With the Rail Trail at your front door and the Bright Golf Course down the road, this holiday house is the perfect spot to base your Bright getaway. The added bonus of being pet friendly means the whole family can holiday together. The property provides ample parking and leafy vistas from all windows.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

KITCHEN
This property has a fantastic kitchen complete with electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave and family sized fridge/freezer. All crockery and cutlery are provided so you can cook for everyone with ease.

DINING & LOUNGE
The open plan dining and lounge room is the perfect place for everyone to come together with direct access to the rear garden via the sliding doors. Comfortable couches and a flat screen TV and DVD player provide a spacious area to relax and unwind after a day enjoying all the nearby activities. Make the most of the opportunity to reconnect with family and friends as WIFI is not available at this property and mobile phone reception is intermittent.

Please note: This property DOES NOT have WIFI and mobile reception is unreliable.

HEATING & COOLING
Both upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans providing comfort for the warmer nights with the king room having a split system. The lounge also has a reverse cycle air-conditioner heating/cooling the open plan area.

Downstairs - Shower over bath and separate toilet.
Upstairs - Shower and toilet
Laundry - There is an additional toilet in the downstairs laundry

OUTDOORS
The securely fenced rear yard complete with BBQ is a safe environment for your pet to enjoy whilst you are entertaining outside. There is a clothesline and plenty of off-street parking for up to three cars. With the Rail Trail at your door step you can bring your bikes and ride into town in under 10 minutes or head to Porepunkah for a change of scenery.

Well behaved pets are welcome upon request. To ensure that Bright Holidays is able to continue to offer pet friendly accommodation, we ask that you ensure you pick up after your pets.

The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine and separate dryer along with iron and ironing board. There is a toilet in the laundry for guests convenience.

There is ample parking for 3 cars on a level surface.

Perfect Property

This property was perfect for a large family with adult children as well as the family pets. Loved the location and the size of the property. It had everything we needed. Loved walking into Bright along the river track.

Excellent family accommodation.

This property was very clean, extremely well equiped, and with very comfortable beds. The property is dog friendly as both front and rear yards are secure. Advertising photographs of the property were however a little deceptive as they showed everything larger than it was in reality. Proximity of this property to all attractions of the area was excellent ensuring a wonderful vacation. We highly recommend this property to all wanting a relaxing easy holiday in Bright and the high country region.

Had a great time in Bright!

Bright lived up to its reputation as an MTB Mecca. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable. A little too far out of town to walk, but in a great location. For the price, Wi-Fi would have been nice.

The house is spacious with large rooms upstairs and good space in the kitchen, lounge and dining area. We easily fit our family of 6 adults and 4 young children. No phone and no internet.

Unfortunately, the property does not have internet and has very poor phone connection. This was a working retreat ready to use phone internet, it was a disaster.

Pretty comfortable for 10 of ua and our dogs. aircon sufficient for size of property, could do with single beds as adults don't do top bunks. Hot water run out 10pm at night and had to figure out how to fix as no instructions and gas tak where low. Lawn needs mowing and fences are in very bad state if your dog is out side need to keep eye on the all them times, bbq is very wobbly ans gas needs refilling. These are all small things.that need seeing too. They didn't have much impacted overall we had a lovely stay

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean, except for some white gel like substance on the master bedroom lamp and bedside table, although the rest was clean and in excellent condition. With a nice proximity to town and access to amenities. Only issue with the rental is no access the WiFi, and with the location there is no cellar connection either. Without WiFi and cellar the experience is much less enjoyable due to not being able to coordinate with other people if its a larger group like ours. Had to waste time driving to town for reception. This is definitely a glaring problem for the rental in this location. Would I recommend to a fried question? Yes but the WiFi issue needs to be addressed, or another solution. For alot of people that would be a deal breaker. But otherwise yes, location, access and condition of property were excellent!

Some Issues

Nice house but had some problems. Main one is there is no internet- the ad doesnā€™t say so but leaves it to you to figure out from the lack of being included in amenities. That would be OK if it wasnā€™t for the fact there is no mobile coverage either. That should have been made MUCH clearer in the ad. Could have been cleaner- mess in the freezer, stuff under rugs. Air con in bedroom actually pumped out hot air because the filters were completely clogged. Good spot- away from centre of Bright but close enough.

Two dogs were able to safely contained, and the kitchen was well appointed for family meals. One down side was poor mobile service at the house for both the Telstra and Optus networks.

Lovely house and great location

Great little 4 bedroom house with a great yard for dogs. Loved the walking track right outside the gate and very close to Bright town. House was a little musty smelling when we went in, but we aired it out, and it was fine after that. Nice and clean with everything we needed. Perfect for 2 families

Accommodation was perfect for our needs. 6 adults and 3 children. Dog friendly fenced area was perfect.Only negative comment was lack of plugs (bath for children) and laundry sink. Also a washing basket would have been helpful.Would definitely recommend this accommodation, and location was very peaceful with pleasant easy walking path into town (20 minutes walk)

Clean and tidy property, all linen provided. With the location phone service is limited would be handy for the property to have wifi just to be contactable when travelling in a group setting
