Newly renovated and remodeled beachside condo at Ocean Harbour South on North Hutchinson Island!

Relax and enjoy our cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront condo on North Hutchinson Island, conveniently located between Vero Beach and Fort Pierce on the East Coast of the warm sun, sand and surf of Florida.

Our condo, which sleeps 6, is conveniently located on the 1st floor of the building which provides easy and quick in/out access for you and/or your family with luggage, groceries and beach gear (no stairs to climb or elevators to touch/wait for).

MASTER BEDROOM & BATH
Our condo features a beautifully furnished master bedroom with king bed, large walk-in closet, reading lamps, ceiling fan, Smart TV, and large window with gorgeous backyard views. The master bath has an extra-large walk-in shower with shower bench and double sinks with granite countertop.

GUEST BEDROOM & BATH
The guest bedroom features one queen bed with twin trundle pull out, walk-in closet, reading lamp, ceiling fan, and Smart TV. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. We supply all linens and towels for your stay.

COMMON AREAS
The full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz waterfall countertop, dishware, glassware, cutlery, pots/pans, and more. There is a kitchen bar that seats four overlooking the kitchen and a high-top dining room table with additional seating for four. The living room has a Smart TV, ceiling fan, reading lamp, sofa which converts to a comfortable queen bed, and floor to ceiling sliding glass door which leads to a covered and screened-in patio. You can listen to the waves crash against the shore in paradise while relaxing on the outdoor patio chairs or backyard.

THE COMMUNITY
Ocean Harbour South is a private, gated community with beautiful landscaping, plenty of parking, a clubhouse, large, heated pool, patio, two gas grills, library with books and games, gazebo, outdoor shower, restrooms, tennis courts, and small fitness center. We are located directly on the ocean with the sand beckoning at your feet.

THE AREA
The Treasure Coast of Florida has something to offer everyone including miles of pristine uncrowded beaches, some the best fishing waters, a zoo, museums, botanical garden, delicious restaurants, fabulous shopping and outlets, performing arts, parks, golf courses, boating, biking, Navy Seal Museum, and more. We're just 10 minutes from Vero Beach and less than 10 minutes from Downtown Fort Pierce... and we're a short drive from the Orlando/Walt Disney World area, Ron Jon Surf Shop and Kennedy Space Center.

Your stay in our piece of paradise includes high-speed WiFi internet access, high definition cable TV in the living room/master bedroom/guest room, local telephone, hot water and beach chairs.

The perfect spot....

This beautifully appointed and well maintained condo is very conveniently located on the first floor steps away from the heated pool and gorgeous beach. It is a very comfortable spot with a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertop and a Keurig so you can grab a quick cup of coffee to watch the sunrise on the screened in porch. However the most welcoming feature is the owner, Michelle, who could not be more gracious or accommodating. She provides you with so many extras, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and even a surfboard for the more daring souls! I found this to be a perfect location on a quiet stretch of A1A but very close to wonderful restaurants and shopping areas. It is a perfect place of warmth away from the Winter in New England. As I look out my window today and watch the snow falling, I cannot wait to return!

A retirement paradise

Having just retired and living in a Northeast beach area, we were really looking forward to spending a couple of months right on the beach in sunny, warm Florida weather. We stayed at Michelle's condo in Feb. and March 2015 and absolutely loved it! The condo had everything that we needed to make our stay very comfortable, was very clean and was decorated with lovely beach pictures throughout. There was even a bottle of wine welcoming us to the condo. Michelle was very accommodating and so wonderful to work with before, during and after our stay. The building and property were very well maintained, the people were so friendly and North Hutchinson Island itself was great - beautiful beaches and parks, quiet and peaceful but close enough to Vero Beach where there are a number of great restaurants and shops. We loved this condo and the area so much, we will be returning in 2016 and are looking forward to another great stay.

We stayed in Michelle's condo Feb 2014. Personally, my only requirement was warm weather and sunshine. My wife, however noticed and loved all the amenity's of the condo. The tile floors throughout, the granite counter tops, the giant shower, and etc. Michelle is wonderful to work with. She's very accommodating and personable. We loved it and were not ready to go back to snow and cold. But had to return due to my chronic ROM condition (Ran out'a money).

