Absolutely wonderful host and property

Can’t say enough great things about Elayne and Harold! They responded so promptly which saved us after our original booking did not turn out. We booked their place and had a conversation within one day! Their place is amazing - all newly redecorated and clean as can be! Loved both bedrooms and baths, kitchen and especially the screened in porch. Siesta Dunes has a lovely pool and awesome deck for watching sunsets. Took daily walks on the gorgeous Siesta Key beach. Built sand castles with our grandson who visited! Walked to dinner and shopping! Simply wonderful stay and wonderful hosts!!

Amazing Property

This is definitely a place I will go back to. Newly decorated, spotless, all the needed essentials you need in the kitchen. Elayne was great - easy to work with very responsive for any questions! Steps away from the pool, decks and beach. We had absolutely no issues whatsoever! We were there for five weeks!Thank you Elayne!

Great place!

The property was clean and very short walk to the pool and beach. Pool and beach were clean and nice. The property had a little storage with a cart and kids toys we could use to take to the beach. Great washer and dryer in the unit which was very convenient. The only negative this is the security at the pool who kept telling us mixed messages whether kids can have inflatables and balls. Would have been nice to know all their “rules” ahead of time. It’s not pleasant to feel like you’re in trouble and others at pool looking at you when you are trying to relax. Otherwise great deal and we would come back. Place was much better looking than the pictures too.

Lemons into Lemonade

The vacation property we booked and paid for months in advance was abruptly cancelled just days before our trip (Lemons). This delightful beach condo was a last minute substitute that offered easy access to one of the best beaches in the continental U.S.(Lemonade). This immaculate unit is conveniently located near one of two access points to Siesta Key, making it easy to visit both the Marie Selby Botanical Garden properties, Myakka State Park, and Sarasota. The unit provided secure, covered parking for our vehicle and bicycles. A spectacular salt water pool and spa are just steps from the unit, as are the "Sunset Deck" and the garden entrance to Crescent Beach, all of which are reserved for the qaq

Better than photos

Lovely condo: perfect location for the beach, access to return to US 41, walk easily to restaurants or venture to Siesta Village or Turtle beach via trolley. The complex has a lgrand pool and large deck and beach area for relaxation. The condo was super clean, comfortable and stocked well, especially the kitchen should you want to prepare a meal. Would definitely return!

This condo has everything you could possibly need on vacation!

This condo has all the extras that others don’t usually provide—hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, extra linens, and fantastic beach towels just to name a few items. The location was perfect, we parked right across from our front door and also had space to store the four bikes we rented from Siesta Key Bike & Kayak on the back patio. Siesta Dunes is a quiet, well-maintained complex. Would definitely recommend renting this VRBO property!!!

Excellent location, Beautiful Condo a fabulous vacation

We just checked out of Elayne’s beautiful condo at Siesta Dunes, Siesta Key and miss it already. The condo is clean, huge and , has all amenities plus more. Conveniently located to restaurants, kayak, bike rentals and right on the beautiful soft powder sand beach. Water is amazingly clear. Siesta Dunes has a huge pool, jacuzzi and BBQ grills on sight to grill your daily catch. We had an absolute wonderful time at Elayne’s condo on Siesta Key. The condo is a toatal 5 star resort. Elayne went far and beyond to assure we had an early check in, and with air limes issues, extended the time to check out. Really, when was the last time someone did that for you. Thank you Elayne, you are a Gem. It’s too bad 5 stars is the highest rating I can give, believe me, it’s a Five Star plus. Love our vacation.

Love Siesta Key!Beautiful 1st floor condo but too far of a walk to the beach

Condo was beautiful with comfy furniture and new appliances, however I was disappointed that it was not on the beach with ocean view. I assumed it was near the pool as pictured but if you are able to walk then this place is great! We did not have a car to park closer to the beach but did use Johnny’s Free Ride to get around the island.

Siesta Dunes

The property is very well maintained. There is a huge deck near beach with lots of chairs, grills etc. our unit was very well equipped and owners were so helpful. The beach is fantastic.

Better than the description!

This condo and the grounds were way better in person! Our family loved it here. The beach is just steps away. The pool is great. The whole property is very well maintained. Very lush and green and tons of palm trees. Location was great as well. The owner was very accomodating and friendly. Perfect!

Wonderful beach and fabulous property

We had a wonderful week at this property. Elaine was a dream to rent from. As an avid beach traveler this condo is ready for a family to fly in with some clothes and toiletries and live it up. Plenty of beach toys, towels, coolers, noodles and boogie boards. The back yard and lanai was wonderful to eat breakfast and drink coffee in the mornings. Easy to find and easy to walk to the local eateries, coffee and small shopping areas. Condo was very quiet at night and easy to rest. Elaine was a wonderful host and very easy to work with and get in contact with. The only thing we could remotely complain about is the master bed is quite firm. But if that’s what you like then it’s perfect! It certainly didn’t stop our week! Thank you to Elaine for having such a great place! We will be back!

