Our family stayed here and loved the location right in the middle of downtown. We were able to walk everywhere: the beach, church, nighttime street food, shops, the Malecon, restaurants, etc. The space was comfortable for the 4 of us, the staff in the lobby made us feel very safe, the welcome at check-in was very nice, the beds were comfy, and the kids loved the rooftop pool which has amazing views of the sunset.
The one thing we were disappointed about was that the pictures in the listing do not match the view at all. When you walk in, the view from the kitchen/living room is of a huge cement construction building, not the finished building that is shown in the pictures. We knew there would be construction, but didn't know it would take up our entire view.
