Summer is booking up fast at Myrtle Beach! **Booking thru us means you won’t have to pay Resort Fees and other Miscellaneous Fees at check in, at the front desk- which are charged after the fact when booking thru some of the big name online travel companies. ** We are the owners & you access the condo thru us & you avoid the front desk altogether. So no LONG waits for your condo to be ready at the front desk. The master has a king size bed & sliding door with access to balcony, 2nd bedroom has 2 full sized beds, * Washer & Dryer in the unit, * Tv's in each bedroom & in living room, also DVD player in living room. Dining table seats 6 & kitchen is equipped with built in microwave, fridge, dishwasher, stove, dishes, utensils, pots & pans etc.
We enjoy sitting on the balcony, looking at the ocean. * Resort has 3 outdoor pools, a lazy river and hot tub. *Resort also has indoor pool and hot tub, gym, sauna, game room, shuffle board, outdoor and indoor bars, snack bar, breakfast diner, a beach store for essentials you forgot to bring, and a new gift shop. Parking garage is on property beside the building and beach access. Direct Beach Access out back door of resort and down wooden boardwalk over the dunes. Bed & Bath linens are provided- BEACH towels are not- Please bring your own Beach Towels. All guests must adhere to all of our HOA rules and regulations during their stay. To ensure that everyone has a parking space, we have a strict parking policy that prohibits trailers, golf carts, mopeds & motorcycles. Every vehicle must have displayed a parking pass, in front window, otherwise you could be towed.
Our policy to book is guest must be 25 years old & must stay the entire time.

Beautifully decorated, ocean view, comfortable beds, this place was perfect. Short uber ride to restaurants and attractions. Barefoot Landing was a lot of fun as well as Murrells Inlet & Marsh walk.¹Murrells Inlet/Marsh

Nice family friendly

We had a great stay! The owners communicates very well! The condo was very clean and had all that a family would need for a stay! This was probably the cleanest condo we have stayed in yet!

We loved the room. We loved the close promoximity to the beach and the pool area. The one down side was the parking garage, it was difficult to in and out, because it was so narrow.

Felt like home.

As soon as we walked in, we felt like we were home. So many little touches that shows how the Wilsons care about your stay. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we ever stayed in. The whole condo has a very warm family feeling to it.Thank you.The Marcus Family.

wonderful condo!

We had an amazing experience at this condo for a family vacation. Tom and Renee were such gracious hosts with suggestions of local restaurants and attractions and so many items in the condo that we never thought to bring (movies, board games, beach chairs... everything we could have ever needed!) The condo was just as described if not better. Very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for the great vacation!

Great Location

I will start by saying we had a wonderful time. The place was clean. The location was great and close to everywhere we wanted to visit. It was located in a safe area. The amenities were a great asset. We had a wonderful time in the game room, pools, lazy river, hot tubs and racquet ball was fun too. The indoor pool was heated and very nice when it was raining outside. The property manager was great at answering questions. Would recommend this unit to family and friends.

Beach Colony stay

Impressed with tasty food from the bar. No elevator wait, which was good. Very friendly staff. Very easy to get around to several restaurants in the area. Liked the music that was played by the outside bar. Things that were not as impressive: parking garage way too small and narrow. The outside ice cream/pizza place was open only 1 day from noon to 3:00. Was not impressed with people coming down to the pools at 8:00 in the morning, placing their towels on chairs and disappearing.

We had a blast!

We were there the last week of October for a girls getaway. I have visited the area several times a year for 20 years using RCI and VRBO. This condo was by far the best I ever ever stayed in. The decor is great and the condo had everything we neeeded including beach chairs. The ocean view was fabulous! The resort has a nice restaurant and a indoor/out door bar. The bartenders were amazing. Invest in the "buckets" and you can be buzzed all week. We plan on making this our go to destination for all future trips. Loved staying at this Condo!!

We loved staying at this Condo! It was very clean with beautiful decor.The couch and the sitting area very comfortable. The view of the ocean most enjoyable!! especially in the morning while savoring a cup of coffee. We walked along the ocean every day most relaxing and meditative one of my favorite things!! Beds are comfortable,good water pressure and shower head,washer and dryer everything to make your stay accommodating and nice. Great location close to restaurants some of our favorites Blueberry Grill, California Dreaming and Hook and Barrel. Renee was awesome to rent from! She was quick to return phone calls or texts always helpful. I would definitely rent this Condo again!!!