An escape from a Canadian winter!

As we knew the area so well, having taken many holidays on North Hutchinson Island since 1989, we were were counting the days through last winter and so looking forward to our April get-a-way. To be able to visit some familiar places, enjoy our favourite restaurants and mostly, enjoy the beach, and we were certainly not disappointed, especially with this condo, as it was just as the listing was advertised. The building was well maintained and clean and the condo itself had all that we needed to make our stay very comfortable. We also loved being right on the beach, where one can forget the car and walk as far as the eye can see, both ways! Plus, a lovely pool, friendly people, beautiful surroundings.and then with Wi-fi included - another bonus! So, our month's stay just flew by! The owners were so approachable and very accommodating and the gift basket waiting for us when we arrived was a wonderful touch - thank you so much! There are many really good restaurants in nearby Vero Beach, a wonderful Saturday morning market in downtown Fort Pierce and good shopping malls are not too far away, either, should you need them. Much to see and do in the area for the nature lover, fisherman, sailor and beach enthusiast, plus a good central point for visiting many interesting places on Florida's East coast. Hopefully, we will be back again, some day.

We are just finishing up our month's stay in this beautifully updated condo. Michelle, the owner, is great to work with. She called us the night before we were to start our rental, and told us that it was all cleaned, so we could get in earlier the next day. When we arrived there was a basket with shampoo, soap, kleenex, etc., in case we had forgotten anything. My husband loves the large walk-in shower! The condo is very clean, which is important to me. The only negative is that you can not see the ocean, but it is about a half minute walk to the pool/beach area. The grounds are kept up very well. The pool is large and heated. There are lots of lounge chairs and we never have had trouble getting 2 to use. The boardwalk and gazabo to the ocean are made of Trex, so no splinters. The beach is clean, easy to walk on and very quiet and the water is a beautiful blue green. There aren't alot of shells, but lots of other places close by to go shelling. We enjoyed the owners beach chairs, and there are fishing poles, for those who like to fish on the beach.We have liked to sit on the screened in porch in the morning, enjoying the sunshine, and have even taken our chairs out into the lawn to sit. The owners/renters are all very friendly, so a good stay and we will be back next year.

Fabulous February

This was a wonderful rental from beginning to end. The pictures of this condo are lovely but it is even better in person. Everything looks new! The condo is very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen as well as the beach! The location is great with Fort Pierce (Sunrise Theater and Saturday Farmer's Market)and Vero Beach (Lobster Shanty and Waldo's) nearby with lots to do. The owners were very helpful and kept in touch with easy to follow information.

Tranquility

My boyfriend and I needed to get away. This condo did the trick. The condo is super clean and updated. The decor is beachy and super tranquil. I literally just walked out the back to the beach. Before arriving, the owner was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. If you want rest and relaxation, I definitely recommend this property.

A Perfect Getaway!!

My wife and I wanted a quiet and relaxing getaway for a month and this is the perfect place! The apartment is in an excellent location as we are just a few feet from the pool and the beach. Inside the apartment, you have all the beach amenities and necessary accommodations which made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The grocery stores are very close by and the restaurants and bars are just few minutes away. We will definitely be back and I truly recommend this to anyone who enjoys a honeymoon romantic stay or even a family vacation.

Perfect Family Vacation !

Our family rented this condo for the month of June and fell in love with Vero Beach. This beautifully remodeled two-bedroom condo definitely exceeded expectations. The spacious condo has everything you can ask for contemporary furnishing; a kitchen with top of the line upgrades such as stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a completely remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower. Conveniently located on the ground floor it has great for access to the beach and pool. Ocean Harbour also had great amenities such as a clubhouse, exercise room, outdoor grills with tables and chairs. The owners were a pleasure to deal, with always very cordial and professional. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Perfect Beach Holiday

