This beautiful home is located 1 mile from the Trilogy Resort and 5-STAR Championship GOLF COURSE. A gorgeous home inside and out.

This great location is close to the gates and rec center. The Great Room has a 60 inch TV and DVD player. Plenty of seating and entertaining spaces for hosting friends or family. A covered patio in the backyard facing the lovely pool, BBQ, and a pretty courtyard in front for coffee or a cocktail.

The large Master Suite has a king sized bed, a flat screen TV and a bath with a walk-in shower and closet. The first guest room has a TV and queen bed. The second guest room has a full bed and a small office area with printer. The kitchen is fully equipped and all linens brand new. WiFi are included.

*Note - Club privileges can be added for a minimal fee direct to the Kiva Club.

The host was very response. The house needs some updating but the master bed was comfortable. The kitchen has what you need to prepare a meal. The grounds are well-kept and the amenities were wonderful.

The home was clean, comfortable, roomy and stocked with enough supplies to get you started. The private swimming pool was amazing. The host is very friendly and attentive. She makes sure all your needs are addressed. I would rate my stay here a 10 and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing place to vacation.

2 month stay in AZ

Enjoyed the house and backyard very much. House was as advertised. Very quite neighborhood. We did not use the pool but it was well maintained. Kitchen had all that we needed. There was a gas grill on back patio which we used for steaks, etc. All in all nice open concept house. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Clean, comfortable and complete!

This beautiful home in Trilogy offered a safe and friendly neighborhood. The house was sparkling clean, comfortable and well-stocked. The backyard was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the pool. Check-in and check-out was very easy and Brenda occasionally checked in with us and was always available to answer questions. Thank you JBRR group. Your place was perfect for us!

Trilogy house

House was just perfect for our getaway ! We really loved the pool! Owner was perfect to deal with. She always responded quickly to all questions and info to make our stay that much more comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone with one or two couples.

ARIZONA RELAXATION

My husband and I loved our stay. The owners had everything we could possible think of. We would not hesitate to give them a 5 star rating! The house was beautifully furnished, clean, and welcoming. Great place to stay in Vistansia

Excellent location and property only a short mile walk to the Kiva Club in a super Trilogy property. Enjoyed watching the quail and bunnies cross the property each morning. Even had a bobcat walk around the pool one morning! All the needed accessories were provided from kitchen to pool toys. I’d highly recommend this property for your Peoria stay.

Fabulous Spring Getaway

We had a fabulous month-long stay! The home is nicely decorated and the furniture is very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the private pool in the back yard. It's the perfect size and easy to get in and out of. During our stay we contacted the owners with a couple of question. They responded very promptly and provided the answers we needed. We'd love to stay again!

Amazing house!

Filled with all the amenities you need and a wonderful pool and lovely patio. Love the front courtyard, back patio and Kiva Club. And dinner at V's Taproom is so much fun! A great location!

Lovely Trilogy Rental house

Lovely rental home in Trilogy. The pool is great with sun until late in the day perfect location. The home is well equipped for your stay and owners were most helpful with any issues we encountered. High end quality large screen TV and bikes to ride around the area added enjoyment to our stay. We would recommend this property and would consider renting it again.

Perfect rental and community!

We are just completing 3-1/2 months in this home and couldn't have asked for a better rental. We were familiar with Trilogy, however, the new clubhouse, gym and pool recently opened giving the residents two choices of everything. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable and the house has been well maintained. Having the pool in the back yard was definitely a bonus. Brenda has been great to work with and we expect to be back again.

Amazing house and community!

We had such a lovely time here. The house is beautiful with all the amenities and a great pool and relaxing backyard space. The Trilogy community has it all - events, workout center, spa, golf and great restaurants! We hope to come back again!

Paradise in AZ

My mom rented the home in July and I, along with my 2 year old son, stayed with her while I recovered from surgery. It was a beautiful home! We had a wonderful stay and it was a bit a paradise in the AZ summer. The owners were always there if you needed anything or had a question and very accommodating. Brenda and Jan both checked in and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. There was a small problem with the air conditioning and they had someone come out within a couple hours! I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! I would recommend this place over and over again!

Fantastic Property

We recently rented this property for a month. It was perfection! It had everything one could possibly ask for. The house was immaculate with superior furnishings and every detail was covered inside and out. We had a fabulous time and so enjoyed the outdoor furnishings and pool. The Kiva Club was very close and had every amenity available in an athletic facility. Brenda and Jan were the most genuine owners and so personable. They made sure we were comfortable and attended to any concerns. We also were very impressed with the Trilogy golf course and restaurants. The community is very friendly. I am so pleased with this rental house and would definitely return and recommend.

Perfection

I have rented on VRBO/Home away for at least 20 years and I can honestly say this house was one of the top two rental experiences I have ever had. We rented this home for two months, it was exactly as represented and the owner Brenda could not have been more accommodating or friendly. The Trilogy development is resort like and the people on the community are friendly. I give this property 5 of 5 stars only because I can't give it a six. Three words "rent this house". We would return over and over but after you read this we may not find any open dates. Mike & deb

Great property, great stay!

We spent a month at this property as we were waiting for our permanent home in Trilogy to be completed. The listing provides a very accurate description of the property. The home is very clean, well-furnished and well maintained. There is a wonderful pool, nice outdoor furniture and a great BBQ grill. Everything we needed to be comfortable was provided. The location is great and you can walk to the Kiva Club where the amenities are terrific. The community itself is very friendly and accommodating. The owners are very responsive and are a pleasure to work with. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this property highly.
