Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this inviting Lighthouse Tennis Villa offers an exceptional blend of space, comfort, and classic Hilton Head charm in the largest one-bedroom floor plan within the community. Vaulted ceilings and tasteful décor define the open living area, which features two sofas, including a queen sleeper, and opens through dual sliding glass doors to an expansive balcony with views of the pool and lagoon. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats four and flows seamlessly into the updated kitchen, complete with modern cabinetry, updated appliances, and a convenient beverage refrigerator.

The spacious primary suite provides a relaxing retreat with plank flooring, a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a generous walk-in closet that houses a full-size washer and dryer. The recently updated bathroom adds a touch of luxury with a tiled walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. Thoughtful amenities enhance your stay, including backpack beach chairs, adult bicycles from South Beach Cycles, and a complimentary Sea Pines car pass for added convenience.

Ideally located within the gated Sea Pines community, this villa places you close to some of Hilton Head Island’s most iconic attractions. Enjoy on-site tennis courts and a community pool, or take a short bike or trolley ride to Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, and Lawton Stables. The Lighthouse Tennis complex is also within walking distance of the Sea Pines Center, offering easy access to shops, dining, bike rentals, and trolley stops—making this an ideal home base for experiencing the best of Sea Pines living.

Enjoyed our stay in this spacious 1BR, 1BA condo. Rooms are nice size; king-size bed was comfortable. Very nice bath with large walk-in shower. Condo is very clean & well maintained. Great location in Sea Pines. Loved that the owner provided 2 bikes for use during our rental. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely stunning !! It was clean and nicely appointed. I highly recommend this place for your vacation stay in Sea Pines Hilton Head SC. Close to everything. It was quiet, relaxing. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was beautifully updated with a gorgeous shower. I can’t say enough good things about it. Thank you for accommodating my stay.

This condo is situated in a convenient location in Sea Pines. Turn left out the property and it’s a short walk and shorter bike ride to Harbortown. Turn right and you’re a three minute walk to the Sea Pines Center. The bikes included with our rental were convenient and appreciated, having one less thing to reserve and manage. We rode to the Beach Club, South Beach and The Salty Dog, Sea Pines Forest Preserve, Stoney Baynard Ruins, and all along the leisure paths for the shady pleasure of it all.The unit was clean and comfortable. We could mildly hear the neighbors moving about below us and I’m sure they could hear us but it was all peace and quiet by 9:00. I would stay here again and would recommend it to those who appreciate a good bang for their buck in a good location.

This spot is ideally located to all on the South end of the island. A quick 3 minute stroll to Chow Daddy's/Truffles and about 10-15 minutes to Harbourtown. We appreciated the bikes and accessibility to the bike path as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place!

Such a cute little condo in the perfect location! About a 15 minute ride to the beach and the condo has just enough space to not feel cramped (even with a toddler running around). We will certainly book again next year!

Great Getaway location

The unit we stayed is was beautiful and clean. It was central to everything in Sea Pines, restaurants, beaches, shopping, churches. Free bike rental is a bonus - beautiful biking trails, everything is accessible by bike. Our whole experience was positive.

Great stay!

We loved this condo! It was so clean and decorated well! It was the perfect size for our family of 3. Our two and a half year old had plenty of room to play! Having a washer and dry was a great plus! We loved having the pool to ourselves! Overall would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful one bedroom condo! There are three sets of steps to get up to second floor so not for someone that can’t do stairs. Condo was clean and just as pictured. We enjoyed laying by the pool every day. Short ride on bicycles to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location and onsite bikes to use were a plus. Condo was clean and spacious for two people. Improvements would be mirrors outside of the bathroom. Very hard to get ready when the only mirrors are in the bathroom and others are showering etc. A full length mirror would also be nice. There is only one towel rack for bath towels so we were draping towels over doors etc to dry. Hooks may be nice in the bathroom. Not a huge deal but not all the drawers were not cleaned out from the previous renter, so lived out of a suitcase. Overall would very much recommend.

2375 light house

We had a wonderful time with our stay. The place was very clean and put together. We were located in the perfect spot. Anything we could have needed was provided. Check in process was wonderful and easy to use. Over all 5 stars!

Excellent rental villa, would stay again

Very comfortable, just as described. Everything worked perfectly. Bikes in very good condition, beach chairs and sun umbrella provided were Tommy Bahama. I would suggest to add a measuring cup and a thrash can with lid.

Wonderful Unit, Great Location, Definitely Returning

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean, furnishings were in great shape, tiled shower was wonderful, and everything we needed was included. The full washer and dryer/walk-in closet combination is most convenient. Location is right off the bike path, allows for biking, walks to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center, and is a short drive (1.1 mile) to the Beach Club. We would have stayed another week except for a family commitment.

Unexpected Inconvenience

Unit below us had a big dog that barked all day long while owners were out…..hard to relax.

Thank you for your feedback, we reported this issue to the community association and discovered that the unit below was short term vacation renters as well. We are sorry for the disturbance, unfortunately there was no way to know this issue would occur.

Some basic stuff you might expect was missing, like salt and pepper. Other things provided like the toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc. were super cheap-o. I would plan to bring anything you need.

The check-in process, was smooth all the way up to the end. The condo was in an ideal location to get to the beach and to Harbourtown. The kitchen is basic and neat but not ideally stocked if you like to prepare a meal. There are no hooks or anywhere to hang your towels when you get out of the shower. The unit does come with four beach chairs and a beach wagon and two bikes which was very nice. Overall, I would recommend this condo.

Reviewer Comments: You cant beat the location of this condo. Walk or bike to almost anywhere. Condo was clean and well equipped with basic needs. Using the remotes for the TV was a little confusing but I have found that to be a problem with all rentals. Need to provide a more detailed written instructions for using the remotes. Bed was comfortable, nice large bathroom. Great shower.
