Renovated Condo with Breathtaking Ocean & Mountain Views

Enjoy resort-style living in serene Makaha Valley with beautiful floor to ceiling ocean and mountain views from the comfort of your own condo. Greet each day with birds chirping and painted pink skies as the sun rises over the mountain tops. Unwind each day watching the sunset cast vast colors over the Pacific Ocean. This modern, open floor plan condo is completely renovated.

The space:

Our condo is a one bedroom, one bath with a balcony and bonus room that doubles as an office and second bedroom with a pull-down Murphy bed. The condo is completely renovated and has a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, furniture, fixtures, etc. We also have two beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and beach towels for you to use at one of the many nearby beaches.

Monthly availability:

This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.

All reservations to start at the beginning of the month and run through the end of the month. No mid month bookings please.

Guest access:

Guests will have full access to the condo and community amenities. The pool hours are 8am-8pm and the grill area is open from 10am-9pm.

I won’t be available in person but will available through messaging and phone any time.

Other things to note:

The on-site security team is very thorough. If you are bringing a car you will need to show the security gate all guests driver’s license or passports, rental car agreement (if applicable), active insurance & verify that your vehicle’s registration & safety inspection stickers on the rear bumper of the vehicle are up to date. Once through the gate you will be required to stop by the office to pay a refundable $50 parking deposit and pick up your parking decal. This decal will be good for one vehicle. Any additional vehicles would require another deposit and $4/night payable to the office. If you’ll be bringing a second car please let us know so we can coordinate with the office.

The neighborhood:

The condo is located in beautiful Makaha Valley. Breathtaking Makaha Beach is a short walk, bike ride or drive at only a mile away. Please note that Makaha is tucked away from other parts of the island. It is perfect for travelers seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki who want to enjoy our quiet community, relax and enjoy the beach, mountains & on-site pool, BBQ and picnic area.

The best way to get around is by rental car or using Oahu’s transit system called TheBus. There is a bus stop right outside of the community which can take you to and from the airport as well as other areas of the island.
