The covered private front porch, with luxurious seating and view of the Santa Rita Mountains, is perfect at any time - day or night. The bright living room, filled with local and regional art, is the main living space. A second room is set up for TV viewing.

The townhouse sleeps 4 and is great for one person, a couple, or spending time with friends and family – thanks to the gracious indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces. Confidently host six for a classic board game or a sit-down affair complete with beautiful handmade Mexican serving dishes, glassware, and placemats.

Or move your dinner party to the spacious and luxurious back patio. The 400 square foot covered outdoor patio has deep seated club chairs, a table for 5, low-voltage lighting, ceiling fan, and a fountain too! Situated on a desert wildlife corridor, the back patio is ideal for barbecuing and observing the impressive variety of birds and animals.

Upon arrival, you'll fall into a king-sized bed with quality, fresh linens, pillows and towels. The master bedroom has a walk-in shower; the hall bathroom has a combination shower and tub. Comfort-height toilets, vanities, lighting and plumbing fixtures are modern.

The second bedroom is equipped with floor mats, a set of hand weights, and other equipment to complete your morning yoga or exercise routine. When guests arrive the space quickly converts to a comfortable second bedroom thanks to the off-the-wall queen bed.

The galley kitchen has a lovely view of the backyard fountain and is also open to the living/dining room, so you can enjoy the conversation. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a good selection of small kitchen appliances, Henckel knives, Cuisinart and Calphalon cookware.

This townhouse incorporates numerous healthy and ecologically responsive features. For example, the kitchen water and ice come from a reverse osmosis system, all appliances are electric, and the house is fully tiled for a low-allergen environment. Most of the energy is provided by rooftop solar panels and harvested water nourishes the lush landscaping.

You’ll also find everything you’ll need to satisfy your modern media needs including a wireless printer/scanner/copier, wireless internet, 2 flat screen TVs (40" and 60") with Amazon Prime and Netflix, DVD players and 200+ tape library, Bose wave CD player, recliners and reading lamps. Upon request, we can arrange for the activation of cable TV at your own expense.

There is covered parking for one vehicle the second covered parking is reserved for owner's camping van.
