Completely renovated with brand new furnishings and finishes, this coastal chic 2BR/2BA Summit condo is located on the East Wing of the Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, and sleeps 6 guests comfortably. This is truly a dream vacation condo! With beach views from the living room and master bedroom, you will enjoy a quiet location just a short 200 yard stroll to the sugar white Tops'l beach!

Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort offers a world-class facility along with the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast! Our rental includes use of the private swimming pool at the Summit, access to the beach and complimentary WIFI. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach.

Our beach condo is stylishly designed in warm coastal colors with comfort in mind. The family room offers plenty of cushy seating, and a 55" flat panel HDTV. The balcony offers seating and a lovely view of the Tops'l beach and the adjoining natural state park. The dining area seats six guests with additional breakfast bar seating for two. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen features stainless appliances, beautiful granite countertops, all the cookware and dishes you will need to prepare meals the family. There is an outdoor BBQ area available at the swimming pool.

Our master suite is tastefully appointed with a king size bed and fresh linens, also offers generous closet space and a flat panel HDTV. The master bathroom features a double vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. With two double beds, a television, and a full bathroom, the guest bedroom accommodations are spacious and comfortable.

Convenient parking for 2 cars is available directly in front of the building, and there are three elevators available. Your check in is simple – just arrive and let yourself in with the door code! This condo is professionally managed, and we are here to make certain your beach vacation is the best! Escape to #802 Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort for a relaxing vacation to remember. Our rental does not include access to the Tops'l Fitness Club and Tennis.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

The location was great. A great short walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded with lots of space. The condo is very close to the grocery and great eating.

Not what we expected

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was dirty and cleaning crew came back and cleaned the floors but didn’t clean anything else. Bathrooms are not updated. And the overall condo needs to be updated. The floors are good and kitchen countertops are good. Everything else needs to be updated.

This is our second year at Topsil# 802. We love the peace and quiet,pool and gated building,we feel very safe. However,last year we noticed a lack of detail in the cleaning and maintenance of # 802.1.Black mold in both bathrooms at the baseboards,faucet and shower curtain. Also in the kitchen sink grate and surround.2.The Keurig doesn’t work.3.Garbage disposer doesn’t work.4.Rug in living room has some gross stains.5.Sisal rugs in bedrooms are a trip hazard and hurt my feet.6.Balcony needs a good wash,it’s filthy.7.Dust is still here,like last year on tables,lamps and headboard of bed.8.King mattress is worn out and has body pits.9.One upholstered chair needs recovering as well as the footstool.10.Master double sinks need a good scrubbing.Don’t get me wrong…we love the location but,we want our vacation place to be cleaner than a cheap hotel especially when we are spending over 200 a day to stay here.I have a cleaning business,50 years now,the lack of detail is unacceptable. If these issues are not addressed,we will not rent # 802 again.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us again and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are happy to hear you continue to enjoy the location, pool, privacy and safety of our rental. Nevertheless, we are so sorry if you were unhappy with the condition of the unit itself. The issues you described are not the standard we want our guests to experience, especially when many of these concerns relate to details that should be addressed before arrival. We have shared your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams, and I have personally put in work orders for the items requiring attention, including the Keurig, bathroom and kitchen concerns, balcony, furnishings, rugs, and mattress. We do want to clarify that the areas referenced as “black mold” have been professionally evaluated and were not identified as black mold. That said, we apologize if this was concerning and will be sure to address the discoloration. We truly appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and especially value the perspective of a returning guest. We hope the necessary improvements will make this unit a property you would feel comfortable choosing again in the future, and we hope to see you again soon.

Great stay!

Perfect condo for a family. Comfortably sleeps 6 people. This is our second year to stay at Tops’l! The pool and hot tub are a family favorite and about a 5 minute walk to the beach, which is also amazing and very clean! They’re pretty strict with the umbrellas. We paid for 3 days of beach service (umbrellas and chairs) and they came and put the umbrellas down about half the time which was frustrating considering we had a baby with us who needed the shade. No complaints other than that. Beach bar has great food and drinks if you don’t want to leave! Enjoyed our stay and will probably be back at the Tops’l next summer!

Quick family getaway

We wanted to plan a quick, family, end of summer getaway. This condo was perfect for the four of us. Short drive to and from the Destin/FW airport. Close to dining and shopping and easy walk to the pool and beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Living room and outdoor furniture need an update. My only complaint is we couldn’t use the tennis or workout facility. They only allow guest who book through Vacasa. We like having workout activities so next time we will rent through them.

Great Management Company - Great Property

We stay at Summit building, about 5-7min walk to beach, the other two buildings are closer, but we enjoyed the beautiful walk in the morning to the beach. Condo was in great shape, and the property team was extremely quick to respond to one of the issues we had and fixed it quickly. We highly recommend staying with Beach Blue, this condo is great. You are very close to great restaurants and shopping across the street, super close to Beach, multiple pools and there is even a bar/restuarant beside the beach that really adds to the already good atmosphere.

Death by a thousand cuts

The living room furniture is in dire need of replacement. The furnace went out. The rugs in the living room and bedrooms are ghastly. Our bed frame broke. The kitchen could have been cleaner. There was not a coffee cup big enough for the largest setting on the Keurig coffee machine. False fire alarms went off in the middle of the night on three occasions. On the positive side, the management was very quick and responsive to addressing several of these issues.

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival crumbs on the kitchen floor and two hairs and crumbs in the fridge. I started cleaning from the time I got there until we went home. Hair balls in the bathroom and bedrooms. Everything from the floors, to the vents and ceiling fans and the mattresses had stains that nobody should ever sleep on. I wanted to cry.

Our housekeeping supervisor inspected the unit on the day you checked in. There were no issues reported at that time. Our housekeeping staff is professional and thorough, however, housekeeping is a task touched by human hands and is subject to items being missed occasionally. For this reason, guests of our properties are provided with contact information for our service staff in case assistance is needed. Had we known you had issues, we would have remedied the problem immediately. Again, we apologize to you and hope to see you again at the beach!

We had a great stay at the condo itself! We had no issue with the short walk to the beach, but it would have been nice to know the rules of what is allowed on the Tops’l beach. We brought a beach canopy, but was told it was not allowed on that beach even behind the area where chair and umbrella services were (3 rows back). Luckily we brought umbrellas as well otherwise we would have been without shade or forced to purchase the chair/umbrella daily rental. We could have walked about 1/2 mile down past the Tops’l beach area to put up our stuff and risk being told the same thing, but with 2 kids under 5 years old, that was not an option. It would have been nice to know what is not allowed or that there is not an area to really set up other than purchasing the beach rental set up. Other than that, the rental was great!

We appreciate your suggestion on providing guests with more detailed beach information and will update our listing information accordingly. To clarify, guests are welcome to set up chairs and umbrellas behind or to the right of Tops’l beach service. However, canopies and tents (other than those used for infants or young children) are not allowed on Tops'l beach. We apologize for any confusion and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
