Sunset Paradise is a small complex of 17 units on the beach . Unit 8 is in the smaller building (#2) at the side of the complex - with a partial side view of the beach. The unit has a large balconyto sit out with your morning coffee. There is parking for two cars at the front of the unit . There is stairway access to the unit .

The complex hosts a great pool and hot tub, sun loungers by the pool deck where you can sit and relax in the sun along with a large gas BBQ - you can step from the pool area directly onto the beach - less than 100 steps from the unit and you will be on the beautiful beach , wonderful for families or couples alike. Indian Rocks Beach is a peaceful area - you are spoilt for choice with wonderful restaurants just a short walk away , Guppys , Keagans , groupers , to name a few - pop to the french bakery for fresh pastries and croissants in the morning or into the popular Grove surf cafe for a perfect breakfast spot - a short walk along the beach and you are there . You have even more to choose from a short car ride. if you are looking for more than a beach holiday then you have plenty to choose - you are nearby to Tampa - St Petersburg or Clearwater so you can visit , theme parks, shopping malls, museums and sporting events are all within easy reach. Local tennis and pickle ball courts are at IRB At the end of the day you can return back to this comfy unit to relax and sit on the beach, or BBQ your dinner by the pool to view the glorious Florida sunset .
