The lower level has four big bedrooms, main with ensuite, large family-sized bathroom, living room and laundry.

Ample off street parking is available with enough room for the boat or jet-ski too.

With being so close to the beach, the home is ideal for those who just want to pack their beach bag, walk out the door and in minutes be rolling out the towel on the sand to start soaking up the sun and fresh air.
