This home is a beautifully renovated property. It has 4 bedrooms on the second level and one murphy bed on the first. This property sleeps 11 comfortably, but if needed there is a double sized blow-up mattress for your convenience.There is a one car garage and lots of convenient parking. The free shuttle bus is within walking distance. We do not believe in hidden charges.... so there is no extra payment for cleaning, internet, etc. We charge a per night fee and VRBO adds their fee and Colorado and vail taxes

Perfect Family Location in East Vail

This property fit our family of 7 perfectly. Very roomy and kitchen was a dream. Kids loved area and heated pool. Great proximity to free bus which was used every day. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Perfect Getaway

We loved staying at this property! The location was so convenient to the Vail bus route making is very accessible. We loved the hot tub and fireplace, making it very cozy. The finishes were great and my family and I had more than enough room to spread out.

Well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub! Sidewalk & driveway shoveled every day.

Margee was very accommodating, punctual and a great communicator. Location was great to enable us to ski at a variety of resorts.

Great trip, great accommodations

This property does not disappoint. One of the nicest houses we've rented. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. House was clean and located conveniently to the Vail shuttle. Communication with host was excellent. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Home is beautifully remodeled! We loved our stay and were very comfortable. As described!

Great home and location!! About a 10 minute drive to Vail Village. We rented a car for transportation but bus transportation is also available. Owners are great communicators and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Great home...will definitely stay here again!!

Great ski vacation

We were a group of eight and fit comfortably. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was walking distance to the Vail transportation. Just ten minutes to the ski resort by car. Very nice and responsive owners.

Amazing property in ideal location

This property is even better than the pictures! The set up is a great for a group of friends or a large family. The hot tub out back is magical with the snow all around and the owner has thought of everything that you may need while you are staying. High end kitchen appliances and great communication! We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful updated townhouse!

Large updated townhouse 5 bdrms/ 3 baths plenty of space for 7-8 adults Loved the large deck/ hot tub, custom kitchen , well- stocked & even a steam shower in master bath! Quiet townhouse complex just 5-10 min easy drive to Vail Village Would definately stay again ! Host Margee helped w/ recommendations around the area for hiking/ restaurants, great communication & prompt answers to Q’s

Perfect condo for our family

We stayed in this condo with another family of four and couldn't have been more comfortable. The location is perfect for our kids(8-11) because big horn park is 2 minutes away. We rode our bikes into vail village several times and took the bus back when we didn't feel like riding up hill home. The home is beautifully furnished and the owners were extremely responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend staying here.

We do love living near Big Horn Park. The playground is entertaining for our whole family, and the hiking trail up the mountain to the waterfalls is also a beautiful hike that is close-by. We are happy that you were comfortable in our home. It is a wonderful place to escape to.

Great Stay in East Vail!

This house is absolutely wonderful. Room for 4 couples to have a private space and an additional room for singles/children. The living/kitchen/dining space is very open so you can feel connected to the group at all times. Margge was an amazing host and accommodated timing to help get our 11 month old guest get to his nap on time. You can't beat the value for the location either. Thanks so much!

Vail's Best Kept Secret

To say this house was amazing is the understatement of the year. For the price, you can't do better. Absolutely adorable, awesome location, and in ground hot tub! We honestly didn't even want to give it such a good review because we want to rent it again and again. We would love to keep it our little secret! Seriously you will not find a better town home on Vail!

Just what we wanted

I would definitely recommend staying, this place was perfect! We filled the place with 11 people and everyone fit comfortably, there was plenty of room. The busing was great so we could all come and go as we wanted. It was nice to have a washer and dryer so we could do laundry and not pack for a full week. The kitchen was great, we cooked breakfast and dinner every day. The owners were also exceptional with responding quickly to all my questions! Thanks for everything we had an amazing time!!

Beautiful interior, well laid out.

Extended family trip with kids. Home had everything we needed and was in great condition. There are some nice toys, books and games for young kids, if you happen to underpack. Note they have a Keurig rather than drip coffee maker. The upstairs rooms sleep a little warm some nights, even with windows open. Other than that small issue a perfect place for a vacation. Owner is friendly and helpful.

I am so glad that you had a nice time and the kids found some of the toys and games. The reason that we have the Keurig instead of a traditional coffee machine is that I was concerned about people forgetting to turn off the machine. The Keurig is wonderful because everyone can also have their own style of coffee... decaf, regular, flavored, hot chocolate, etc.... and the coffee tastes good. Usually summer nights in Vail are much cooler as soon as the sun sets, the temperature drops which makes for very comfortable sleeping. We do not have central air at our place because it is so rarely needed. However, on those few nights when the temperature does not drop, there are portable fans in the linen closet in the upstairs hallway that can be positioned near your bed to cool you off. We stayed here for about a week at the beginning of January for skiing in Vail. Location couldn’t have been better, the walk to the bus stop was not long and the property had plenty of space and amenities for snow sports. Hosts were very gracious and the perpetrators was awesome, and fit us perfectly. We were happily surprised to have plenty of leftover food/condiments/house supplies for use, and we ended up leaving a few food items for the next guest to return the favor. Hot tub was a great addition. Very fun !

