With 7 private bedrooms spread throughout this beautiful home, there’s plenty of space for your whole group to spread out. The primary suite on the main floor features a plush king-sized bed, a 4K Smart TV, large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and a spacious closet for you to unpack your things. The ensuite bathroom offers a large Jacuzzi tub where you can soak your worries away.



The main floor also has two other bedrooms, each with two sets of full-sized bunk beds. These rooms are ideal for the younger members of your group as they are perfectly set up for slumber parties!



The remaining four bedrooms are on the second floor. One of these spacious bedrooms features a king-sized bed, large closets, and a smart HDTV, while another contains a queen-sized bed, its own large closet, and a smart HDTV. The final two bedrooms each have two queen-sized beds in each, offering plenty of room for guests.



☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆



With 4.5 bathrooms, your whole group will have ample space to freshen up between outdoor adventures. The primary suite bathroom features a large Jacuzzi tub, so you can enjoy a hot soak after a refreshing dip in the pool. The three other full bathrooms each contain a shower and/or tub. There is a convenient half bath located near the front door to cater to the common areas as well as a small bathroom with a shower in the game room, so you can quickly rinse off when heading indoors.

Make all your meals in the stylish kitchen which boasts stainless steel appliances, custom wood cabinets, granite counters, and an elevated breakfast bar. Start your morning with a cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee machine. Keurig capsules will be provided so you don’t have to worry about picking any up.



Share meals and laughs around the spacious dining table that comfortably seats 8. There’s also seating available at the breakfast bar. The kitchen space flows effortlessly into the living room.



With lovely attention to detail that brings the tranquility of the outdoors inside, this professionally designed lounge offers plenty of seating for your whole group. There’s a large sectional sofa as well as a smaller plush sofa. This is the perfect space to sit back and spend time with your group. Watch a show on the flat-screen Smart TV or use the high-speed wifi to get some work done or plan the next day’s adventure.



Enjoy some friendly competition with your group in the large game room. Located on the main floor but tucked away from the rest of the rooms, this room features a ping pong table and video games to provide hours of entertainment.

Open the double French doors from the living room to step out into the large yard and enjoy the ultimate outdoor living experience. Enjoy a cooling dip in the private pool, or soak in the new 7 person hot tub while the little ones run around in the yard. In the evening, this is the perfect place to sit back with a glass of wine and warm your toes in front of the fire pit while the chef of your group grills some food on the BBQ.



Bringing a boat? You’ll find 2 boat slips available just behind the house, so you can make the most out of your lakefront getaway. The inlet next to the home provides access to Lake Hamilton.

Guest Access:

As a guest, you can enjoy access to the entire home, including free wifi, Smart TVs, the private pool, private 7 person hot tub, the large yard, the dual boat slips, the fire pit, and the BBQ. There’s plenty of parking available, including a driveway and free street parking. Check-in easily thanks to the Smart lock system.



The Neighborhood:

Garland County is located in the U.S. state of Arkansas. As of the 2020 census, the population was 100,180. The county seat is Hot Springs.



Garland County comprises the Hot Springs, AR Metropolitan Statistical Area. The county includes Hot Springs National Park, the only national park in the state of Arkansas as well as the first property to be protected under federal legislation. A law was passed in 1832 supported by President Andrew Jackson to preserve this area, even before Arkansas was admitted as a state.

Please note that the pool is currently closed for the season and will reopen in May 2026. In the meantime, guests are welcome to enjoy the hot tub, which remains fully operational and available year-round.



Grill & Fire Pit Propane Notice

Please note that we cannot guarantee propane availability for the grill or fire pit during your stay, as tank levels may vary between guests.

If the tanks are low or empty, local grocery stores and gas stations nearby carry refills or replacements, which are easy to pick up if needed.
