The Beach Lodge two-story cottage is just steps from the sand, sleeps up to twelve guests, and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for large families. There is a beachfront reserved pavilion, lush landscape, outdoor dining set, and heated/chilled pool, and is in a desirable location that is within walking distance of several great local spots and shops.
When you step outside your door, you will find your own patio set to enjoy meals, cocktails, or the beautiful Florida weather. Just a short walk will take you past our pool area and through the lush landscape that leads straight to the Gulf of Mexico!
Downstairs
Kitchen: Full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator/freezer combo, electric stove/oven, microwave, blender, a 2-slice toaster, and drip coffee maker. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices and cooking oil are not always available.
Dining/Sitting Area: Dining set that sits 4 in chairs and 2-3 on the bench, plus a cafe bar table that sits an extra 4! There are 2 lounge chairs and a wall-mounted TV.
Living Area: Queen sleeper sofa, TV, small kitchenette area with counter space, a fridge, a microwave, and coffee maker. **Arcade games coming soon!!**
Bathroom #1: Sink, toilet, and a standing shower. No tub.
Upstairs
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, two bedside tables, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #2 (En-suite): Full bathroom with sink, toilet, and standing shower. Is the en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom.
Bedroom #2: This bedroom has a King-sized bed, plenty of drawer space, two ceiling fans, and a TV.
Bedroom #3: This bedroom is accessed through the King bedroom (bedroom #2) and has 2 bunk beds. Each bunk bed has a full-size bed on the bottom, and a twin-sized bed on top. This room has a ceiling fan and TV.
Bathroom #3: Full bathroom with a shower and tub combo.
Outdoors: For those staying in the Beach Lodge, there is a reserved oceanfront pavilion that has enough seating for six. A perfect spot to hang out under the lights at night, or just take in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico views and sunsets!
We have a private beach area that has plenty of loungers. There is also free shared laundry on site. Shared heated/chilled pool with three relaxing waterfalls, beautiful paver pathways leading you to our private beach area, two grilling areas, painted seawall, and pavilion. We have frequent guests who come with extended family to celebrate anniversaries, weddings, family reunions, and holidays. Guests can stay in separate cottages but share the outdoor living spaces. Some large groups prefer to rent the entire complex under "Arbors Seaside Cottages Complex"- this way it can sleep up to thirty guests.

1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. This is an electric pool heater, so please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold.
Pet Policy: We can accept 1-2 small dogs ONLY that weigh 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 + tax per pet is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
Parking: This unit has 2 reserved parking spaces. Guest parking is limited to 1-2 cars on the shuffleboard, first come first serve.

This home is conveniently located down the street from Guilty Sea Sports Pub and VIP Mexican. You will also find the following places within walking distance: JD's Restaurant & Bar, Jimmy Guana's, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, Crabby Bills, Pipo N Betty's Bakery, and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills. For the kids and kids at heart, there's a small waterpark located nearby.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
