Amazing views

Great house perfect for our family group. Great service from the property managers. Kitchen lacked some basic supplies such as a few garage bags and washing powder but overall highly recommended property would definitely stay again

Awesome location, best side of the island to be on

Casuarina 16 is a beautiful spot to spend you next holiday, although there are a few maintenance issues and the villa could be cleaner, eg sofa's, curtains and floors. there is a great big kitchen and outdoor area to watch the sunsets. There is an abundance of bird life and its wonderful to be right next to the pool.

Great location and views

Location is walkable to shops / marina though a bit of a steep hill coming back up, definitely great to have the golf cart as part of the stay. Process of getting picked up / dropped off from airport was seamless. Beds were comfy. Great views, nice balcony. Good space with TV, internet, netflix and DVD selection. Overall a great stay and would come again. Shower grout showing its age but otherwise was happy with the condition of everything in this apartment.

Great position

A very well appointed villa with nearly all amenities one needs. Quick turnarounds may be the cause but more care with cleaning would help. eg fans not clean, floors not vacuumed under/ behind beds, under sofas in lounge. Cloths/ sponge for cleaning kitchen sink/bench could help too. Otherwise an excellent choice.

The property is fantastic but needing a “lick of paint”. Some small upgrades around key access (1 key for Villa with 6 people). No remote control for TV in upstairs Bedroom !! No key for outside door in upstairs bedroom. Not enough dishwasher tablets or washing machine detergent for 7 people over 8 nights. In saying that we loved the property and will hopefully be back.

Spectacular house in a beautiful setting.

Very large and well equipped house in a convenient location with spectacular views. It is a short walk to the harbour and a golf cart is provided for easy access to the many facilities around the island. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the large deck. Would like to stay again.

Excellent views and location.

The transfers to and from airport were excellent! Location was perfect, close to Marina. Very private to other apartments as well. Wallabies in the side garden were a treat. So glad we stayed this side of island. Lovely views. Great kitchen amenities and lovely being close to the pool which was crystal clear. On the whole the apartment was clean with the exception of both bathrooms which néed a really good scrub - an easy fix 🤞🏻 The fold out bed could be upgraded, very uncomfortable for anyone other than small kids. Overall I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

We were really pleased that we decided to stay on the Marina side of the island which was close to shops and eating options. We loved the golf cart culture!

Amazing views

The views over the water and harbour are visible from most rooms. Very comfortable with all amenities. Close walk to town so really didnt need the golf buggy provided but great to have. Loved sitting on the balcony each night, enjoying the beautiful weather Hamilton Island put on for us.

Lovely house. Great location and very comfortable

We had a fantastic stay. We had my husband and I. My mother in-law and 2 kids. We all had pleanty of room. The view from the deck is amazing. Clean and comfortable.

Awesome views to Dent Island and beyond. Massive kitchen bench/dining table. Well appointed. Some crockery looks a bit dirty so had to wash it before use. Would definitely recommend this place to people. Only downside is with 6 people and 1 golf cart, it was difficult to all go together to places. It would be good if there was an option to have a second cart available as part of the booking process (obviously at a cost) as there is plenty of room to park it in front of the garage door. Both valet and housekeeping services could not be faulted, especially housekeeping allowing us to have a late checkout.

Freshly Renovated

A spacious stay for four adults and two young children in a recent renovated and refreshed house. The wide open decks offer fantastic views across the marina, yacht club and dent island. The golf club calls at you from across the water. This property was a stone's throw from the nearby cafes and restaurants in the marina as well as the new supermarket, and is only a 5-10 minutes walk to the reef hotel.

The interior is spacious, clean and well maintained. So far, it was the best vacation we had and we would like to recommend this property to our relatives and friends back home. The views of the ocean were breath taking. Plenty of room on the decks with outdoor dining and large BBQ. The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed. Great location right next to the swimming pool so the kids could wander off and have some fun without us worrying about them. Buggy had seat belts which was great. Last year we stayed somewhere without seat belts on the buggy and having seat belts we felt is essential. Able to walk to the marina easily. Fantastic experience!

We are so glad we picked Casuarina 16. The booking process was flawless. The valet was friendly and on time. The property has the best views and an ideal location. It is within walking distance to the marina thus great if heading out for a meal and you don't want to drive back in the free buggy. The swimming pool is right next door which was great with the kids. Everything we needed was there and it exceeded our expectations. We would definitely consider returning... soon!

The kitchen was so well equipped with a great BBQ on the deck, we did all our meals at the house. Louise was really helpful and went the extra mile bringing over a newer portacot and high chair. The Valet service was friendly and informative. Great holiday, great accommodation

Superb!

We are a family of 5, parents plus 3 girls of 15, 8 and 5 at the time. The unit was clean, spacious, very well presented and in an easy position to get to the marina and all the restaurants and outlets there. Terrific views up and down Dent passage from the balcony. The pool is pretty shaded so was cool when we were there during August race week (not a bother for me but too chilly for mum and the kids) but when you have access to other pools and the ocean which was toasty not really an issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Casuarina 16.

Lovely and private

The refurbishments are lovely. The beds were soft and comfortable, kitchen decently appointed, furniture clean and new. Luxurious towels. Clean and comfortable. Incredibly private location with wonderful views to the water and marina. Stayed with our two young children and my mum (so 3 adults, 2 children). TVs in every room and balconies to share each others company and laze around. Sensational new BBQ. We were greeted at the airport on time with valet and buggy. Everything was ready early, and we were taken back to the airport from the room on departure which was great. Very close to the marina and water so the buggy rides were quite short! The only thing I could possible ask for to improve the accommodation is the inclusion of a coffee machine....yes I know, being very fussy now!! Perhaps a couple of additional kitchen items to store food, maybe some large pyrex containers? We rarely ate in the room but others may want something more in this space. Would definitely recommend staying here. It is a good quality, value for money stay on Hammo. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

Amazing!

We have stayed at 16 Casuarina Cove twice now, both times we have stayed with friends and found the house to be ideal...The only real issue we had this time is with the condition of the bed linen in all rooms..We found the sheets and pillow cases to be stained and the comforters on the down stairs single beds to be grubby looking, they are suppose to be white in colour but looking closely they are a dirty brown. Cushions in the lounge upstairs also look filthy and need replacing. These are only minor issues, above all this property has it all, amazing views and in a great location!
