Great getaway

The condo was as advertised. Sunrise in the morning sunset at night. The condo was clean ,well appointed and beds were comfortable. Walk to Indian Rocks Beach and local restaurants and bars. The hosts were very accommodating. We will return.

Moon and Stars Over the Intra-Coastal!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, especially the expansive views of the water with bright sunshine all day and brilliant moon and stars all night!

Great place to stay!

We loved this condo! Very close easy walk to the beach! Condo itself was great, it had awesome beds which were so comfy! I loved that there were TVs in all rooms & it had Netflix on it thru roku! We loved that there were beach chairs, wagon & umbrellas for guests to use. And the owner was very easy to work with & accommodating for our special requests we had. We definitely will stay here again!

Florida Get Away

The apartment was clean and comfy when we arrived. It is small, but since it is not over packed there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has a few things into but we never cooked in there since there are so many great places to eat just a few blocks away. A great thing about this place is it is only three blocks to the beach. Parking is almost impossible here so being about to walk to the beach makes this location priceless. All four apartments were rented out while we were there and we could hear the next door neighbors. Though that never bothered us, if you have kids sleeping in the living room, that may be a problem. My favorite thing about this place was the quiet mornings in the back yard. The sun rise was beautiful from here. It was the perfect place to drink your morning coffee. The bedrooms were nice. The bed I slept in was the most comfortable mattress ever. That;s the most important room in the house. I really liked this place and would book it again.

Cleanliness was poor.

The location of this condo is great. You can walk to the beach and sit outside and view the Inter-coastal water. That part was very pleasant. But the condo was very dirty. Ceiling fans were caked with dirt and dust, the baseboards and floors were as well. The dining table was sticky and I couldn’t get that off. I cleaned for 2 hours myself just so we could stay. The furniture was filthy and I covered it with sheets so we could sit on it. The hot tub was green and the grill had quit a bit of left over food on it. In this time of a pandemic, it should have been cleaned well. Other condos I looked at advertised they kept their places “Covid clean”. We should be able to expect that.

Peaceful Getaway

Stayed with my husband, our three kids (11, 8, and 5), and my mom in early April. This place was everything we were looking for: a couple blocks walk to the beach, a fishing dock right out the back patio door, gorgeous sunrise views of the intercoastal waterways, restaurants within walking distance, and comfortable living space. The host was responsive to my questions during the week about supplies we needed, and there is plenty of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, pool noodles, buckets) and a beach wagon to pull it all there! There were renters in all four units while we were there, but everyone was very respectful of each others’ space and we took turns using the shared grill and hot tub. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

July in Indian Rocks Beach

The property was just as wonderful as the pictures. The most well stocked rental I have ever been to. They provided everything you could possibly want for a beach getaway. Brent was quick to respond to any questions. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will definitely be back!

Nice place to stay for a shot time and beautiful view

The place was really nice, clean, spacious and the view was absolutely beautiful. . The property manager was really easy to get a hold of and responded to needs really quickly. The pictures seemed to make it look a lot bigger than it actually is, but it wasn't small by any means, just not as big as I thought. The only issues we ran into were debree and sand in the hot tob from a storm the day before. Also, the beach supplies they supplied (chairs, wagon, umbrella, etc) were not all in our closet by the front door and we only had two chairs which didn't work because there were 5 of us. We ended up using some that we found on the back lawn and while at the beach our fellow renters came up to us and said we were using theirs and we gave them back to them. We were pretty disappointed with that because that was the only day we were really going to the beach and we didn’t have all the beach supplies we wanted. If we had known that was the case we would have brought out own supplies. Lastly, keep in mind that if you rent the bottom floor and the renters above you have kids you can hear them running around. I did reached out to the manager about the hot tub and beach supplies and he came right away to clean the hot tub out and brought us more chairs. Over all it was a really nice place and we would stay there again. Easy access to get to the beach, very nice and friendly people, clean yard and nice view of the bay in the back with a nice patio to sit on and relax.

Perfect getaway!

We had such a great time at this condo! We especially enjoyed the backyard and view. I'm an early riser and loved watching the sunrise as I had my coffee out on the patio. Easy walk to the beach for the day or evening walk to catch the sunset. The condo had everything we needed and is clean and nicely decorated. Many good restaurants near by. The owners are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or issues. We would love to come back!

Rest on the water

Quiet, comfortable, restful. Wonderful to watch the porpoises, birds, fish of the Intercoastal. Walk to the beach and a fine French bakery. It was perfect for a sweet and healing family reunion.

Spring break girls trip

We stayed for 4 days at the beginning of March. The condo is quite convenient to the beach-just about a two block walk right to the public access. There are a beach wagon, chairs, umbarellas, and sand toys available, which was terrific. The condo and yard are not as big as the pictures depict, but the space was certainly large enough. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. The sliding door handle was broken when we arrived, but the owner came by and tried to fix it very quickly. (it had come apart again by the time we left, but it really wasn't a big deal). The second bed in the one bedroom is oddly short. You kind of have to sleep at an angle to fit so I don't think it would be good for two adults, but it was comfortable besides that. ​The owner was really reponsive and helpful when we had questions. Check-in and out was super easy. We loved sitting outside on the patio chatting and watching the water. Very nice location. Nice place especially given the location and the cost. Recommend!

Excellent location with outstanding views. Comfortable with all the facilities you would need.

We were really pleased with the owners offering us an early check in and the details provided were so helpful in assisting us in finding the property. Although the kitchen was a little dated it provided us with all of the expected equipment. The seating area was very comfortable and we found the property in a clean state. My son particularly liked all of the fishing and beach equipment, which was provided at the property. You certainly don't need to worry about being able to enjoy the local area. I would recommend this property to a family of 4 who want to visit Clearwater beach, but have the opportunity to enjoy the less built up area of Indian Rocks. Make the most of the views!

Had a great time!

We loved this location. We could trolley North to Clearwater and South to John's Pass and St. Pete's. The place was comfortable and had great seating outside to enjoy it. What a great place! We would definitely come back! I thought it was weird that their was food in the cabinets that was opened and for who knows how long. I would recommend they get rid of boxed foods that someone had opened and left there. We just left all the food that was there before us and cleaned up our stuff.