Clean, fully stocked condo on beautifully kept grounds!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay! The condo is clean and spacious and has everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool and dinners on the gorgeous deck. The beach is incredible and just a short walk away, with chairs and umbrella available. As another bonus, the trolly stop is just outside of the entrance to the condo making it really convenient to get around the island. We loved it and will definitely be coming back! The one and only recommendation we would have is to replace or get a topper for the king bed as it’s very firm. Otherwise, our stay was absolutely perfect!

week at the beach

This place was perfect for our needs. Great location on the beach side of Siesta Beach, very nice saltwater pool, barBQs for use by guests. The rental was well equipped -- kitchen even had a coffee grinder -- beach towels and chairs, wifi, and parking with roof. This was our first visit to Siesta Beach and we took advantage of the many nonbeach activities in the area.

Another perfect family vacation

This is my 5th time at your condo, the first 3 times with my parents and daughter and the last 2 times with my husband and daughter. The condo was as nice as last time though the upgrades in both bathrooms and the new hardwood in guest bedroom and walk in closet really look great. Really love staying at your place and look forward to another visit sooner than later.

JUST WHEN YOU THINK IT WILL NEVER GET ANY BETTER........

Every year, we bring family to enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach on Siesta Key at the Dunes. Each year, we just know nothing will be able to top our previous visit, but this year, in this unit - WOW, a beautiful new master bath/shower upgrade. Absolutely gorgeous! New paint, new furniture - all fabulous. The unit is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and ABSOLUTELY everything you need for a wonderful, stress free vacation. This is a great garden unit only a few steps away from the beach. I particularly LOVE having a washer and dryer in the unit to keep our things laundered making packing for beach even easier. A couple of swimsuits, shorts, tops and a toothbrush and you're ready to go. Leave all your worries behind and prepare to enjoy mother nature at her best.

LOOK NO FURTHER Everything you want and more😀

I have been to Siesta Dunes twice and there is nothing like it. Siesta Dunes is a safe, friendly environment for everyone. The condo had everything you would want and more. We have learned to leave the extras at home. Everything you would need for the beach is already there. The unit is perfect for anyone wanting the rest and relaxation. The owners are great to work with making the entire process a breeze. Hope to return next year and years to come.

We Keep Going Back!

This summer will be my husbands 26th year visiting Siesta Key. We have rented this unit 3 times and plan to rent again this summer! This condo is great for 2 but also comfortably fits 4 adults. The owner is fantastic, the service is amazing, and the condo is always clean! This unit comes well stocked, making my packing a breeze! I look forward to spending many more summers in this condo!

Family Vacations at Siesta Key have become our family tradition!

We've been coming to Siesta Dunes for nearly 25 years. We LOVE Siesta Key! We celebrate birthdays there, our son got married there, we took our children there when they were young and now that they have families of their own, their family vacations are taken there. It has become our family tradition. The place is simply beautiful and this unit is absolutely perfect! The owners make their home yours during your stay. Prepare to be AMAZED!

Awesome Family Vacation Rental

My family of four has spent many years vacationing in Hilton Head, the Outer Banks, and Myrtle Beach, but NOTHING compares to Siesta Key and your condo helped us make that decision! The unit was very clean, well stocked, and had beach chairs, beach towels and coolers for our use. This was our best beach vacation by far, and nothing can beat the cool white sand, and beautiful blue/green gulf! If wireless internet is added to this unit it would be perfection! but as it stands, this is one outstanding, beautiful condo and we are so thrilled we had the opportunity to stay here! Relaxation on Florida's most beautiful beach!

Property description is accurate. Reality is even better than the description! This is a lovely, quiet, well-maintained unit with all the comforts of home. The condo property is gorgeous and accessible even at the height of the spring season. Worked well for our young children. Many great restaurants nearby. Be sure to pick up the local Siesta Key paper for a complete list. Early dinner is the key to avoid a wait. Thanks to the owner for clear and friendly communication. We hope to return!

I am the proud owner of a little piece of Paradise called 'Siesta Key'. We have owned for 28 years and take great pride in keeping the condo at it's best. The beautiful Siesta Dunes gated complex will please you. The beauty of Sarasota and the surrounding beaches are like no other city. Lots to do in Sarasota and just miles away to experience the beauty of other coastal beaches The Sarasota Ringling experience is amazing. Must see arts at Ringling Museum . When we visit another beach we always say 'It's not Siesta Key'. You must experience the beauty of the crystal white beach and amazing sunsets.
You will return!