This is a beautiful oceanfront property perfect for families, couples or friends looking for a relaxing holiday. The condo is ideally situated on a gorgeous beach, only minutes from great shopping and dining. We especially loved the 1st floor access, which is very convenient for transporting groceries or other supplies. The grounds of the condo complex are safe and well maintained. The condo is on a long stretch of beach which is great for walking and the ocean water is clear and calm. The resort-like pool is also nice and provides welcome shade from the all-day sun. Inside, the condo is beautifully furnished with all of the modern conveniences you'll need. It's very spacious and immaculately clean. You'll feel right at home the minute you arrive! The owners were great to work with and extremely accommodating. We can't wait to visit next year!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this lovely, sparkling-clean, well-appointed condo. We found the ground floor was very convenient for running in and out from the ocean and/or pool. The other tenants were very friendly and the location on N. Hutchinson Island is ideal. No traffic to contend with. Loved being close to all the unique restaurants in Ft. Pierce and, of course, Vero Beach has many great shops and restaurants as well. The owners were delightful to deal with and we would definitely stay there again...

Wake to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach

My husband and I were delighted to be able to stay in this clean and well-maintained condo on the oceanfront. We really enjoyed using the beautiful walk-in shower, large flat-screen TV's, sleeping in the comfortable king-size bed, and not having to worry about keys becuase of the smartkey entry system. The amenities of Ocean Harbor South were also appreciated: the heated pool, clubhouse, exercise room, outdoor grills with tables and chairs and of course, the beautiful beach where you can sunbathe, surf fish, swim, or just take a relaxing walk on the beach. The owners were cordial, professional, and helpful. We are looking forward to vacationing here again!

Couldn't have been better!

Our stay at the condo, during the month of January, exceeded even our greatest expectations. As noted in the description, the condo was recently completely renovated so everything is very nice. The owners did an excellent job taking care of details and made sure our stay was enjoyable. We found everyone extremely friendly not only at the complex but the surrounding areas as well. Our only complaint was we run out of time before we run out of things to do! Ft Pierce and Vero Beach are only minutes away and both are really fun areas. We will certainly return and will be recommending to our family and friends.

This is a MUST rental!!!!!!!!

We were recommended by a friend to head to the coast of Florida for many reasons like beautiful beaches, deep sea fishing, and lots of other out door activities. We decided to rent a condo versues a hotel room. We made the right decision. This condo is right on the beach. The wife and kids loved only being a few feet from the water and could come and go as they please. For me the pool area is where I spent most of my time since the ocean water was too cold for me. Your also only 10 min away from one of the best deep sea fishing charters (Lady Stuart). You will love this place as we did.

Best Vacation Location

This was one of the nicest vacations for my kids and I. Vero Beach is a beautiful and quiet beach area with plenty of fun for the family. This condo is located close to everything including the downtown area with lots to do and see and plenty of restaurants. It is perfect for kids with a lovely grassy lawn and directly behind it is access to a gorgeous white, sandy beach. There is also a lovely pool with lounges and seating for lunch or dinner that you can do on their BBQs. The condo is modern & comfortable with anything you can imagine you will need. We loved this place and hope to be back as regulars for years to come.

4 Canadians Vacationing in the South

My family and I stayed at this condo the past summer, and it was by far one of the best vacation homes we have ever stayed at. Great Rental

We are a family of four including two small children and we rented this condo for a week in December. It was a great relaxing escape. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The separate bedrooms were perfect for the kids and us. There were plenty of towels. The beach was beautiful. Barbequing by the pool was fun and the area was nice with friendly people. We would definitely recommend this condo and hope to be back again next year.

Beautiful Beach Front Condo!

Spectacular views, with convenient access to the ocean. We are a family of four, and found this condo to be very comfortable and inviting (a home away from home). The beach was beautiful, and a ton of fun for the kids! The whole property is very clean and well maintained. The pool, BBQ area and clubhouse amenities provide a great way to wrap up a great day at the beach. Downtown Vero Beach is very close by, and has some nice restaurants. We Highly Recommend.

We fell in love with this area and its uncrowded beaches. Parking is always free wherever you go. The area has a private island feel with an upscale community surrounding us. We can enjoy peace and relaxation or we can be in the thick of it all with major cities like Orlando, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and more within a 2 hour or less drive from us.

We love discovering new fishing spots, spotting manatees and dolphins, no crowds at the stores, long walks on the beach and a glass of wine on our patio or on the beach, listening to the waves crash up against the coastline.
