Wonderful views from the top decks. Can be on the beach in 3 minutes. Public and yummy restaurants are in walking distance. Perfect place.

Amazing Space So Close to Beach

My family and I loved staying here. The proximity to the beach is perfect (steps away), the floor plan is so friendly for all ages, the outdoor spaces are perfect for naps or games...so lovely. Will stay again for sure! 100% recommend.

We loved the house. Perfect for two families. On the beach with a pool and next to Publix - what else can you ask for?

Family Christmas

Perfect location for our family Christmas. Convenient to Jacksonville airport (1 hour). Well appointed, plenty of everything. Owners were very helpful and caring.

Super Home

Perfect for families with young children. Very accommodating with baby, toddler and teen stuff. Perfect location and easy beach access! Everything was clean and has all amenities we could need! Thanks for sharing your home!!

Nice, clean house, in a convenient location

My Dad, myself, and 6 other friends spent a long weekend in this home. It's clean, well appointed, and has a great, convenient location to grocery, restaurants, and St Augustine. The owners are pleasant, and helpful. Will book again.

Grandson wedding trip

We were very pleased with everything in this beautiful house! Plenty of room for family and well-stocked with paper products, etc. Access to the beach was wonderful. Special thanks to the owner for answering all my questions ahead of time--very helpful!

Great house, on the beach and only 2 miles from city!

This house is in the best location. Steps from the beach and a quick Uber or car ride to the city. Lots to see and do. House was perfectly appointed. Did not need to worry about anything during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic location!

The home was absolutely perfect for us. So clean, right across from Publix . The owners were extremely responsive. We loved all the separate decks and places to hang out, and even enjoyed a game of Scrabble on the wall board. The home was endlessly stocked with everything one might need. We would definitely stay here again.

Coastal Highway Haven

Our family of ten, including four young children had a wonderful stay in Vilano Beach at this house. The house was just right for us, with lots of room. It was spacious and very well equipped, located between the beach and pool-perfect! And having Publix across the street was fantastic. We can’t recommend this house and area highly enough. Will definitely be back!

Vilano Beach Rental

The house was perfect for our family reunion. The only criticism I have is that the Bar B Que Grill was too dirty to use which was disappointing because we had planned on doing a lot of grilling.

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for your 5-star review. In all honesty, the condition of the grill is not something we are able to check every week. We are sorry previous guests left it dirty but inexpensive, disposable grill toppers are sold at Publix which is directly across the street. Perfect Vacation Getaway

This was the best vacation my family has ever had. the house was perfect in every way, from the location to the floor plan. we had three family's to include 2 children under 2 YOA and everyone had the space to stay without knowing anyone else was in the home. the common area, kitchen dinning room and living room accommodated everyone at one time. Host went over and above to make this a perfict vacation.

Family Vacation 2024

We enjoyed the property immensely. We have been going on family vacations for close to 50 years and liked this property more than any place that we have rented. The beach was very close, the house was well stocked and there was plenty of room for our family of 11. We do not have anything negative to say about the property except that the week passed too quickly.

Family Vacation

The pictures truly were spot on. The home was well equipped and we'll maintained. The hosts were readily available for questions. They provided essentials such as toilet paper soap and paper towels. They provided a list of restaurants with reviews. Would definitely stay again

Fantastic Home for Family Easter Break

We stayed in this home visiting our daughter who is attending college in Saint Augustine. Such a lovely home, very spacious, clean and has everything you could possibly need! The beach is a short stroll from house. Laura was a fantastic hostess and handled any needs or questions we had. We can’t wait to return for another memory making time in this gorgeous home.

Ideal for family vacation

This is the perfect spot for a family getaway in every respect. Jeff and Laura could not be nicer or more helpful. The location is perfect-steps from a great beach on a private walkway and a nice pool and steps from a good supermarket and restaurants. The house was spotless and well furnished and comfortable. We enjoyed the large balcony and deck, the many board games and books and the multi channel tv's.Great large kitchen too. Near all the attractions of st augustine too. Really, all you could want.

Excellent location and great house to rent!

We loved the location near beach, Publix and all the sights in ST. Augustine. House had a well stocked kitchen for cooking for 12 people. Lots of places to sit outside. Owners were fantastic to work with being very responsive to questions. Went out of their way to supply poolside table covers and a pop up. We were able to supplement poolside seating with our own. Would totally rent again if ever in the area.

Clean, large house with great layout for family!

My family (parents with married daughters and families) really enjoyed the space in and layout of this house! Everything we needed was supplied … especially nice since one family flew into Jacksonville. The owners communicated well and the house was very clean. We certainly enjoyed the location, so close to Publix and St.Augustine attractions and restaurants. This house isn’t right on the beach, but the path to the beach was shorter than many beachfront condos in which we’ve stayed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Family weekend!

This home was perfect in every way! Lots of room, beautifully decorated, everything you need and then some! So close to the water you could hear the waves from the balconies! Convenient location to St. Augustine so we did not have to waste a lot of time in our cars. We all agreed when we return to St. Augustine this would be where we want to stay. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for the beach, historic St. Augustine and comfortable space. Thank you for providing such a comfortable space to spend time as a family.

We rented this house in St. Augustine to attend my niece’s wedding. My husband and I, our adult children, significant others and granddaughter. The house was perfect for us. Some wanted to be in n the beach and some wanted to be by the pool which made the location perfect! Enough space to spread out but also warm spaces to hang out together. The house was well stocked and very clean. We loved the balconies! So convenient to have a Publix across the street and my granddaughter and I took a morning week each day to the coffee shop and then the pier. A great way to start the day. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay and for always answering my many questions quickly!
