We love this property, and agree with our guests - The "Grandview on Grace Bay" is the find on the island. Perfect getaway.

The "Grandview" is an all beach front resort located directly on Grace Bay Beach, and is one of the most beautifully placed properties on the island. With only 18 fully air conditioned private resident suites (perfectly suitable for couples or families), you have an intimate feel, aren't overwhelmed by the crowds, and are located near all conveniences. When staying with us, you are on Grace Bay Beach - not close, not just a partial view, but directly on the beach - a perfect spot for relaxation!

This wonderfully decorated suite boasts views of Grace Bay Beach, and is located within a wonderfully convenient location. Enjoy the turquoise waters and soothing waves as you relax in our beach chairs. You are truly within a magnificent location on Grace Bay.

This 2 bedroom condo has approximately 1900 square feet; so you have room to expand. The master suite includes a king bed and a master bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom also includes a king bed, so you have more than ample room. Just in case, there is a trundle bed located in a small alcove in the main area. The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops will also meet your every need for that perfect get together. Hang out and enjoy - but chances are you will be at the beach.

The property includes the designer pool and hot tub, dedicated WiFi, bath house, on-site gym - and within walking distance to gourmet restaurants, high end super market, boutique shopping, and conveniently close to golf and casino. Beach chairs are located at the pool and beach for your convenience, and placed out for you each day.

Our island coordinator will assist with you Holiday, and we provide the insight and attention you deserve. Our goal is for you to be happy, to relax, d-stress and enjoy! Our Island Coordinator is also your concierge, and can arrange excursions and day trips at your convenience.

We also include a secure online payment system for your protection. We feel this is important, and have partnered with HomeAway / VRBO. Major credit cards accepted.

Perfect family vacation!

Turks and Caicos and the Grandview never disappoint!!! The condo is perfect - oceanfront, clean, spacious and with all the amenities you will need. Lots of great restaurants nearby. We will be back!

Incredible vacation

This condo was the perfect place for our family to stay for our spring break trip. The kids loved being on the ground floor and able to go back and forth to the beach and pool so easily. We walked to dinner every night and loved the options. The home was well stocked with everything we could want- towels, sand toys, inflatables, aloe(!!). Thank you for an incredible family week.

The property was amazing, very well maintained. Regina was exceptional. The only negative was the pool was out of service until the last day of our 10 day stay.

About the pool: That was an unforeseen circumstance, and the staff were working to clear up / and have cleared up the issues ASAP. Unfortunately; parts are not readily available on an island. Another great stay

This is our third time staying in this particular condo and it never disappoints. It’s clean, well stocked and located within walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Regina the property manager is just a lovely person. Highly recommend.

1st family vacay

This was our first vacation as an extended family. We had a blast. Grandview was great. Clean, quiet and right by the action. We had the best time. The condo had everything we could need, and management was top notch. We will definitely return.

Better than expected!

Our first time to Turks and Caicos and we were beyond happy with everything! The condo was spotless when we arrived and was bigger and more beautiful than the pictures. The beach was gorgeous! Regina and Charles were both super helpful before and throughout our stay. We had an amazing time and hope to come back again in the future!

Paradise on the perfect beach!

Beautiful place in paradise! The property was beautiful and well equipped. The owner was very quick to get back to me on all my questions! You could never get a better location! This was our third time to go to Turks and I will continue to go and stay here! On the first floor which made beach and pool access so awesome! The master bed was also very comfy!

Incredible stay

We all loved our stay. The unit is clean, well stocked and probably even nicer in person than pictured. The convenience of being steps to the pool and beach was key for us. We wanted a beach vacation where we could show up and be ready to go and this was it. We will definitely be back! We did end up renting a car and we are glad we did so we could grocery shop and explore the island a bit. Definitely could have survived without.Don't hesitate to book this one - its definitely a 5 star property.

Grandview on Grace Bay was pretty much perfect! Charles and Regina were great hosts.

Lovely ground floor condo ideal for walking out to the pool and beach. The beach was beautiful, beach chairs and umbrellas always available. The end of April was a perfect time to visit. Oldish couples and young families. Restaurants and grocery close by. We didn’t have a bad meal. Fun snorkeling adventures near. Hope to come back, soon!