Property was nice

Property was nice and the host was kind. Overall the condo worked out for us. There is a lot of things around to do. We especially liked broadway at the beach and the pirates voyage dinner. Pros: 3 pools and lazy River, balcony with nice view, close to garage, close to pool, plenty of things in the kitchen, 2 full beds are comfortable Cons: master bed is very very firm, no over head lights in bedrooms, living room, or balcony (I like to read and it was difficult at night), bedroom TVs are small and you can’t stream, the parking garage is difficult at times, the pools are definitely busy as well as the beach,

Very clean large condo that has a great location!

This condo was even more than I expected! It was very clean and had a great view of the ocean! It was very spacious with a nice size balcony. The only downside was the parking garage and the elevators. The spaces in the garage was very very tight. So if you have a larger vehicle good luck. As far as the elevators, there are two sets of them but only one set goes to the floor the condo is located, and it is very slow. I would recommend this condo to anyone, just take a smaller vehicle if you can.

Relaxing stay, the condo was so comfortable!

To hear the whole story you will need to go to Oct 2016, the hurricane kept us away. Fast forward to spring break the owners were so helpful and attentive to our needs upon arrival. The weather was rainy and cold, I'm not talking cool, it was snowing a bit and 25* wind chill the first couple days⛄️ The next few days were not much better, indoor pool and hot tub was nice, lots to do and plenty of restaurants. Those crazy Canadians were in the ocean, I guess if there's no ice you swim 🤷🏻‍♂️ The last day on Friday the weather warmed up to a balmy 63 and we were able to enjoy the beach that afternoon. My family all decided that Myrtle Beach was a great place to go (I had not been since 1972 grad trip) and we would stay At Beach Colony again. Thank you Renee..by the way we did find s bear ,at Bass Pro.The adventure continues😎

Great View, Great Owners, and Very Clean

This property offered an amazing view and quality stay for our five person family. We had no issues feeling right at home in this condo and everything worked as promised. Beach Colony Resort as a whole is on the northern end of the strip which means quieter beaches and nicer people. The decor of the condo is tasteful and complimentary of the setting. There is ample seating for everyone in the condo and a good size balcony that overlooks the lazy river and a great view of the ocean. The only complaint which is not part of the condo itself is parking, if you own a large SUV and it's peak season then oversized parking is a premium which we ran into a couple times. The on premise staff does make every effort to assist in these issues. All information was provided very timely from the owners and we had no issues gaining access to the condo. make sure you check out all the goodies the owners have left under the main TV to get a good snapshot of what Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Nice condo

In our quest to take our granddaughter on spring breaks in different states, this year we opted for Myrtle Beach, SC so she could enjoy the ocean and hopefully see dolphins. We accomplished both at this condo, which is right on the ocean with a wonderful beach front, which is very clean and well maintained. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us and had everything we needed for our stay. Very nice master bedroom with attached bath and a balcony to sit and have morning coffee. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for our daughter and granddaughter with separate beds and a tv, along with a bathroom right across the hall. The condo was very nicely decorated and Renee made it feel like 'home' for our week-long stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals there, when we chose to 'eat in' and not go out. There were also many movies and books, as well as info on local attractions. The balcony was also off the living room and there were plenty of tables and chairs, so we could all enjoy it at one time. There were sand toys and boogie boards for the kids to use, and also chairs to use at the beach, which was great. The parking garage was "tight" as mentioned in the condo info, so we planned our time away very carefully, as it was a bit of challenge at times getting in and out of the garage, since cars entering and exiting are using the same ramps. We typically parked on the roof so that we weren't squeezed in, and it worked out fine. Our granddaughter LOVED the pools and lazy river, and the only problem was her deciding which one to use at any given time. The lazy river and one outdoor pool was heated (as well as a small kiddie pool). There was also a hot tub outside. Indoor there was another heated pool and hot tub. In addition to these, there was a shuffleboard court outside and racquetball inside. There was also a game room, which thankfully, our granddaughter didn't discover until the last nite. :-) This area of Myrtle Beach is not nearly as crowded as other areas, and we were thankful for that. It is close to attractions though via short driving distances. Renee was very attentive to any requests I had via email and answered all my questions. If we go to this area again, I would not hesitate to stay here. Thank you!

