Completely renovated with brand new furnishings and finishes, this coastal chic 2BR/2BA Summit condo is located on the East Wing of the Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, and sleeps 6 guests comfortably. This is truly a dream vacation condo! With beach views from the living room and master bedroom, you will enjoy a quiet location just a short 200 yard stroll to the sugar white Tops'l beach!

Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort offers a world-class tennis facility along with the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast! There are upscale restaurants and a beachside grill located on the property. Our rental includes use of the private swimming pool at the Summit, the lower beachside swimming pool, access to the beach and complimentary WIFI. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach.

Our beach condo is stylishly designed in warm coastal colors with comfort in mind. The family room offers plenty of cushy seating, and a 55" flat panel HDTV. The balcony offers seating and a lovely view of the Tops'l beach and the adjoining natural state park. The dining area seats six guests with additional breakfast bar seating for two. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen features stainless appliances, beautiful granite countertops, all the cookware and dishes you will need to prepare meals the family. There is an outdoor BBQ area available at the swimming pool.

Our master suite is tastefully appointed with a king size bed and fresh linens, also offers generous closet space and a flat panel HDTV. The master bathroom features a double vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. With two double beds, a television, and a full bathroom, the guest bedroom accommodations are spacious and comfortable.

Convenient parking for 2 cars is available directly in front of the building, and there are three elevators available. Your check in is simple – just arrive and let yourself in with the door code! This condo is professionally managed, and we are here to make certain your beach vacation is the best! Escape to #802 Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort for a relaxing vacation to remember. Our rental does not include access to the Tops'l Fitness Club and Tennis.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