Amazing Vail vacation!!

We had a fantastic stay at Jay and Margge’s lovely home! Our two families (4 adults and 5 older teenage boys) had plenty of space, even with all our ski gear. The private hot tub was perfect - great jets in an idyllic setting. Of the dozen plus VRBO rentals we’ve stayed in, this one by far was the most welcoming and had tons of extra amenities for guests. The remodeling job is also very nice and even better than the pictures make it seem. The kitchen is set up to accommodate a large group and is very well appointed. We absolutely loved it! Location was great, and it was easy to get to Vail either by car or the free bus. We would definitely stay here again if we ever have the opportunity and highly recommend this property.

Amazing house and host

We had a group of 8 here and every single one of us LOVED the stay. The house was amazing and well-stocked. There were toothbrushes, robes, slippers, towel warmers, sanitary items, hand warmers, the list goes on. The host was very responsive and helpful and the house is an easy 5 min walk from the shuttle that we used to get into vail village at night for dinner. The pictures don’t do this house justice, the kitchen and living room are way bigger than the pictures suggest. Same with the bedrooms. Even the neighbors were very kind and helped us jump start our car! Can’t say enough good things about this stay.

Magical Home

Everything about this home is perfect. It's even more beautiful than the pictures. It is fully stocked and you don't need to bring a thing. It's super clean, the hot tub works great, everything is new and remodeled. The only downside is my love for real wood burning fireplaces...this one is gas. But nonetheless it provided nice ambiance and warmth and ease. This home is in a convenient location to Vail ski resort (about a 10-15 minute drive). The shuttle stop is a short walk as well. I've rented many mountain condos and this one is superb.

Updated Beauty

We rented this condo for 4 nights to attend a friends wedding in Vail. There were 3 couples and a single. All the beds were very comfortable! The owners even supplied soft and firm pillows for your liking. As stated, the unit has been completely remodeled and upgraded with high end appliances in the kitchen and all the cooking supplies that you would want or need. It also has a brand new washer and dryer on the second floor. When we weren't attending wedding festivities, we loved drinking our coffee on the deck in the morning and relaxing in the jacuzzi at night! The stars were phenomenal! The bathrobes they supplied were just great when getting out of the jacuzzi with the crisp air. The community pool is just a few steps away too. The main living area is very comfortable with a great sectional, leather chairs and a nice, big flat screen T.V., which by the way, was very easy to use and navigate. The location couldn't have been better for us. We never used the Vail bus system to get into town because we had a couple of cars wth us, but friends of ours have used it and said its great. All in all, we had a lovely stay here and I would highly recommend this home to anyone!! Book it as soon as you can. I think this home will go quickly!

Spring Break @ Vail, BC, and Breck

We stayed here for our 4th family ski trip to Colorado over spring break. This house was by far the family favorite from all of our other VRBO experiences in the past. Margge was more than responsive and helpful prior to the visit as well as during the visit. The house is very modern and maintained. We have never had a rental that came with such a stocked kitchen although we necessary use it because we have become accustomed to the exact opposite. There was a partially stocked beverage fridge and bar as well that I assume will remain as long as guests do not abuse it. We spread our time between 3 ski resorts. We skied Vail for 3 days and used the Vail shuttle buses while doing so. The walk from the house to the bus stop is typical for other surrounding resorts. We did not like that the Vail buses drop you at the Vail transportation center instead of the base of the mountain like other surrounding resorts. This made the walk longer than it should have. We drove over to Beaver Creek 2 days and paid for the parking in the Ford Parking Garage. The 25 min drive was not bad at all. We drove to Breckenridge the last day of skiing (approx. 45 minutes). This will definitely be my family's first pick for future trips to the Vail area.

We owned a condominium in Aspen since our children were two. We loved the winter activities and the summer weather. However, as the family grew bigger, our condo in Aspen was just too small for us to enjoy together. We found this place in Vail which has exceeded our expectations. Now the whole family plus all the grandkids have a place where we can be together summer or winter. We love the ease of getting around with the free shuttle, we love the space that we have made in our home, and we enjoy all the activities that Vail has to offer.

When we had decided to sell our Aspen property and buy in Vail, it was because the skiing is phenomenal, the summer concerts are wonderful, and the Vail Valley has activities for everyone to enjoy. When we found this place, we felt that there was so much potential to make it our own. We added a bedroom above the garage, we gutted the kitchen and proceeded to develop a cozy intimate comfortable place where we could have everyone together. Since buying in East Vail, we have met many people in this area, and they all enjoy the same activities as us.... mountain biking, hiking, exploring the trails, skiing, listening to 1st rate music, and enjoying wonderful restaurants.
If you are active, or just want to sit beside the fireplace, listen to music, or sit in the hot tub, then our place will exceed your expectations.
