. Idéale pour une arrivée tardive avec son boîtier à code pour récupérer les clés. Des produits de bienvenue nous attendait pour assurer notre 1er petit déjeuner. L’agence est très sérieuse et professionnelle.

5 star stay at Vila Stella!

We were very impressed with both the accommodation and the local area. Villa Stella was spotlessly clean with lovely views looking out to the sea. The villa was well equipped with just about everything you would expect to help make it a real home from home during our stay. There was a wide selection of channels to choose from on the TV, and the beds were very comfy. The real star of the villa, however, is the fantastic swimming pool which saw plenty of action during our stay! It was a perfect size and depth for a five year old confident swimmer who loved jumping in and out of the water. The location of the villa meant that, despite surrounding villas nearby, the pool area was not overlooked at all. I would argue that you definitely require a car when staying in Peyia for the necessary trips to the supermarket and beach etc, but getting around is very easy. The beach at Coral Bay is lovely and sandy and the water is fantastic for swimming, or generally just playing about in! We spent a couple of days at Aphrodite Water Park in Paphos which was very much enjoyed by all. The slides are varied and fun and the staff were all great with the kids. One nice innovation was that you don't need to carry any cash with you as any bills for food/toys were scanned onto a wrist band and you paid on your way out. We enjoy sea food and would highly recommend Ocean Basket in Coral Bay for well priced & delicious menu. Oniro By The Sea is also recommended for eating/drinking. It has a fantastic setting looking out over the sea caves and the ship wreck in the bay. We took a very scenic drive to Latchi in order to hire a motor boat from Latchi Watersports. I can't praise the staff there highly enough, who were very friendly with a very high level of expertise. Would highly recommend this particular company for any boating/snorkelling needs. Both Gary, who cleaned the pool, and Louise who changed the linen etc were very helpful with tips and pointers to help us enjoy our stay. They were both very nice and friendly which again helped us to enjoy our stay. We all liked the atmosphere and friendliness of the local people and will definitely be returning to Cyprus in the near future.

we echo the views of my sister Kerry and her partner Dale in that the villa was fantastic and a real home away from home. we thoroughly enjoyed the privacy provided at the villa and the tranquility of the area,but within a short drive there was a wide selection of restaurants and bars. we would recommend reading the guest book as there are plenty of suggestions of great places and restaurants to visit and also the ones to avoid. the manager was fantastic and gave us some great tips of places to visit and eat and was very welcoming when we arrived. it was our first holiday for a few years and after a stressful year was a really nice and relaxing break. we enjoyed it so much we have booked for next yr and are looking forward to it.

Excellent!

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at Villa Stella and have had a wonderful time! The villa is well maintained and spotlessley clean. It has everything that you could need and the location is peaceful and relaxing. We have stayed in several rental villas in the Coral Bay area and this one was by far the best! Gary and Louise who manage the property were really helpful and friendly too.