Grandview

Great location! Grace bay is beautiful! First floor condo was perfect for walking directly to the beach! Regina, the manager was lovely. Only negative was that the building was very full with loud guests and children. Unfortunately Turks and Caicos has been discovered, and it is no longer the quiet peaceful island it was in years past.

Better than expected

My husband and I came to Turks and Caicos for the first time. The condo was much larger than the pictures online and quite lovely with all the amenities you could ask for. The views outside were gorgeous. Charles was very responsive when we emailed him.

Great condo , onsite manager terrific !

A little far for some restaurants, so listen and rent a car 1/2 days . Gorgeous wide sandy beaches . Some restaurants walkable . Condo has everything you need, amenities of home trully! Can’t wait to go back , thank you Charles and Regina . Wish I had warmer weather otherwise terrific time . Rained one whole day more than 8 hours and very windy .

Beautiful place

This is a wonderful condo on the most beautiful beach in the world. The condo is even better than the photos and fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. Regina and Charles were so helpful and wonderful to work with. Both bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms and kitchen are spotless. A fantastic value for this home away from home. A minor point is that the unit doesn’t have a bathtub anymore in case you plan to visit with small children.

We had the most amazing stay at this property. It was immaculately clean and fully stocked. The first-floor access to the pool and beach was perfect. We loved that we didn't need to fight over beach chairs and that they were set up for the residents daily. Charles was responsive and easy to communicate with and Regina the property manager was wonderful and answered all of our questions. We are already planning our return next year! It was perfect!

Family trip

This condo is located in the heart of the most desired part of Grace Bay. The owners have thought of everything to meet your needs. The outside grill was very handy if you just wanted to stay around the pool and beach area. The trundle bed was perfect for the kids. We really enjoyed the three LLBean bags. They were perfect for taking our snorkeling gear on outings. This condo is very well stocked with kitchen supplies, laundry supplies and beach/pool items. This was one of the best places I have every stayed in.

Grace Bay Vaca

Charles and his team were sos so helpful and beyond professional. The property was one of the nicest and well appointed properties we’ve stayed at over the past 12 years. This property is loaded with anything you may need. It shows that the property owner uses their unit and truly cares. We met some other property owners during our stay and they had nothing but very positive things to say about the owners of this unit. Definitely will be back.

Family Vacation

Great place to visit for a relaxing vacation. Property was well maintained, in a great location. Walk out the door to the beach and spend the day or walk out to be picked up by excursions. Recommend the Caicos Dream Tour all day boating. Check out was much earlier than flight and tried for 2 days to reach the property manager with no response. If you need a late check out work with Charles before you arrive. Regina is super nice but does not return text, calls or emails.

Randi, Thank you for the compliments and happy you enjoyed your stay. Beachfront on Grace Bay Beach is always a good thing, and as you mentioned, our location is wonderful. Sorry about the issue with a late check out and contacting our on island manager. There was a family emergency and she had to fly out immediately. Unfortunately your note to me was on the morning of your departure, and when I responded you had checked-out. Thank you again and happy you enjoyed the Beach time.

Truly Paradise

Couldn’t say enough good about the property, the island, and the service we received. The property is exactly as advertised and is perfect for a family of up to 6. Walking distance to a gorgeous crystal clear beach and also walking distance to many restaurants. Would suggest renting a car, we did and didn’t regret it, seeing the entire island made the trip that much better. Charles and Regina are an amazing team and provide great service! Charles was responsive and provided a tremendous amount if information in advance of our trip. Once we arrived, Regina was there to greet us with a warm smile and provided us a full overview and answered all our questions. She also was available by phone for anything we needed or wanted to ask during our stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Grace Bay Perfection

We have stayed on Grace Bay many times but never at The Grandview, so we knew what to expect from the beach but not the Grandview itself. The condo was really nice, very comfortable and very well decorated. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to get started and be more than comfortable. The owners take great care of their unit and it feels very warm and it is very clean. It was great that it was on the 1st floor so the kids could easily come and go. The pool on the property was really well cared for as well and the hot tub. It is close to a variety of shopping options, grocery and restaurants. The available paddle boards and kayaks were great. Charles was insightful, and Tarcia took great care of us while we were there. I would HIGHLY recommend this unit to a family, it was a great value in a great location.
