10th floor-Renovated Shores Of Panama Resort-3 BR/3 bath with sleeper sofa Oceanfront condo! Sleeps up to 10 comfortably-1400sf- Newly upgraded kitchen/appliances.
-2 king beds/ 2 full size beds/queen sleeper sofa
**Tile floors throughout
-Oceanfront beautiful master bedroom has a KING bed, full bath, and tv/dvd player.
-The second bedroom has an ocean view with KING bed, its own bath, and tv/dvd player.
-The third room has Full Size(not the normal twin size) Bunk Beds and its own full bath and tv/dvd player. *This could sleep 2 in each bed. -There is even room for an extra blow up mattress(bring your own) or pack and play (provided).
-Sleeper Sofa in Living Room.
-In the main living area there are 2 full walls of windows overlooking the ocean all the way to St. Andrews State Park.
-TWO RESERVED Parking Spaces for this unit on the 10th floor and free WIRELESS internet!
-Dining room table for 6 in addition to the granite top bar that seats three.
-Outside you will find over 10,000 sq. ft. of pools, with lazy river, zero entry and water spouts. Outdoor tiki huts serving a full menu of food, drinks, ice cream and more! There is a live stage area for performers, (we love karaoke night), fitness areas, game room, kids club with activities daily and dive-in theatre (during peak seasons only), coffee shop and cafe, heated indoor pool and hot tub and much much more!
-Shores of Panama is beach front next door to Pineapple Willy's and across the street from Wal-Mart making it very easy to stock your condo.
Rental Information:
If under 25yrs old, REFUNDABLE deposit will be $1000.
Must provide photo id/driver's license
NO Pets and NO SMOKING.
Check in at 4:00 pm. Check out before 10:00am.
You have access to the beautiful indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs.
The resort is ocean/beach front with stunning views from the condo.
There's is a parking garage with 2 reserved spaces.

**A one time registration fee of $115 is paid to the resort for parking and amenity armbands-one fee includes up to 10 armbands and 2 parking passes.

Perfect getaway! Condo was beautiful and the management was very helpful. Due to the location The Beach was a little crowded. But the condo was perfect for our needs. Definitely would plan to stay again!

Fantastic stay! We loved everything about this property! The view was especially amazing!! The inside was perfect for our family! The washer and dryer were an added bonus! Also, the parking on the same floor as the property was fantastic. We had such a great time, we hope to be back again someday!!

Family Vacation

Our whole family of 9 including three grandchildren stayed in this condo for four nights. It was perfect for us. Great views with wrap around balcony facing the beach. Everything needed to do our own cooking was included. Great decor with every room updated and clean. We would stay here again when in PCB!

Great girls weekend!

Beautiful ocean-front property with amazing views and easy beach access. Lots of space and very well decorated. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Excellent communication with the owner. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful Condo in Panama City

This is one of the most attractive condos we have ever stayed in! The condo is very roomy and comfortable. Decor is perfect and clean! Our kids especially enjoyed the bunk room with its 2 full beds, carpet and TV. Enjoyed the view every morning! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in one of Allison’s properties and both have been fantastic. Phenomenal view, property was clean, location was great and one of the best parts about this property is the garage parking is the same level as the condo. Easy to unload and load. Great for a family of 5. We will return.

Beautiful condo

The condo was decorated beautiful and laid out well. Kitchen was fully stocked and we loved being that high up. It is quite a walk from the parking garage, but well worth it to have a beautiful corner unit. We have already recommended it to our friends!

Nice location

The location was right on the beach, prime location. The cleanliness was a little disappointing. Furniture was stained, fans were very dusty so we didn’t want to turn them on. Otherwise, it was a nice place for a large family.

Beautiful place!

The condo was very clean, spacious and well equipped. It was a great place for 4 adults and 2 young kids. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The view was beautiful and just as pictured online. We went in late April and had no problems with crowds, parking or the elevators. The pool was huge and very nice, just very cold when we were there. We ended up spending more time in the ocean or the hot tub rather than the pool.

Excellent Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in Panama City. The property was nice and comfortable. It did have one of the three bedrooms locked up which maybe that was because it was just two of us. A couple things were an Inconvenience was that the ice maker did not work so we had to buy ice and the furnace air conditioner was very loud and messed with my sleep. We did enjoy the corner windows.

Hi Robert! So sorry to hear that you had a room locked up? That is so strange, I never got a report of this or had anyone else mention it, including the cleaning crew. Not sure what happened there but glad you didn’t need that third bedroom anyway and enjoyed the views.

Thanks for your feedback! Yes our elevators are very busy during peak hours- PCB has been a hot spot this year - lines for elevators, restaurants and traffic are bad during peak hours.

Great time with friends and family

This place was as advertised. The location was great and the unit was spacious for all 8 of us. The packing garage and elevators are rough, but can be managed if you time things right and take your time. We did contact the owners about early check in and another small issue but never heard back on either. Neither of these issues affected our trip though and we all had a great time.

