YET ONLY A MILE TO KONA
Many love the easy and level stroll, run or bike to the historic center of Kona. (Hint: try the 2 dollar town “trolley”). Where the iconic Black Stone Church and the Queens Palace stand. And plenty of good shopping, restaurants, bars, live entertainment and a lively farmers/crafts market in the center of town.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME (and free wireless)
Your King Studio apartment is a private end unit with Central Air Condition, free Wi-Fi, free Phone calls to anywhere in the U.S.and gated Indoor Parking. With its 9’ high ceilings and large Lanai (Porch) it is quite spacious. A welcome kit of soaps and paper products makes you first days very convenient.

A full-size Kitchen and Dining Bar is stocked with appliances and utensils. A large Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Stove with a large Oven, perfect for cooking and baking. The full length Closet and dressing area has a convenient Washer/Dryer and a separate Vanity area. The full-sized bathtub/shower has it's own private room. The apartment is Wheel-Chair accessible.
You’ll certainly be spending a lot of time on the Lanai, with its tropical garden and horizon ocean views. There is a wet bar with sink to rinse your sandy swimwear and sandals off. And a nice patio set with four chairs for refreshing dining. Along with a couple of nice lounge chairs.

ROYAL SEA CLIFF RESORT AMENITIES
The Resort is beautifully maintained,. You can walk the central gardens with palms, mangoes, and a stream with waterfalls and pools along your way. There are beautiful high walkway vantage points over the gardens. As you reach the Ocean, there are two large Swimming Pools, fresh-water or salt water, directly on the Ocean Front. They have Cabanas, a jetted spa, covered dining, professional BBQ areas,. Plus a Ping Pong Table, a Tennis Court, and a Game Room. The Lobby computer with a printer is free for your use.

A great base of operations from which to explore the west side of the big island. Plenty of room for 3 people. The full kitchen was a huge plus since there are limited food options within walking distance. Great communication from the host with lots of tips for new visitors to the area.

Great accommodations

We stayed for a 3 week vacation. We absolutely loved our stay, and Tom is an amazing person to work with! I definitely recommend staying here if you plan on vacationing in Kailua Kona.

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was quiet, relaxing, had everything we needed,& in a good location. Tip, the easiest way to find the unit, after entering the parking garage, is to just park outside the unit, and walk up the steps, rather than finding/using the elevators.

We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed, plenty of space for the two of us, including the most comfortable bed. Very quiet here. Handy to have washer and dryer and nice size kitchen and very bigh covered linea. We would definitely love to come stay in this unit again!

Perfect location & excellent place to stay

The accomodations at this condo were fabulous and it is in the perfect location. Its close to multiple beaches, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed having a kitchen to cook breakfast and make coffee on days we didnt eat out and especially appreciated having a washer and dryer. The patio has a view of the ocean and it was wonderful waking up and being able to see the view from the bed. The host was wonderful and was extremely responsive to questions we had and even recommended restauants to go to. Definitely recommend!!

Great condo! Stay here!

Our condo was awesome! The nice house cleaner did a great job, the condo was very clean. Has a great lanai with a view. The owner was a treat to deal with and very attentive to any of our needs! The only caution we have is the bed, it’s so comfortable you might not want to get out and start your day!!! 😉 He has everything you’d need for the beach and pool! Stocked nicely and easy load and unload location! Definitely recommend this unit for any couples looking for a beautiful Kona vacation!!!!

Small studio

This is a small studio with a King Bed and a couch that makes a twin bed. The King Bed has 3 inch foam pad on top of mattress which makes so you feel every movement of other person The sheets need upgraded very old and scratchy. Towels are good. Beach towels and toys were great. This is small unit only one chair to watch tv in not in bed. Only about a 2 feet of useable space around bed. Good for only a couple with small child. Not great for 2 adults.

Very clean and nice studio. I really appreciated the full-sized washer-dryer rather than a small stackable unit. All of the other appliances, like the dishwasher and fridge, also were high-end. Gorgeous views of the sunset from the lanai. Royal Sea Cliff all the way around is definitely a nice facility. I really like the location on Alii Drive. It's close enough to town to walk (less than 2 miles) but far enough away that you don't get all of the tourist traffic and congestion.

Great, comfortable, quiet place with nice beach gear included

We passes a week,there, to visit the island. Owner was responsive and all indications were clear and detailed. The beach gear is complete and we enjoyed using it. Would recommend the place for anyone who wish a quiet place to rest and chill after visiting some parts of the island

Great stay for a family of 3!

We spent our spring break in Kona and we loved our stay. The unit had everything we needed from linens and towels, to all basic kitchen necessities, to beach must-haves (towels, umbrella, chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, etc.), to ocean facing lanai where we had every meal, to ocean side pools and BBQ! We were within 10 minute drive of 3 types of beaches that had fun waves, awesome snorkeling, or a calm lagoon with watercraft rentals. Tom was available and attentive! We'd love to come back!

Great location.....nice property.

This is a nice little condo. The location is close to town. It has 2 very nice pool areas to relax by and a nice lanai. The only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars is because the bathroom could have used a little updating.

Perfect for what we needed

Great location in Kona. Property was clean, easy parking. Specific unit was exactly what we needed including a kitchen allowing us to save money on meals. It's a couple miles from the main area downtown, close enough for a walk if you're up for it but far enough away that you're not impacted by the hustle and bustle of the downtown activity. Communication and details from Tom, the landlord could not have been better. We will very likely go back.

I sold it and moved to the San Francisco Bay area.
I invested in homes in San Francisco, Ca. and Park City, Utah.
Loving the outdoors and nature naturally drew me to Hawaii.

Beautiful maintained and superly designed and on best part of the Ocean and Coast. It is the closest Resort to Kona, (easy walk) that still feels like a tropical paradise.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This Architecture is the best of the modern styles. It works so well with the Land and the Ocean, and the ancient Lava Flow Bluff. Though the buildings look imposing, they are not over 25' tall at any one place. Only a few Studios were built, and are special since they are always at the end of the wings, surrounded on three sides with lush tropical vegetation. Very private and very peaceful.