Great family-friendly rental

We really enjoyed our stay. Renee was easy to connect with and answered all of my questions. The condo 's kitchen had all of the things I'd want away from home. The place was well-kept and clean. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect anniversary trip for me and my husband as well as our friends

Renee is an amazing host! She is immediately responsive to any questions we sent. The condo was perfect for our needs. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It may seem insignificant BUT having a washer and dryer was GREAT. going home without a ton of laundry to do is pretty great. the online photos are EXACTLY as you see. Especially the view. it was perfect, comfortable, relaxed environment, Other guests were very friendly, the building guests were all respectfully quiet at night. Only things that were downers was the scary parking garage. 2 way traffic on a very narrow lane. And just wish one of the pools were adults only

Smaller resort makes it nice for older people as well as families with small children.

Renee was fantastic. Her place was perfect for four adults and one child. It was exactly as advertised. Only complaint is the snack pool cafe was closed and the other cafe was only open some days with limited hours. We went in September. Renee's place was the perfect location and was functional and comfortable.

What a wonderful Vacation

This trip was a over a year in the making and Renee was incredibly helpful throughout. With everything we have all been thru this was a much needed week away and we could not have been happier. The condo was great and as described. Had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. WIth 2 younger kids I can't say I feel relaxed but we all had a great time. Resort was great, pools were clean and access to beach was perfect. We will certainly be reaching out again for our next trip to Myrtle Beach. We also didn't have many issues with parking as some have said. Had to wait a few times during peak times but for the most part is was always clear sailing up the ramps. Thanks again to Renee for always communicating quickly and answering all the questions over the last 15 months. Thanks again, The Kuiper's

Great Family Vacation

We had a very nice stay at this property. Renee was great to work with. It was steps away from the beach. The condo is nicely decorated and has a fresh look. We didn’t use the pools, hot tub or lazy river but they looked nice and inviting. I wanted to try out the hammocks but didn’t seem to find the time. Even though the condo is on the side, there is a great view of the ocean from the balcony and sitting on the couch. The kitchen is a little tight for multiple people working at the same time but was good for us. The washer and dryer seem like it might be small but was actually much larger than I expected and worked well. At times, the beach looked crowded but we always had our own space and didn’t feel we needed more space. We usually go to the gulf but would definitely come back again!

Great getaway

My stay at this condo was great. The view was great and we had enough space for everything. It was right on the beach Ave the beach in this area wasn't crowded. The only thing is the parking deck isn't great. Other than that, we will definitely stay there again.

We Love it here! This is a great place to stay when you’re visiting because it’s a central location. You are kind of in the middle of everything.
Our family loves to stay at the resort, there’s lots to do - swimming, shark tooth hunting (a frequent favorite competition) suntanning, hot tubbing, reading, relaxing, racquetball, exercising in the on-site gym, there’s also a sauna available. There’s a dj in the summer spinning tunes and organizing games, great food from the bar and drinks too. Long walks on the beach, watching movies in the condo together, cooking and eating together.

Our Resort is oceanfront with great side views from our condo. Watch the seashell hunters, swimmers, kayakers, and sunbathers enjoying the surf and the Atlantic Ocean.
We have a comfortable, colorful, relaxing condo. Put your feet up on the bench footstool, and sit back on the sectional couch and relax looking at the ocean. Or sit in the recliner and gaze at the water, read a book etc. We love eating out on the porch, in fact, one of my favorite things to do is enjoy breakfast on the balcony.
This property is in a great location, not as busy as 40 blocks down the coast. It's a nice quiet area.
Why we bought this property - because we had been coming to this Resort for 11 years and we just loved it here and always came back to this same place. So when we had an opportunity/ funds to buy here, we knew exactly where we wanted to purchase a vacation getaway. We love it here!
