Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear you found the studio clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and that our team was able to respond quickly regarding the ice maker. For future guests, we’d like to clarify a couple of points. The building numbers are clearly posted on the road side of each building to help identify the correct location. Regarding parking passes, if you arrive after the HOA office is closed, you may simply place a note on your dashboard with your name and unit number. Guests have until noon the following day to obtain the official parking pass from the office. This information is included in the check-in instructions to help ensure a smooth arrival, even after hours. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed your time in the area.

Hi Kris - your review is not correct as this condo, and every other condo across the 5 buildings in the complex, are identical in layout. This has never been a 2 bedroom or advertised as one; it's a studio and could not even accommodate 2 bedrooms considering its size (which is given in the description). Sounds like you may have booked it thinking it was something else, but we're glad you found the location convenient.

Hi Barb - I've looked into your reservations details and spoken with our team. The checkin information for your stay was sent to the email address you provided with your reservation 2 days before arrival & the day of your arrival. When you had trouble accessing the unit, you went to the onsite association management office instead of reaching out to us directly (via VRBO, email or phone) which is what caused the delay. We're glad you enjoyed the condo for your 2 week stay & welcome you again!

Hi Robert - we're surprised that we didn't hear from you about any of these things during your 2 week stay. You reached out regarding other things - like letting us know you were departing early - but never mentioned any issues. It doesn't take the cleaning crew 6 hours to clean one unit, but the volume of turns during season they need to be able to schedule cleanings ahead of time and may get there sooner or later than anticipated depending on how they're able to move through other units in the complex. Deep cleaning the track of the lanai sliding doors isn't standard between each turn, but this has been brought to their attention so they remember to vacuum when needed. Housekeeping also changes out bulbs during the turns when they're burnt out; if we'd heard from you about bulbs that went out during your stay, we would've done our best to get maintenance there to replace them for you. We would've appreciated the opportunity to know about these things before your review a month later; it would've given us the chance to correct them for you & for future guests. It's impossible for us to be everywhere at once & we can't address things we're not told about. We wish you the best in your future travels!

Hi Nate - we understand everyone has different preferences and tolerances when it comes to noise, but this is a 10th floor unit well above the road. Guests haven't had problems enjoying the outdoor space. We provide all communications via email and specify that the properties are self checkin. Our contact information is made available in our email communications and is posted inside the units should guests need to reach us. We don't have a reason to interrupt guests stay with unnecessary communication but have a team available should guests need assistance. Set checkin & checkout times are common practice in vacation rentals, especially private rentals and during peak season. We also make it very clear what is provided in the starter amenity pack ahead of your arrival. This is not a hotel or resort with around the clock staff & constant restock of supplies. Towels provided for bath & beach are equal to 1.5 times the number of people the unit sleeps, which is industry standard. Your reservation indicated 2 adults for the weeks stay so 6 beach towels should've been more than enough. There are also on-site laundry facilities in 3 of the 5 buildings in the complex. We're glad you enjoyed the location & found the condo cleaned well.

Hello Michael - Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're glad you enjoyed this wonderful condo with it's stunning views! We ask all guests to notify us ahead of their arrival if they'll be arriving later than 7pm. Additionally, we write out very specific instructions on what the property address is, including the door code for access. All of our properties are self checkin with touch pad door locks or a lockbox with a key. Although you booked through VRBO, they don't manage the unit itself so if you contacted them for entrance assistance they wouldn't have been able to help. I don't see an attempt to reach us directly upon your arrival, but I am sorry that you had difficulty locating the unit. We work around the clock and tirelessly for all of our guests. We do our very best to provide every possible amount of information a guest may need. We appreciate your feedback.
