This newly renovated basement in a beautiful Colonial home has 2 bedrooms and is located just one block from Rock Creek Park with access to downtown DC either by bike, car or metro. Parking!

The Space:
For those looking for outdoor adventure combined with city living!
Come stay in our newly renovated English basement! With two bedrooms, we can comfortably sleep six guests. There is a kitchen, full bath and plenty of parking!

There is a lovely open living area, complete with kitchen for guests to use, and a large SmartTV so guests can rest easy, enjoying each other’s company after a day of sight seeing.

Sleep soundly tucked away from the heavily trafficked streets, and awaken to bird songs and the stunning park just outside of your door.

Enjoy the respite from the hustle and bustle while somehow remaining a stones throw away from the action!

Our Rock Creek Park Residence offers an immaculate refuge for recreation, and a truly grounding and peaceful retreat to escape the action of our Nation’s Capital after soaking it in during the day!

With easy access to metro, nearby farmers market in walking distance as well as TONS of playgrounds and parks, guests can experience the wonderfully unique experience of being immersed in nature while still just a short ways away from the epicenter of the District!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment, it is not shared. There is a separate entrance for guests to use.

There is a family living upstairs. Please note that the everyday sounds and noises of family life (footsteps, stairs, kids playing, etc.) can be heard in both directions. You will undoubtedly hear them (and they will hear you) as they go about their everyday life.

Please note - there is a dog in the main part of the house, it DOES NOT have access to the apartment and you should rarely see him, if at all.

The Neighborhood:
Rock Creek Park is a true city escape. While you have great access to the hustle and bustle of DC's expanding history - you are a short stroll from the soothing connection to nature that is so rare to find in a cityscape.

Enjoy hiking trails, horseback riding, tennis, bicycling and the gorgeous, ranger-led Planetarium located in the park!

Getting Around:
If looking for access to DC's major sites, you are between to two metro stops (both with parking at the station).
