This private condo is located on the fourth floor. This condo also includes 2 personal backpack beach chairs!

The Sterling Shores Association has scheduled a weatherproofing project for the exterior of the building. The painting portion of the project will begin on June 1st and is estimated to be completed by the end of September 2025. During this time, Vacation Homes won't be directly affected, though Guests can expect to see activity around property. The next phase of the project will begin on August 11th, on the balconies and walkways, at which point Guests will experience loud noise from the project and closures of certain areas and balconies. The waterproofing project is expected to be completed by March 2026. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the project to provide the best vacation experience possible. The living room leads to the private balcony, which offers some of the most beautiful views in this part of the beach community. The wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling windows also allow you to take in those views from multiple locations throughout the home. The dining area has seating for six with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware for you and your family to make memorable meals from the comfort of your vacation home.

The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and a private balcony entrance. The private master bathroom has a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and vanity. The guest bedroom is coolly outfitted in surfing decor, and it features two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. Just steps from the guest bedroom are the centrally located guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a vanity.
