Kitchen: kitchen with brand new quiet Bosch dishwasher, full size refrigerator/freezer, built in microwave, electric glass top stove and oven. Toaster, new Keurig coffee maker, plates, bowls, pans and all utensils needed for cooking.

Dining room: Large table seats six for dinner, card parties or board games. Chairs were recently re-upholstered. Stained glass chandelier was recently purchased.
Living Room: Leather reclining chair, with sofa and love seat. Flat panel TV with cable and premium channels and HD DVR. New coffee table and TV cabinet.

Directions:
From the North use SR 60 exit from I-95. Turn South from Vero Beach on US A-1-A go about 9 miles. As you cross into St. Lucie County you will see a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean on the left. Ocean Harbour South is the second set of Condos on the ocean side. Enter through the gate house and our unit, 102 is in the North building.

From the South Exit SR 70 (Okeechobee Road) from I-95 or the Florida Turnpike go east until you come to US 1 turn north or left. As you leave the downtown section look for a Wendy’s on your left. At the next traffic light turn right on to Shorewinds Drive aka US A-1-A. Cross over the bridge at the Inter-coastal waterway and go a couple of miles until you come to a traffic light on AIA. Turn left and go north about three miles. Ocean Harbour South will be the next to last condo at the traffic light on the Ocean side of A-1-A. Enter by the guard house and our unit 102 is in the North Building.


Owner’s Profile:
Art and Laurianne Alston live nearby in Ft. Pierce, Florida and invite you to spend the winter months in their summer get-a-way. In the summer months they enjoy fishing, boating and beaching with their two daughters and six grandchildren. They are retired and will personally invite you to the condo and make sure it is in spotless conditions when you arrive.

The entire condo complex has under gone extensive renovations and upgrading. Since 2006 the complex has received over $5,000,000 in renovations. The pool has been completely re-done. New paver decks, heaters, fencing and pool furniture. All walk ways and side walks as well as parking lot and landscaping and gate house are new. Our new dune walk is now ADA compliant with sitting areas for watching the waves roll in. Our beautiful clubhouse, which overlooks the pool, is exquisitely furnished. It is excellent for various social functions, such as, pot luck dinners, card parties and other occasions.
