Two queen beds, two singles, and a sofa bed ensure everyone has a cozy place to rest. Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location in hat head, everything within a minute or two walk. House is a good size and the yard is great for the kids. Only downfall was the cleanliness of the house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home although old and requiring some TLC it was adequate clean and tidy. It has a beautiful back yard but unusable due to the bindi's and the roo poo as prior to occupancy if this could be cleaned up it would be appreciated.

House isn't fit for holiday rental need money spent on the decaying houseThe cleanliness of the house was absolutely disgusting just plain dirty....Lawns 400mm long inside 2 of the 3 kettles was black the grime and grease all through the kitchen grill and stove a grease pit....There are a lot nicer ones then this for less money

Tired Rental Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: General poor maintenance. No reading lights in main bedrooms. Bedside tables, handier power points would be useful Some lights disconnected. Globes missing/blown. Bathroom fan not working. Freezer & a light in garage not working. Had to clean bird poop off outdoor furniture. Removed weeds along house to avoid catching legs/clothes. Key lockbox broken. Peeling paint in several rooms. Happy with location but not with condition of property. Needs fair bit of TLC.

Excellent. Got a much needed rest. Elders staff great to deal with. Property clean and exactly as portrayed. Process of renting easy. Thanks.
