This duplex style holiday property, nestled in a serene neighbourhood, is just a short walk to the glorious Shoal Bay Beach - making it the perfect beachside gateway for up to 6 guests. We also rent 1/10 Catalina Close so multiple families can book both properties.
This 2-story retreat boasts 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 and 2 offer Queen beds and ceiling fans while the spacious third bedroom is equipped with 2 x Trio bunks with Double beds underneath and Single beds on top plus a ceiling fan located in the middle of the room.
Indulge in the chic open plan living and dining area, ideal for sharing cherished moments with family or friends. Cook up delightful experiences in the kitchen set out with a microwave, oven, stove, and family size refrigerator, then settle down for a cosy meal in the spacious dining area.
Step outside into the back courtyard to cook up a feast on the gas BBQ and relax in the outdoor dining area with ceiling fan to unwind and relax with a cool drink in hand. Enjoy the garden view enticing you into a world of tranquillity.
This holiday property includes two bathrooms, with the upstairs providing a separate bath, shower and vanity area, and separate toilet area making this a very usable space. Ensuring a hassle-free experience with off-street parking for two cars and internal laundry facilities including a front loader washing machine and clothes dryer.
This enticing holiday property is situated just a 550m level walk from Little Beach, a paradise for sailing, fishing or exploring the vibrant marine life. Beyond the beach, Nelson Bay town centre offers a variety of dining, shopping and entertainment options is only a quick 5 minute drive away.

A very clean and looks to be recently refurbished property, walkable to the beach, and a 5 minute drive to Nelson Bay town centre. The letting agents are fantastic to deal with and friendly. Great layout as well. One issue - no internet, although I use my phone as a hotspot so I am fine. Has 4G reception, was a bit slow at times.

Great location
Great location and accommodation needs to have the ant problem sorted as it was difficult to store food as no pantry in kitchen so had to leave food on bench
Needs aircon as quite hot at night
Bottom floor bed needs replacing as the springs dig in your back
Would stay there again though

Great place to stay in, very central to the beach and other locations. Just needs an update in the kitchen, with a new oven, pots/pans and a few more salad bowls.

Nice property, good value.
Everything was OK but the BBQ.
The house was clean and tidy.
The gas bottle was empty so we went to exchange it for a filled one but after connecting, the BBQ was faulty and couldn't use it.

Great size, needs checking for cleanliness.
Good size for a family, wasn't very clean. Had to sweep up dead spiders and cockroaches when I arrived and noticed alive baby spiders around ceiling. Main bedroom the bed had dirt or dead animal pieces on the bed that I had to clean up. Neighbour was very noisy every night. Overall, if the house had been checked that morning for cleanliness and cleaned up it would have been a better review.
