The two bedroom, two bathroom beachfront suites are attractively decorated, with white walls, cool pastels, local artwork, polished pine floors and comfortable furniture. Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf from your private balcony or deck.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances will delight the chef in your group.

This two bedroom residence can accommodate 4 guests comfortably with a maximum total of 6 guests. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom.

Featuring historically inspired architecture and craftsmanship, professionally designed interiors, authentic pine flooring, designer fabrics and comfortable furniture. Mainsail Beach Inn units offer direct beach access, heated resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, poolside grill, private beach lounge chairs & umbrellas and bicycle rentals.

A perfect mini honeymoon

We stayed at Mainsail for 3 nights and it was perfect. Beautiful apartment, location and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be returning!

Awesome beachfront condo

This condo exceeded our expectations by far! The condo was amazing and had a beautiful view of our private beach. I cannot say enough about the staff. Rhoda and Matthew were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this condo.

We enjoyed afternoons watching dolphins and manatees beachside and evening sunset from our deck. The unit was perfect for us. Loved it and we will be back next year.

Last minute booking

We were taking our son to a week long camp and drop off was Sunday. We decided to go down a day early (Friday) and enjoy the weekend together. So glad we found this! It was great! Everything we needed was there. We did not even eat out. We cooked in the condo and stayed on the beautiful beach until sunset! Great Weekend, beautiful condo.

Best Vacation Place on AMI!

During the restoration process, we stayed at the Mainsail for a few weeks. Our unit was spacious, very clean, Gulf front and full of beautiful sunsets every evening. Matthew, the property manager, went out of his way every day to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I can't say enough good things about Matthew and his staff!! The property was in great shape and any signs of hurricane damage had been fully repaired. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a relaxing vacation with outstanding service and Gulf views!!!

The iron had no cover where you fill it up with that leaked out on the clothes. The ironing board is extremely low grade that when you ironed a shirt on the narrow end you had to hold it up. The couch needs to be cleaned.

Family vacation simplified

We are a family of four and have done many types of vacations, from fast paced theme parks to various beaches. Staying ocean front at Mainsail Beach inn is a trip we have already planned to repeat because of the simplicity and ease it brings for a beach vacation. Being able to have multiple members of our family at different points of the property (beach, condo, pool) and yet still in such close proximity is a Godsend for our family. I am very picky when it comes to rentals and Mainsail was very clean, with high quality furnishings and facilities. Having property managers on site makes a big difference for small issues that arise (Rhoda and Matthew were great). Nothing beats being able to walk out your door onto the beach and having chairs right there for you. We will be back!

When we arrived the condo was supplied with everything you needed to start your trip. I used grocery delivery from Publix. (Wow- fastest delivery I’ve ever had). Prior to arriving we used Beach Bums to set up beach chair and bike delivery. Next year we won’t have bikes delivered bc Main Sail has plenty to use. The condo also came with a beach umbrella so leave that off the list too. Can’t wait to go back next year! Missing the amazing sunsets!

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 5B. Great beachfront spot with a wonderful view of the ocean. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back. Staff was great and the place was clean. Two things to note: The one (old and janky) gas grill on the property did not work properly. We utilize a grill almost daily when we travel to FL, so this was a huge bummer. It was disappointing that a place like Mainsail Inn didn't have a decent working grill. The beds were decent, but not great. We slept fine, but if you like a firm bed, these are not for you. At the end of our trip, I noticed underneath the bed that all the center supports had given out. So be prepared to sink to the middle of the bed. It wasn't completely uncomfortable but just seems like old worn in mattresses. Again, we'd definitely stay again. We loved the location and everything else about our stay!
