Coastal Condo - just steps to the white sand beach! Ask about our special rates!

Beautifully Updated: Coastal cottage feel that is cozy and comfortable. You'll enjoy the easy access to the beach from this gulf side condo along with local flavor offering shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities.

The condo overlooks the swimming pool and is a short walk to the beach. This two bedroom, one and a half bath condo also provides you with a view of the lagoon which runs through the property. The full bath offers a beautifully tiled stand up shower with glass door. The unit sleeps up to 6 comfortably and offers a king size bed in the master and two double beds in the second bedroom. You can enjoy the view of your choice, sunrises or sunsets. All with an enjoyable view of the ducks and swans from the condo balcony.

You will be located on the first level above the covered parking space below the unit. All of the comforts of home include 2 flat panel TVs and a fully equipped kitchen.

We offer you the best value on the beach and invite you to come and enjoy the beautiful white sands and local flavors.

This is a nice place overall. It was clean, seemed to have what was needed. The beach is close easy 5 min walk. The lagoon is pretty as was the pool. It is an older property that has been maintained. Communication with the owner was mostly excellent. We stayed during a cold spell so we were inside a lot! The negatives are that the people above you are pretty easy to hear, as far as foot steps. There were several times when my husband had went to sleep and it was later in the evening and I thought he was getting up and walking into the room and I would realize it was them walking upstairs. it mostly wasn't a big deal though and it did not keep us awake.Having our very own parking spot was very nice! The only real negative was the televisions. They were older and not real big, but the problem came from having our streaming services (Netflix and prime) stop working in the middle of multiple programs and having to restart them or try. This happened multiple times!Overall, I would stay again.

Beautifully located and beautiful family stay - highly recommend! Direct path to the beach with the shower for after the beach. Very cute to have that little pound right by the apt with the ducks and turtles, kids will enjoy that very much as well. Comfortables beds / rooms, kitchen has everything you need, wi-fi works great (we were working and doing homeschool while there), shower has great pressure which is always enjoyable. We had a few questions / needed help from the host and she was very responsive. We also made use of the washer / dryer and that was very kind of her to include a couple washing pods. My only addition would be to add more garbage bags for the guests - I feel that this is probably the top thing you do not want to run out of in general :)

The condo was convenient to the beach, about a two minute walk. Place was clean, functional for our needs. Host was responsive to any inquiries. Two bathrooms, but only one had a shower, so if you have more than two people staying here, keep in mind only one person can shower at a time. Overall, 10 out of 10 and I would highly recommend!

The property was everything that was in the description! Really nice place and super close to the beach. Overall really clean and nice inside. Only downfall about our stay was the wifi when trying to watch any tv show or movie. Was very shaky and kept cutting out on us. A good investment for the condo would be a few beach chairs but overall we liked the place and would recommend.

Great Place!

This was a nice condo. We really enjoyed our stay. Two pre teen grandsons and us. Just enough room. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. The boys loved the pool and the beach. Both were very convenient to our unit. Parking so close was an extra bonus. The condo is close but not too close to the hustle and bustle. Great restaurants nearby. We were very pleased with our visit.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful time. Family spending much needed time together. We had everything we needed at the condo. Was very convenient to the beach.We would love to come again next year. The ducks and turtles were enjoyed by all. Fantastic week. There are also some great dining locations nearby.Very convenient location to shops

Beach Condo Stay

Overall good experience - property was clean, comfortable, and in a nice location. There are some repairs that need to be made to the property - one of the shower doors was broken and there is a wet spot on the ceiling in the secondary (two beds) room. Things to be aware of/suggestions for owners: 1. Upstairs neighbors can be quite noisy-you can hear all the walking around, toilet/shower, dog barking, etc. 2. We've rented several beach properties in the past and this is the first that hasn't had any beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc.) provided. This would be helpful for people that fly in and don't have those things with them. We did purchase some items and left an umbrella, volleyball, and sand castle toys for the next family. 3. We also went and bought needed supplies-there was only one roll of toilet paper, no cleaning supplies to wipe off counter or table, or vacuum for floors, no salt or pepper in kitchen, etc. Just a few essiential items that would have been helpful to have on hand for a family staying for a week in the property.

Great place right next to the beach!

The condo was very nice, clean, just off the beach! The walls are a bit thin, luckily we had no issues but could hear the person above walking around. The only negative is that with the location being right next to the beach I assumed (wrongly) there would be some beach towels or anything beach related. We had to buy our own beach towels, I’m glad I didn’t bring our kids or we would have shelled out a fortune! I should have asked but like I said I just assumed. Overall a great time was had by all.

TV instructions

The only thing I can think of that would have been better was lack of information on how to use the tv. The owner was very responsive and sent the maintenance man to help and he did. It took him two hours to resolve the issue.

Cute and quite place

The property was great. The owner is very quick to respond anytime. i had a question if there was an issue, she was right on top of it. I highly recommended this place. It's definitely perfect for a getaway. The home makes you feel like your home. ur at home.

Great Location

Close to the beach. Over-looked pool and lagune. Quiet community. Will stay again. Blue Angels show was awsome and watched in front of condo on the beach.

We were here for my daughter’s dance comp. The condo was great for our family and not a bad drive to the convention center at all. The owner was super responsive to get us and info and recommendations. Very pleased!

The unit and the owner of the unit were very good. The pool and the grounds need attention. the pool and public bathroom For a condo unit that pays an HOA they need to fix the sprinkler system and update the table and chairs around the pool

We are great friends who call south central Pennsylvania home. Our families have traveled together for years. Between being stationed at Eglin AFB over 25 years ago and now having family who live in the area, we set out to find the perfect get-a-way home on Pensacola Beach!

We love how close this unit is to everything, but most of all....to the beach! As soon as we stepped foot over the walk way across the dune, we knew Pensacola Beach was where we would purchase our first rental! The sight of the white sugar sand and the clear emerald Gulf is simply beautiful.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our end unit balcony (or as we like to call - the Lanai) looks over both the pool and the lagoon. We love sitting out in the morning with coffee watching the ducks and turtles. Evenings are nice with a glass of wine listening to the gentle sounds of the water feature.
