Pelicans Landing is situated on Shore Drive, a popular area of Myrtle Beach. Complex features two pools (courtyard & beachfront) and children's play area with clean men's and women's restrooms by the courtyard pool and play area. Building has elevator and multiple large luggage carts for easy move-in. 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo just across the street from the ocean with an ocean view! 2nd floor end unit with lots of windows and natural light. Condo sleeps 8 people (king bed, full bed, 2 twin beds and sleeper sofa). Unit also includes full-size washer and dryer, wet bar, Cable TV in all rooms (Smart TV/DVR in living room), fast WiFi and balconies off living room and master bedroom. The main living/dining area and two bedrooms have recently been updated. The stove, washer and dryer have also been replaced within the last three years.

Across the street from the popular 'Ocean Annie's Beach Bar' and a few beach steps from the Apache fishing pier. Close to the famed 'Restaurant Row' that serves some of the best seafood in South Carolina. Close to the Myrtle Beach Airport and over 100 golf courses.

Minutes from the Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach shopping/dining and entertainment spots.

Entertainment in these areas features the Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, Pelican's Minor League Baseball, House of Blues, Hard Rock Cafe, Myrtle Beach Skywheel and many other options for adults, teens and families with children.

Great Stay

The condo was very clean, check in was simple and so was check out. Had a very small issue and it was taken care of quickly. Beach is a short walk and my family loved it. We would definitely stay here again when we come back. Thanks for the great stay.

Great Condo

The condo was very clean. The furnishings are nice. This is an end unit with extra windows. We could see the ocean from the living room deck.

Beach getaway

Perfect Beach Getaway

Wonderful week at Pelicans Landing’s ! Our experience with Carly was flawless, from initial inquiry to our checkout ! Condo is situated just across the street from beach access . Proximity to Ocean Annie’s Beach Bar was ideal. Throwing in some golf made the week perfect ! Will definitely be back !

Comfortable and convenient

Although it can use some updating (flooring and front screen door handle) it was comfortable for 6 adults. Very close to the beach. Amenities were great such as full kitchen with so many dishes and pots and pans etc. and the washer and dryer and dishwasher were awesome to have. I thought it was wonderful for the price. The hosts were friendly and responded to all emails quickly. We were very satisfied.

Winter Stay in Myrtle Beach

I property was exactly as described. The hosts were friendly and prompt to respond to any questions. The location across from the beach was wonderful, we went for a walk almost daily. The home was clean and although a little dated was decorated nicely. We enjoyed our stay and would stay in the area again.

Thankful for such a sweet place for Thanksgiving

We booked this for our family Thanksgiving trip and were not disappointed. Everything was exactly as described. When we arrived, we followed the steps sent to us and were able to enter with not trouble. There were clean sheets on each bed for us to use. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, cups, pots and pans, etc. The beds were comfortable to sleep in, the TV was easy to operate and the cable and streaming services was awesome. The WiFi worked great for our online shopping. I highly recommend this place and we have marked it as a favorite for future reference.

Everything you Need

From the moment of booking, the communication with the property owners was excellent. Provided comprehensive and clear instructions about the property. Everything that you could think of you might need for a family stay was provided and more. Also within walking distance of all amenities. Would definitely stay again

Family friendly - ages 2 to 70

This property had everything the listing described. Great location. Loved the 2 onsite pools, one of which is across the street and right on the ocean. Owners were easy to work with. 3 bedrooms were great for us: kids in one, partner & I in another, and my dad in the third. Rooms were super quiet too - my 2 year old was able to nap without disruptions from us in the other room. Great place to stay!

Myrtle Beach in a Quiet Neighborhood

This property is within easy walking distance to the Beach. On the plus side: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and another bathroom without a shower. The kitchen is stocked with enough plates, pans and utensils. The unit has a lot of windows so it is light and the views are pleasant. On the downside: The kitchen floor is very old and dirty. The primary bedroom's bathroom shower area is moldy in places. Other than that, the location is good if you like a quieter neighborhood. Parking is always available.

Everything it says it is

Perfect vacation! Location: 2 min walk to the ocean or 20 second drive to the public parking access. Apache Pier is 10ish minutes up the Beach or walk down the Beach to Annie’s bar with live music. A 20 yard diversion from your walk to the beach you have a souvenir shop, coffee/ice cream shop/restaurant/ABC store & convenience. You can take the back road to the tanger outlets, seafood buffet or putt putt. The location with a definite feel of low crime is a hidden gem! The actual condo: relaxing! An enclosed foyer greeted you with the locked laundry room. As soon as you open the door you come to the first bedroom, my daughter enjoyed having some space from her brothers! The beds were fairly comfortable with plenty of room. The living room area has plenty of room for my family and the screened in porch was a bug free breath of fresh air! We cooked in the kitchen with a side view of the ocean and grilled out back. The only reminder I would pass along is to bring trash bags, paper products like toilet paper and dish soaps. Pots, pans and every thing else you could use is available. We had only a few minor things come up, like a slow drain and loose closing refrigerator door. They were no big inconvenience and was passed along at check out. Dialogue with owner: thoughtful, fast, friendly and wonderful to work with. Overall: We will be back! One of the best Vrbo experiences so far!!

Friends vacation

Elevator was out of order due to being hit by lighting. This was not owners fault but we made due and had a great time. Relatively close to the beach. Carly quick to answer emails.

Great place, right off the beach

Week visit for high school baseball. Great location, quite, easy 20 minute drive to Cal Ripken with out all the craziness of Myrtle Beach hotels.

Comfy Condo close to Beach

Carly is an exceptional host. The condo is a comfortable getaway. The building has an elevator enabling accessibilty for everyone. The condo is quaint and if you have children, it has a room for every age. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, utensils, cups, toaster, and as mentioned everything you will need to fix a complete meal. We stayed during the off season and the environment was quiet and peaceful. The condo is a short drive to Kroger and restaurants. There is a small package and liquor store within walking distance. As well as a bar and restaurant. This location is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach.

We are Robert & Carly Johnson and currently live in Saint Augustine, FL. Robert is originally from Philadelphia and Carly is from Buffalo. We were married in September of 2012. We welcomed our first child, a boy, in March 2017 and our second, a girl in June 2019.

Robert has been traveling to Myrtle Beach with his family since he was young. The entire family still takes a vacation to Myrtle Beach every other year so everyone can spend a week together. Choosing Myrtle Beach as the location for our vacation home was an easy decision.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We chose this property because it's in our favorite Myrtle Beach location. It's the perfect family area and centrally located minutes from all the great entertainment/shopping/dining hot spots. The complex has a great pool and offers a relaxed setting but is just steps from the beach and a beach bar/live band should you choose. We've put a lot of work into the place and look forward to updating the condo over the years for an even more enjoyable experience for all.
