The stunning interiors in your private Holmes Beach vacation rental are elegant, fresh and bright. The two bedroom, 2 bathroom residences are attractively decorated, with white walls, cool pastels, local artwork, polished pine floors and comfortable furniture. All suites have an expansive deck and are just steps away from the sand.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances will channel your inner chef.

This two bedroom residence can accommodate 4 guests comfortably with a maximum total of 6 guests. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom.

Featuring historically inspired architecture and craftsmanship, professionally designed interiors, authentic pine flooring, designer fabrics and comfortable furniture. Mainsail Beach Inn units offer direct beach access, heated resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, poolside grill, private beach lounge chairs & umbrellas and bicycle rentals.

Fabulous location and facility

Everything about this stay was perfect. Everything we could need was provided. Easy check-in and out, you walk right onto the beach, we had our own designated parking spot, and clean and beautiful rooms. Easy location to get to either end of the island. We will definitely be back!

Awesome property

The pictures do not do this place justice. It’s a lot bigger and was plenty of room for 6 people to feel comfy. The place was clean and staff extremely helpful. The beach is just a few steps which we spent majority if our time but the pool area and hot tub were really great. Thanks snd hope yo stay here again next time in Florida!!

Amazing Stay!

We stayed for 3 nights after going to Disney World. It was a great way to wind down and relax. Unfortunately, the weather was bad the entire time. But, we were able to eat next door at Beach Bistro. And, the heated pool meant that we got to go swimming when the rain stopped. So, we still had a great time!

Matt was always around for help when needed and we felt very secure. Really the only complaint was the TV is small and older (not a smart tv) and we typically enjoy movies, Neflix etc in the evenings which we werent able to do.

Great location, well maintained property

We stayed at Mainsail with our two kids (10 & 8). Our unit was spacious and clean. Pool is nice, large, and clean. Fantastic & direct access to the beach including beach chairs. There's a bunch of pool/beach toys for kids' use. Cental location in AMI. Just a few mins to Pine Ave or to Publix. My only note is that while the kitchens have the basics (plates, glasses, cutlery, a few pans) - they are pretty sparse. If you plan to cook, you'll need to buy everything. But overall, we had a fantastic time and plan to return.

It was the perfect location -- we could step outside and walk just a few steps to the pristine white sand beach. The unit was extremely clean and well-stocked. My only complaint would be the early check-out time (10:00am); although Mainsail was kind enough to allow the two of us access to the beach, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for the entire day of our checkout. We loved our stay and only wished it had been longer.

The gulf waters are the closest to the Caribbean waters you can find. Everything is easy and convenient and relaxing here. Matt is always available for any questions we have and Mainsail is very fortunate to have such a dedicated manager. It was an enjoyable stay!

Weekend stay at Mainsail

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We saw this property about a month before while dining at the bistro across the street. We came back the next day to view the ocean front condos. Went ahead and booked for last weekend (06/17/22)with the understanding we had a beachfront main floor unit. Unfortunately we did not get what we thought we booked. We were on the side of the building with a view of electrical transformers and fence. The couple we had invited were also disappointed to find two single beds that we had to move together in the second bedroom. Thought it was another queen size. Had I have known about the accommodations I would’ve never spent $2000 for a two evening stay. Very disappointed but can only blame myself for assuming we had booked a Beach front unit we viewed during our first visit. In my defense, I didn’t know there was anything but beachfront units in the building.

Easy to walk to other parts of island. Manny was very helpful and management company was responsive. The unit was spotless and comfortable. Only one improvement would be to have extra linens easily available to guests!
