THE LIVING AND KITCHEN AREAS...

It's apparent that these homes are special before you even enter them thanks to the gingerbread trim and whimsical front porch swings that grace the façade of each home. Inside, you'll be pleasantly welcomed to newly restored versions of Key West conch homes with bright colors, tall ceilings, and modern furnishings. Each living area boasts a large flat screen SMART TV, which can be enjoyed from the comfort of plush living room furniture. Both living room sofas pull out to an additional Queen bed for extra guests. Your two private pool areas are fully fenced, with a large opening between the two fences that allows you to pass from house to house. Both pools are 6 X 9, perfect for dipping or congregating around for happy hour. Each pool can be heated to your liking and features a soothing waterfall. Comfortable patio furniture provide outdoor lounging options for the whole group. The two outdoor dining sets will comfortably seat 6 when you want to enjoy a meal outside.

There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
