Gorgeous Belmont Beach house two blocks to the beach!

Welcome to our gorgeous Belmont Beach house!

Location! Location! This house is located in the heart of Belmont Shore which is a vibrant yet laid back beach town. You can walk to the calm bay within two blocks (perfect for kids!) or the main beach which is two blocks away as well! 2nd street has every restaurant and shop you could imagine and is only 1 block away. You will park your car and never need it again!
This house was remodeled just a year ago with top of the line finishes. The master bedroom is light and airy and has built in closets, a flat screen TV, a California king bed and an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom is large and has a beautiful walk in shower with a bench.
The guest room has a custom built bunk bed with a Queen on the bottom and a queen on the top each with their own charging station and reading light. It has built in closets with lots of storage. The guest bath has double sinks and a beautiful new walk in shower.
The entire house has beautiful acacia wood floors throughout and the kitchen, living and dining room are fully open concept with top of the line finishes and appliances. All the furniture is from restoration hardware and new within the last year. The gourmet kitchen is well appointed with dishes, cutlery, cooking equipment, etc.
The living room is great gathering place wit’s a large L shaped cloud couch and a flat screen tv. It has two large sliding doors that open up to the front patio.
There is a laundry room as well as a small patio at the back of the house perfect for rinsing sandy feet and hanging up beach gear.
The front patio is large and has two long teak benches perfect for lounging in the California sun and enjoying the ocean breeze, a table and lounge chairs.
The house comes equipped with high speed internet, WI FI, 3 smart tvs, Alexa, an alarm system, dimmable lights, and all the kitchen amenities and gadgets including an air fryer. We also provide quality bed linens, towels, blow dryers as well as some complimentary toiletries.
Local Activities: Stroll, bike, run, rollerblade or walk down the boardwalk along the beach, rent kayaks or stand up paddle boards and paddle around the bay or the canals, shop and dine and browse on 2nd street, take a tour of the famous Queen Mary, visit the Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific or if you have time - take the ferry to Catalina island. Go whale watching and most likely you'll get to see some dolphins frolicking alongside the boat. Again, there is quite a large selection of restaurants, bars and boutiques within walking distance of this property. You might enjoy riding a bike or walking along the canals of Naples Island to look at beautiful homes, boats and/or beaches. If you don't feel like walking, consider a gondola ride and relax while you enjoy the scenery by water! Visit the Long Beach Art Museum or our local Performing Art Center.

***This is a house that we feel very fortunate to have and we have worked very hard to make it as beautiful as it is. This house is not a party house, it is a family house in a very tight knit community with neighbors that we love. No parties or loud behavior will be tolerated.***
*** There is street parking available but there is not a parking spot specifically for our house. Street parking is free and unlimited minus street cleaning once a week. Once you park, you don't really need your car anyways!***
