Seventy feet of lakefront on the tip of Sutton Point. Enjoy the proximity and convenience of the village of Geneseo, NY and the college campus just minutes away. Private driveway and off street parking for 4 vehicles. A flat level lake front lawn right to the pebble beach. No steps. Fish and swim from the dock! Two bedrooms: Bedroom #1 accommodates a queen bed. Bedroom #2 offers a bunk bed, single mattress on top and a double mattress on the bottom. Perfect for families! There is also a kid friendly mattress stored under the bunk for a couple of younger guests in a pinch. A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Air conditioning in the living area and fans in the two bedrooms. For your convenience the home's amenities include a full size washer and dryer. Barbeque on the gas grill and dine at the picnic table or enjoy kayaking with our 2 single and one double kayak along scenic Conesus Lake. Unplug and unwind - no tv, no wi-fi, no phone. (Cell service is great!)

Lake cottage

Nice clean, comfortable place. Great bathroom, along with a large comfortable bed in main bedroom. Nice sitting room with full view of the lake. Easy access to the water and a nice sitting area by the water. Three kayaks to use.

Memorial Day Trip

We had an extremely pleasant stay at this nice cottage. Everything was exactly as described and the property was clean and inviting. The location is beautiful. Everything about the accommodation was made easy for us. We had an opportunity to meet the owners which was also very nice. The area was very nice for cycling and it was convenient to Geneseo which we spent several days at. This was a perfect stay for our few days visiting the area.

Relaxation and Rejuvenation!

Chris & Beth take such great care of their beautiful cottage. We had a wonderful week grilling, fishing, boating, kayaking and relaxing. The views were breathtaking and the area is ideal for a relaxing get-a-way. Thank you!!:)

Getaway

Perfect size cottage for the two of us. very well stocked and clean. Dock area is great, tad tricky with poles on dock and proper bumper placement, Only 1 neighbor was there and he is heck of a nice guy. ONLY reason not 5 star is weather was lousy and with no wifi or even tv made for some long days of watching the rain come down. oh caught some tanks ( big bass) right off the end of dock....

Our stay was lovely! The only issue we had was that our daughter and her husband were not comfortable in the bunk bed. Children would be fine in that room!

Wonderful lake location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage was exactly as described! We could kayak, fish off the dock, enjoy evening fires. The owners were great and communicated with us. Check-in was a breeze! We definitely plan on returning!

Perfect getaway

Met w some family members for reunion for second year in row. The place was perfect. Everything we needed. Great views and fishing. The owner always responds quickly to any inquiries. Highly recommend this place.

This was an amazing cottage get away ! Cute quaint cabin surrounded by beautiful scenery!

We had an amazing time! It was perfect for our small family! We had fun fishing off the dock, kayaking, playing in the beach. There was a great little grass area for the kids to run around! My daughter loved the princess castle they had to play with and the puzzle as well. We had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. The beds were comfortable and we got great sleep! Our son is 7 months and crawling all over everywhere and the place was spotless we didn’t have to worry about Hindi doing anything and getting into it! Perfect vacation home for a small family who wants some quality time together !

A perfect relaxing getaway

Just as advertised, and just what we needed. My husband and I had a wonderful holiday weekend getaway just the two of us. The bed was way more comfortable than I expected. We got a good night's sleep every night. We had one warm day, so we took advantage and swam in the lake. We spent a lot of time sitting on the dock, just relaxing and taking in the beauty. Chris checked in periodically and offered great recommendations for food and scenic places to go. We had a great time and would absolutely go back!

Perfect spot on the Point.

The cottage was adorable and clean and pretty much everything I expected. It has great views up and down the lake. Coffee on the dock every morning. Very nice place

Great getaway

We had a great time at the cabin. Great dock seating and outdoor seating to enjoy the lake, good swimming off the dock and a great view from the house as well. Nice place for a family getaway to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Perfect vacation

Quaint cottage on Sutton Point, being on the point you are able to see the entire lake not many locations offer. Cottage is clean and has all the conveniences that you need. Leave your computer home and enjoy the cottage and lake their is no wifi which is a plus in my opinion, the family was able to unplug and enjoy life. The dock is great, nice for docking your boat and swimming. steep drop off allows for jumping off the dock. Close to the Beachcomber restaurant. Neighbors are very friendly. Beth and Chris are awesome to rent from. Conesus Lake is beautiful, sunrise from the cottage is spectacular. We absolutely love it there.
