This house features:
Master bedroom #1 - 1 king bed, 32" smart tv, and attached master bathroom with garden tub.
Bedroom #2 - 1 queen bed
Bedroom #3 - 1 full bed and 1 twin bed
This is a 2 story home with 15 flights of stairs (see pics).
Total 3 bedrooms (all upstairs) and 3 bathrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) that can easily accommodate 8 people comfortably. Masters' bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and tub combo. Downstairs has a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs guest bathroom has a shower and tub combo. Couch in family room can be converted to one big bed for extra sleeping area. Home has a fully stocked kitchen with all the basic cookware, dishware, glassware, and silverware. We have a coffee bar with 2 coffee makers, k cups, coffee and tea are available for your use free. Formal dining room was converted to a seating room where you can relax read a book and sip on your coffee. We provide towels, sheets and intial supply of shampoos, body wash, and toiletries.

Total of 2 TVs in the house (family room 55" UHD led smart tv with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon, etc, and master's bedroom 32" smart hdtv). We also have High Speed internet Access.

Our Backyard oasis has a covered patio as well as a bbq grill. We have lounge chairs to soak up the sun and relax on. Quiet time is 10pm-8am. Pool and spa are NOT heated (spa can be heated with additional fees). Tampering with pool equipment will result in forfeiture of your deposit and removal from the property. Pool has a fence around it for security purposes. Parents, please watch your kids even if the gate is closed. Please use pool at your own risk! Owner assumes no liability for injuries on premises. There are 3 security cameras monitoring the property outside for your safety.

Hot Tub can be heated for an additional fee email me for details.

Host fees include cleaning fee and first month hot tub fee (Oct.-March). If you will not be using hot tub let us know and we can remove the fee.

If you are staying for more than a month additional cleaning fees may apply.
