Racquet Club 2321 is a cozy villa in the Harbour Town area of Sea Pines. This villa is a spacious 1 bedroom condo with a King in the master bedroom, plus a bonus loft with two twin beds. It is a short walk to all the action in the Harbour Town marina including water sports, restaurants and shopping. Racquet Club amenities include an on-site pool, and Tennis Courts. This is perfect spot for a couple, or family looking to explore all that Sea Pines has to offer. Biking is one of the biggest attractions to Sea Pines and you can jump on your bikes and hit the trails right outside of the villa. There are 15+ miles of paved leisure trails, and hike through the 605 acre Forest Preserve. If golf is your game, then Sea Pines has award winning top-tier 3 courses, including the world famous PGA Harbour Town course. Racquet Club is peaceful, & quiet community surrounded by beautiful trees and may even spot an alligator or turtles! Leave the car behind and take the old fashioned Sea Pines trolley car to the beach. The Sea Pines Beach Club features an oceanside bar, casual dining, and a rooftop terrace.

Great location and nice updated bathroom. The rest of the unit could use some updates. This was not as clean as other units I have stayed in this same complex. It was kinda dusty and had a pretty musty smell. The upstairs loft had a lot of dead bugs lying around. Overall the unit was “OK” and wasn’t a bad value, but I will be staying at other units in future stays.

Dark and dingy ... smells musky and moldy. Not at all like the photos. TV's are small and badly positioned for viewing. Master bedroom bed lacks support. Bathrooms nicely remodeled but rest of unit needs upgraded.

Harbor town location

Unit was clean and location great. Beds a bit soft. The property should list that there is a Filter coffee maker as opposed to one the uses pods so visitor can purchase supplies prior to entering. Also, Sea Pines Tower Beach is restricted to residents cars making it difficult to access without cyclining to it and and carrying beach equipment. What a shame as it is the best beach. The included bicycles were a great beneift and the trails in Sea Pines a lot of fun.

Great Location

This property is located close to everything. We could easily bike to the beach, to the Salty Dog, to Harbor Town…..just perfect. The bed in the master bedroom is the most amazingly comfortable bed ever. Overall the condo itself is dated, but not a bad deal for the price.

Near Harbourtown

Location relative to Harbourtown was wonderful. Access to the courts of this complex was perfect for what we were looking for. Unit could use some updating, but was neat and clean. Kitchen is appropriate for basic meals.

Pics are deceiving

Pics were pretty deceiving. Place was very small. Not worth what we paid. I’m not sure if there was a sq foot listing - but the pics made the place look 2x what it is. Bathrooms were 70’s. Clean but real old. Bed was like sleeping on a trampoline. Back aches first 2 hours of the day. Cable in main living room wasn’t working - did not want to take the time to fix the landlords cable. Carpet felt like it had no padding under and was pretty dirty. The whole place needs a make over for the price they charged. It’s bs really, just because you are in sea pines doesn’t mean you can not update your condo. Fridge was the bare bones model - no water filter. Water with out filter in sea pines is about as tasty as hot garbage. We had friends that paid about what we did in the dunes - much better area, 1500 more square feet and a sleep number bed. Truth in advertising failed here. This place was the condo equivalent of a motel 6. I guess it was clean. I.. guess.

The place is much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. It had a bad musty smell that hit you as soon as you walked through the door. It had the appearance of being clean but after closer inspection the bathroom was unusable till after a trip to Walmart and a load of cleaning supplies to make us half way comfortable to do so. The place is in need of serious updating, even the rings on the shower curtain are seriously rusted. Very sad for what we paid to have to stay in such a dilapidated place!

Great time in Sea Pines

We had a great time last week in Sea Pines. This rental was as pictured. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The trolley stop is at the other end of this building and very convenient for getting around Sea Pines. The location is quiet. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. The beds were comfy. We never saw a gator on the property. I'm sure there was one there, we just never got to see one. We did see some in other areas. We would def stay here again! Thanks for letting us stay!

Sea Pines is beautiful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Raquet Club which is in Sea Pines resort. The two-story unit was very homey. It had a fun upstairs closet the kids used as a fort and loved it. The pool was quiet and had just the right amount of shade and plenty of sun. Since the pool isn’t connected to the condos, you have to walk a bit. That’s not a big deal at all, but because it’s not connected, bathrooms at the pool are needed. There are two small bathroom stalls which doubles as a changing area. Upon arrival, one of the toilet stalls was literally overflowed with “mess” so only one stall was usable. At one point the second stall also became unusable, but it was quickly resolved with a phone call to Seashore. They called maintenance and someone came out to fix the second stall. The first stall never was fixed so the entire pool area had one stall/changing room to use. That was frustrating.The accommodations at the condo were great. Everything was in good condition and well stocked with plates, cooking items, etc. The vacuum provided did not work and it would have been nice to vacuum during the stay. Sea Pines is a beautiful place. With the live oaks hanging over the streets and Spanish moss hanging down, it creates such a cool southern atmosphere. Lawton stables are only a minute away and horses, ponies, and a petting zoo can be enjoyed.

Sweet little beach getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our stay. A trolley comes right to the complex every half hour to take you to Harbor town or the beach. We rented bikes and were in close proximity to so many fun things. We even saw an alligator in the pond behind the rental. The only complaint I have is that the two twin beds are pushed right up against the railings that look over the den from the second story. It felt very unsafe for children but would work great for teenagers or adults.
