Really enjoyed our stay. Great location, quick bike rides to everything you need. Sat and watched golfers each morning!

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay in this condo. This condo was not properly cleaned, stepped on an exposed nail walking into the bathroom, the balcony door did not lock, and the pool bathroom code provided did not work.

Golf Course villa

The villa was great. Just enough room with nice furniture and appliances. Bathroom is in great shape and we enjoyed the stay. Unit is on 3rd floor so be ready to climb steps, but parking and everything is really good.

Great location and condo

Great stay. The condo was clean and very updated. The only downside I would list is that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator but that didn't matter to us but I think to some people it would. Overall great stay.

Great location for Harbour Town.

Single living space is excellent. Pull out couch available for extra guest which is nice for last minute guest. Very clean. Third floor with no elevator is a little much but overall space with outside deck is nice.

Great location and value!

Wonderful stay. Everything was clean and worked. Megan our contact was amazing. Only downside was the water pressure in the shower. I would rebook this property. 5 min bike ride to harbor town and the lonestar stables.

Great get away

My wife and I needed a little getaway and this was perfect. The condo was comfortable, had all the amenities we needed and had obviously been recently updated. We enjoyed our quiet morning coffee on the deck overlooking the golf course. After that it was an easy walk or bike ride to Harbour Town and even closer to the Shops at Sea Pines Center. We go to Hilton Head to enjoy riding our bikes everywhere and the location was perfect for that. This is a great place for a couple who just wants to relax and enjoy what Sea Pines and Hilton Head has to offer.

Just Steps Away From All the Fun!

Perfectly located in the heart of Sea Pines. This beautiful condo had everything my family of 4 needed to enjoy our week long stay. Located just steps away from the community swimming pool and tennis courts or a short walk across the parking lot to an official Sea Pines Trolley stop (with free rides to all the major sites). This condo had everything we could ask for! Clean and quiet inside. Highly recommend.

Overall the residences was clean, a little TLC needed in the bathroom. Plenty of space, nicely decorated. We were surprised that the sliding glass doors didn’t lock. It said no dogs allowed, but there was a lot of dog hair left behind. Meagan our guest contact was great. We would definitely by back

Updated room

The location is great for this time of year. The condo has been tastefully updated with everything in working order. My only issue was it needs a deep cleaning. You walk in to a beautiful living room that adjoins the kitchen. Down the hall to the bathroom, beautifully decorated with huge shower. The large bedroom with king sized bed. You have a great golf course view on the balcony. The condo was beautiful!

Needs detailed cleaning

Our 2nd time staying at this condo. Great location for golf. Updated condo in most areas. Cleaning needs more of just cleaning the surface. The cleaners forgot to clean appliances, windows, doors, walls, utensils in drawers were dirty. Other things discussed with those in charge. If all this is improved you will have a great place to stay but we probably wont stay there again.

Racquet Club Villa rental

We were in HH to play some golf and relax. The property was clean but had a strong odor of bleach when we walked in. Had to open all windows which didn’t work so well. The bed on my husbands side had a deep depression. Said he felt like the mattress was leaning. Otherwise the property was okay

Good

I stayed here for 5 days with my wife and 8 month old for the Heritage Golf tournament. The location for Harbour Town is excellent and the unit itself was easy enough with the villa amenities a nice addition (pool and tennis). We did notice, as other reviews have mentioned, that the unit is in need of a deep cleaning. Several areas of the home or appliances appeared dirtier than expected. It was also missing key essentials when we arrived, such as any hand soap for the bathroom or kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would bear these details in mind when booking.

Locks and codes

Codes were out of date. The lock on the door did not work some of the time. Discovered that you cannot lock the door from the inside using the coded dead bolt, as it will not work the next morning to lock the door when you leave

Nice place, but…

I really liked this condo. It’s well done and updated. But there’s something about the appearance when you’re up close. The owners need to find a new house keeper. This place is clean, but not spotless, which it should be for the price of staying. It’s really not that hard to even clean some of the area that needed attention. There are scuff marks on the walls, the front door looks like it needs a paint job, the base boards have dust collecting on them. To top it off, there are no beach/pool towels available. No dish soap or counter cleaner available. They give you a few trash bags but we ran out and just a pinch of dish washer detergent. I’d stay here again, but for way less money.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your comments, and they wanted to share the following:-We apologize for any areas that were less than spotless. We have reached out to our cleaning company to address these concerns.-Dish soap and at least two packets of dishwasher detergent should have been provided. We will ensure extra supplies are available in the future.-We will look into freshening up the paint and addressing scuff marks on the walls and front door.Thank you again for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!

Quick get-away.

This is the third time we have stayed at this property. I think that it may have changed ownership since our last stay. It’s starting to show some wear and tear and missing some love. We had issues with the air-conditioner which was promptly taken care of (thankfully), the patio door doesn’t lock but you are on the 3rd floor, our codes to the pool and restrooms were inaccurate, the smoke detector was disabled by a previous guest and still sitting on the counter, air vent in bathroom ceiling drips water and the ceiling is moldy, the bedding is eh and only one sleeping pillow per person but there’s extra in the closet but no pillow cases. It’s starting to show it’s age. On the positive side, the location is great. Right by the pool and walking distance to Harbor Town. We were able to get an early check-in which was very nice. And the property manager was great handling the air conditioner issue and even followed up afterwards. It’s a great little place for two to enjoy their stay in HH it just needs a bit of attention.

Great Location, Needs a Deep Clean

This condo was in a great location for Sea Pines. Less than 10min walk to Harbour Town and 5min walk to the Sea Pines shops area. The inside of the condo was updated well. Wish there was a better view of the golf course green as view was blocked by trees. The biggest issue we had, preventing us from giving 5 stars, was with the cleanliness of the condo complex and the condo itself. The complex is in need of some big TLC, and the pool was dirty (did see a pool service company arrive on day we left). The inside of the condo is in need of a deep clean. Looks like the couches never have been cleaned and huge dust buildup under bed and couches. The outside porch was dirty. Overall, with a good cleaning this would get 5 stars and we would certainly stay here again!

Peaceful escape

My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing time. The condo was exactly how it is listed. The location is perfect. We were apprehensive about not renting a car but bike rentals is all that was needed. The location is perfect for exploring and meeting all your needs. We loved touring Daufuskie island and trips to Harbor Town. Biking at sunset at the beach club was gorgeous! We would definitely stay there again!
