Overall it was good. Several suggestions. We had issues with the TV. I would suggest inputting instructions in the black folder in English and Spanish on how to work the TV remote controls etc. Secondly, most condos that I have stayed in had a few condiments such as salt and pepper, this would been nice to be provided. Also we ran out of trash bags. We couldn’t find anymore trash bags for the Kitchen. I would suggest leaving a supply of trash bags underneath the sink in the kitchen for client use. Another suggestion: there was not a cutting knife to cut lemons or limes in the drawer. If we had wanted to cook in for an evening we would not have had a sharp knife to cut onions or anything to make a dinner.I would suggest taking your clay dishes out of your cabinets and only put microwave only dishes for guests to use. We both caught ourselves about to use these dishes in the microwave. It was save guests and you issues down the road. Since there was a new AC unit installed on our first day, the condo was very warm when we arrived. It took awhile for it to cool down. My room which was the one closest to the kitchen never really cooled down. It was the warmest room of the condo. The first two days it was quite warm, even though the AC was constantly going. We had to turn down the AC because the living room and kitchen was quite cold. I didn’t see any instructions on how to leave the condo when leaving on the last day. I was a bit concerned.
