This charming first floor two bedroom condo is perfect for you. New Queen beds await in both bedrooms. New furniture and decor throughout compliments the updated kitchen with gorgeous granite counters. You are steps from the gated, heated pool. There are two designated parking spots for you. This home away from home offers unrivaled comfort. This is a turnkey condo that is outfitted with three high definition TVs (55" Smart TV, 40" and 32")
Electric Oven, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave, coffee maker, bedding, towels, cutlery, wine glasses, and much more. Master bathroom has a tub and enjoy the newly tiled guest bathroom with a stand up shower with over sized tall glass doors. WiFi and cable is included. Log onto your Netflix or Pandora account and it will be like you are at home! Brand new AC unit can keep you at whatever temperature you like. There is a private quiet back patio that overlooks palms and greenery.

The location of this condo is wonderful. Within five minutes you can find yourself at the beach, Mercato shops, Waterside shops or Artis Naples (Naples Philharmonic). You are closer than that to fine dining, Publix, a movie theater, Target, Total Wine and More.

Rent Varies. It depends of the renting month(s). Monthly rentals are fine except for Jan through March which will be rented out as a single block.

Just returned from a two week stay. Great place. Owner checked in when I got here to make sure everything was okay, it was. Everything you need is here. Would definitely stay again.

Best host in our rental experience

My wife and I have stayed at this condo for a few years now. We are snow birds from Minnesota and love the location of this place being in a quiet zone but very close to all the needed stores and restaurants that we like to go to. The hosts that own this place are always very concerned that we enjoy our stay and if a problem happens they handle the issue immediately with just a phone call to them.

This is the best rental experience we've had over the years of Florida stays.

The location is close to everything you will want but is in a very quiet area. The owner is very concerned that you have everything you will need to have a great stay. This is our third time renting from Corey and his wife and we love it so much we've already booked again for next winter. Over the years we've stayed for a month or two at many other Florida condo rentals but none feel as much like home as this location. 5 stars!

No problems during 3 month stay!

Corey’s place was well equipped with anything you would need for a great vacation. He was also very responsive for any problems which I didn’t really have. The condo is very conveniently located. You can walk to Target, supermarket , restaurants and it’s a short ride to beaches.

Amazing!

A beautiful apartment in a quiet condo, next to the beach, plazas, supermarket! The apartment has everything you need! The owners really makes you feel part of the house. I'm pretty sure that I'm gonna rent again this apartment soon! ❤️

Very well appointed and clean. Great location.

We were fortunate to rent this lovely condo for three months this winter. It is very well appointed and just as advertised. It has recently been tastefully renovated and the furniture is all new and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed including every convenient small appliance. The linens and towels are plentiful and of good quality. The location is also excellent. We easily drove to the beach and to downtown Naples to enjoy all the great restaurants. We could also walk to groceries and many other conveniences. The owners were delightful to work with. Thanks to Corey and Karin for letting us use your condo which allowed us to enjoy a great winter in Naples.

Super Nice

Great place to stay and relax. Nice area and extremely clean. It was close to shopping and was easy to find. Plenty of room for our family and the beds were very comfortable. The sitting area outside on the porch was a very nice touch. The kitchen was very well supplied and the price was affordable. The owners were very good at responding to any questions we had.

Super Enjoyable Stay

The property was well located with all needed amenities, friendly neighbors, super pool and close to Clam Beach and downtown Naples. Owner was always helpful and made our stay most enjoyable.

Great condo and location

This condo is very well maintained by the owner and is full of extras to make your stay comfortable. The location is the best we have found over the years when coming to the Naples area. It's very easy to get to Publix, Target, Costco, and many restaurants and fast food places yet it is in a very quiet area just off of a golf course. It's a short drive (5-10 minutes) for the easy access spots to the beaches on the Gulf. You'll be happy you booked this place. We have for two years in a row.

We had a few employees stay here for various projects and they all enjoyed their stay. It was in a great location for their commute, clean and a lot of great amenities. They all had nothing but nice things to say about their stay.

A leittle slice of paradise!!

We stayed in the condo for 2 weeks. Check in was a breeze. The apartment was newly remodeled and was SUPER cute. The beds were very comfortable and the place had everything u would need. My husband our 3 children and I felt like we where at home. We didn't have any problems with the apartment other than the apartment above us was alittle noisy. But I'm sure so where we. Lol Everything was really close by. The beaches are only a short drive and are beautiful. Our kids loved the clean, warm pool. The owners are amazing they went above and beyond what most owners do. They left us some fresh basil from there garden. Which tasted amazing on our take out dinners.. These little details are why we will differently be renting this little slice of paradise very very soon. Thank you so much for making our vacation an amazing one!!! Thanks The Haynes Family : )

Best VRBO stay

We are seniors that have stayed at many VRBO places over many years but this place was by far the best. This use to be the owners residence and it is furnished from kitchen to bedrooms to bathrooms and living room at a high standards level. There is plenty of room for 2-4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. I think anyone would be very comfortable here for as long as they want to rent it.

We rented for 3 weeks

We had 2 sets of guests come and go. The main bedroom and unit was great. The second bedroom light was a pull chain not by light switch. All else good. Cute place, Well stocked kitchen and unit. Had every thing you might think of needing and had a Heated pool, that was not over crowded. Spoke to owner while there. Easy to get ahold of.

Winter Stay

My 85 year old father stayed here for about 5 month this winter. The host's are very welcoming and accommodating. They dealt with the one minor issue in a timely manner. My father was very comfortable as was I during my visits.

Great North Naples Location

Great location for Naples exploring. Close to major roads, stores (Costco, Publix, Aldi), good restaurants, and beaches. Nicely renovated. Quiet. Covered parking. Great high speed internet. Stayed 2 weeks and would rent again if in Naples. Owners very nice and timely responses to questions.

I am originally from Pittsburgh but decided I had spent 29 too many winters up there. I moved to Naples in 2002. I have never regretted my decision to make this wonderful area my home. I met my wonderful wife in 2005. She is a true Neapolitan as she grew up in Naples her whole life. I (and later my wife) personally lived in this condo from 2004 through 2013. After moving to a single family home, we couldn't bring ourselves to let the condo go. We made the decision to completely redo and furnish it.

This condo is wonderful for anyone who wishes to enjoy Naples to the fullest. You will be close to anywhere you want to be.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The location is excellent. The condo is warm and inviting. You are steps to the pool. You can easily walk to Publix (groceries) or Target. There is golf adjacent to the property. There is a loop you can walk around without worrying about Pine Ridge road traffic.
