Went down with three families and there was plenty of room. Great house with own private staircase to beach off. We really enjoyed this one

Lovely location, fastastic views

Overall our stay way very enjoyable, was great to be able to take our 4 legged family members. The house could do with some minor maintenance but the views and location was amazing.

Gorgeous property in an excellent location!

We had a wonderful stay at Neptune. The house was lovely, and it was very convenient to be so close to the beach. The bathrooms and kitchen were in great condition, although we found the stove to be lacking a lot in power. The location was great and it was nice to have the shops so close. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome Family Stay with a View

The property was everything as listed. The open plan layout with a view was amazing for us to all enjoy our long weekend together, with the games room an added bonus for the noisy teenagers. Great facilities for the family and the fur baby. Would love to return for a summer get away!!

It sounds like the property provided the perfect setting for your family's long weekend! An open plan layout with a view must have been stunning, and having a games room to keep the teenagers entertained is a brilliant touch. It's lovely to hear that everyone, including your fur baby, had a great time. A summer getaway there sounds like a fantastic idea! Imagine enjoying the beautiful surroundings in warm weather. The view was stunning and made the stay very memorable, however the house is due for some maintenance. Doors need to be fixed, bbq and coffee machine are beyond their days and the house and contents are becoming ‘tired’.

Holiday homes do experience regular wear and tear due to frequent guest use, and maintenance is carried out on an ongoing basis as required. If any items such as appliances or doors require attention, we encourage guests to notify us during their stay so our team can assess and address the matter where possible. As outlined in our booking terms, issues should be reported at the time so we have the opportunity to respond. Your comments regarding the BBQ, coffee machine and general maintenance have been noted and passed on for review.

We had an amazing time for my getaway for my 50th birthday with my family. The views are magnificent, the bedrooms are great in size. The games room was fantastic. The property is showing its age but it in no way affected our stay. I would recommend this property.

The only luxurious thing about this property was the view. Property has multiple issues. It was unclean, cookware was rusted & dirty, oven was disgusting, BBQ was filthy, broken bathroom door that didn't close, leaking water under sink that smelt and was mouldy, Front door did not lock, the list goes on. I would not recommend this property for the amount of money they charge to rent it. We were extremely disappointed.

Ideal Venue for our annual family Reunion

Neptune worked out extremely well for our annual family reunion which included 9 adults and four older children. The big play room with a ping pong table and pool table was a big hit as was the dining room table which allowed us to seat all 13 comfortably. The rooms were large and tastefully decorated. A downside was the BBQ which we need for every meal was in poor condition. Fortunately, Debbie, the extremely helpful staff person lent us her own BBQ and it worked great. Thanks again, Debbie.

Family holiday

Accomodation was good and linen sufficient.Rubbish bins were full and one room wardrobes didn’t slide to open . Lawns weren’t mowed and bbq and stove were filthy.Once we complained these were rectified. Although stove and bbq remained the same.Overall an amazing place to stay but for the price paid the place needs a lot of cleaning and maintenance.

Incredible location for group holiday

Enough bedding but one room was advertised as a bedroom but the foldout was incredibly uncomfortable and had a skylight, which meant it was not dark. Should not have been advertised as a possible bedroom (or improve the fold out!) Agent was incredibly helpful!! We had a minor issue and they came by and happily addressed it within 20 minutes- amazing! Gorgeous location, lots of amenities, incredibly well sorted for a group family holiday. We all loved it! Thank you!!! Only other suggestion is for a telescope! Stars were amazing.

The view was absolutely breathtaking and Check-in/out was super easy! Loved our stay!

We stayed here the 2 nights before our wedding for some R&R and for the parents to meet for the first time and it was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed walking down to the beach everyday for a swim and the view is stunning! Couldn’t have had a better stay.

Family getaway

We stayed with 6 adults and 3 children under 2. The property was perfect for our group. Very well appointed with lots of extras. Magnificent views and great beachside location. Property manager was prompt with responses and helpful

Super spacious, comfy beds, amazing views and awesome games room. Just let down by lack of cleanines

My family had a great time, convenient location and there was plenty of room for all 13 of us. The kids and adults loved the games room so given we couldn't swim, this was a massive bonus. Stunning views of the ocean and sunrises from the backyard! Simply breathtaking! The rooms were all huge, the beds comfy but overall the experience was dampened by the lack of maintenance and cleanliness. There was a broken door, broken blinds, dirty walls and windows so the views of the ocean from inside were unfortunately not as clear and spectacular as they could have been.

Hi Thi, thanks for your feedback and we're glad you had a great time at Neptune. Our housekeepers have said there is not an issue with the games room door at the moment, so this must have been rectified. The housekeeprs also hose down the main windows across the living room area at each clean as the salt air from right on the beach unfortunately is not something we can avoid. If it's an issue when. you are there, you're welcome to just give them a hose down. From time to time we will do full spring cleans on the properties and this is somthing we're looking at at the moment.

Fabulous

Fantastic location for ant time of the year- laying in the sun and swimming or under a blanket watching the wild weather with the fire going. We had it all and it was December. Who would have ever believed it! Large light and very comfortable.

Great Views

Had a fabulous weekend with friends. The views are amazing. Kitchen was very well equipped and the boys really enjoyed the fantastic BBQ.

Beautiful stay

Lovely property, gorgeous views. Only thing was there were no hand towels and barely any toilet paper. Otherwise it was an amazing place.