Great Condo

The condo was perfect for our family of 7. Clean, equipped, and had plenty of space. The balcony and view are 5 stars! The property parking ramp is tight, extra close together, but after a few days you get used to it. The parking spot on the same level made it convenient when coming and going. Note: Oversized vehicles will not fit. The elevators were a pain point, slow and full, so we got a lot of exercise climbing to the 10th floor. Location was good, walkable to Walmart. We took the back way to Pier Park to avoid the congestion. This is a great condo! Enjoyed our stay in PCB!

HAD TO WAIT 1 HOUR FOR A LUGGAGE CART, FROM THE PARKING SPACES IT WAS 225 STEPS TO THE CONDO, ELEVATORS WERE AWFUL, THE A/C SYSTEM WAS NEW WE WERE TOLD AND YOU COULD NOT REGULATE THE TEMP AND IT TOOK AN ACT OF GOD TO OPEN AND CLOSE THE FRONT SLIDING GLASS DOOR

I am sorry this condo didn’t work for you. No idea how it would take that long to get a luggage cart. Most of the 65+ people come during winter and seem to really enjoy themselves. Our AC works fine-just needed to work out the kinks. Our balcony glass door slides with ease now. This condo is the closest to the beach/water so it is a little further from the parking area but most guests find it is worth it for the views. I hope people considering this condo will read this and be informed about needing to walk 225? Steps to their car. It is a high rise condo building. Thanks for your feedback.

Beautiful condo and great location!

From the start, the homeowners were great to deal with. They were very responsive and extremely helpful. We stayed in the condo with 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 2-9. The condo is kept up to date. It was the nicest one we found while looking within the complex. There was plenty of room for everyone as the condo is spacious. The large wrap around balcony offered plenty of people watching, entertainment and spectacular views. The condo is located next to Pineapple Willy's which is a great perk for a quick drink and entertainment. There is all kinds of entertainment around the complex. With a quick walk, drive or Uber, you can be anywhere you need real quick. Walmart is located across the street so getting groceries was extremely convenient!

Great Property, Awesome Beach!

We always stay at this complex when we visit PCB; however, this was our first stay in this particular unit. Overall, our stay was great. This unit was clean, well maintained and beautifully furnished. We had plenty of space with 3 full size rooms and 3 full bathrooms. They offer beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon with toys for the kiddos. Our only non-likes have nothing to do with the actual property or hosts: the unit overlooks Pineapple Willys, so you are on a noisier part of the beach…it doesn’t quiet down until after 10. Several people around us,on other balconies, were smokers which didn’t allow us to enjoy our balcony or view near as much as we wanted. The stay was great, we just wish other travelers were more courteous. The hosts were great, accommodating, checked in on us and were very responsive and kind. We probably wouldn’t stay at this particular unit again, just because of the location, but if the hosts had another unit we would for sure book with them. Location is just a preference.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view

Condo is a corner unit so you get lucky with double the view of the beautiful gulf waters & white sandy beaches. Condo has a well stocked kitchen that is beautiful & plenty of dining area for the whole family. Bedrooms are spacious with beds that are extremely comfy! Bathrooms are nice too! The only complaint about the condo itself is the shower head in the bathroom of the second king room. It hangs down too far and makes showering interesting. Wouldn’t keep me from booking again though! Just a very minor issue. Elevators do get busy but it wasn’t bad - is exactly what I expect with a beach condo. Get out to the beach or pool early to get a good spot! The bar at the pool serves delicious drinks and the pool is huge and our kids loved it. Also if you check out the indoor pool it’s usually empty! My kids loved that. Can’t wait to book again!

Awesome!

The room was decorated beautifully, with plenty of room for our ten people. The master bedrooms mattress was perfect for my liking and the sheets were an added bonus. 10th floor parking means that you dont have to use the elevator whenever you are ready to leave, with the exception of getting to the pool and beach. Parking deck is only right around corners and if you just stop and let others through, you will have no problems. (We have stayed in Myrtle Beach, SC, and parking deck was much tighter.) Also elevators... We never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get one which is fairly common on a beach vacation during the week of July 4th. We traveled 9 hours (GPS from home to the resort) that turned into 11 with stops. And it was absolutely worth the travel time. We were able to access the pool with armbands as soon as we arrived, and later that afternoon were able to access our room. We all loved the keypad entry! After a day of beaching who wants to dig around for the key card? Kitchen was very well stocked. If there was anything I would recommend as far as appliances it would be a flat top grill/griddle. We decided to cook our own steaks and the grills at SOP were full so we just bought a griddle and cooked them in room. They were delicious by the way. We spent many mornings watching the dolphins from our balcony before we would head out for the day. We fell in love with shores of panama and until 1031. We are already planning a vacation for next year. Thanks, Mrs. Allison for allowing us to share your 2nd home!

A great beach vacation location!

We had a great stress free time. Very clean and comfortable condo in a great location. My favorite part was the balcony, I could sit there forever! We all agreed we'd stay there again for sure!

Vacay!

The unit is as it appears online. Parking garage is a bit of a nightmare as well as the elevators. The unit was clean and well stocked with the essentials. The main drawback for me (mainly because I have 3 kids) is that it is a very long walk from the parking garage to the unit. I'm very OCD and for the most part the unit met my expectations. The location is fantastic with many restaurants/things to do within short distances. Overall, unit is as advertised, owner was very attentive and our stay was fun and stress free!
