The property does have a detailed guest information folder - this ensures that guests have a streamlined experience at the property. Hi Emma, Thank you for your review on Cooinda. We have spoken with the housekeeper in regards to the windows which are on a rotation clean and are due to be completed soon. Please note that there are 2 bins that are located at the top of the driveway. As the property is out of town all rubbish is put in one bin and is then sorted at the refuse centre when collected on Friday's. We apologise for this, although these instructions were outlined in the Guest Information Folder.

Hi Cheryl, Thank you for taking the time to review Cooinda. Unfortunately, the Stayz system didn't alert us to your review, so apologies for our delayed response. We are disappointed to hear of the cleaning and maintenance issues, though we can assure you all have been resolved since your stay. The owners have taken great care in updating the property and providing all new equipment for the kitchen. You won't be left needing anything when you return next. We agree, the grounds are beautiful, with gorgeous rural views and plenty of room for the kids to run around. Cooinda is the perfect property for a family holiday.
