Never again with the host

The host cancelled reservation. Provided no explanation. When customer service was called they said it was due to a leak however house was listed within an hour of cancellation. Til today I still have not heard from the host. I will forever bypass any property that is associated with this host.

Few amenities

This house had very few things needed for badic survival. One fry pan for example. Ive never stayed at a vrbo that was so bare. Pool was FREEZING and we were unable to use.

Needs improvement

Unit was not very clean for us having to pay a cleaning fee...no where in the description did it mention having to pay for a minimum of 4 days when paying extra to heat the pool. Also its a joke to have to rent the propane grill on site...what next, are you going to charge for the tv remotes

Just "Okay" Rental Property

The rental property wasn't very clean. The walls were dirty with what looked like dirty handprints on the walls. The amenities are very minimal. I'll admit that the quantity of soap and toilet paper are listed in the description, but if you are staying an entire week, I'd expect a rental to provide more than 1 roll per bathroom. Kitchen rags are limited and they don't provide much in the way of dish soap. The fridge filter was significantly overdue for a replacement and the pool was very dirty and hadn't been cleaned recently, but management did get someone to replace the fridge filter. I had to spend abt an hour skimming all the nasty bugs off the pool the first day. We didn't have any the rest of the week, which makes me believe the pool is not cleaned regularly. Communication is sub par. I received the same auto email from the management company about 4 times asking for the same information even though I had already provided it and had confirmation that they'd received what they needed. I'd ask a question, and it usually would take a 24hrs to respond. The posting pictures don't aling with the room setups. The process for checking in is outdated with the HOA check in process. Ultimately, it's a large house that is good for large groups with plenty of space, so I gave the property a 3 star instead of a 2 or 1. They could get a 5 star with better deep cleaning, providing a few extra for those with extended stays, being more responsive, and fixing their automated email process.

Just what we expected

This Villa was beautiful! Furniture was comfortable, pool was clean and location was great! A washer and dryer are provided as well, however, the dryer isn’t the greatest. It took several runs to dry one load of clothes. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone.

Great time

The property was clean and comfortable. This is our second time staying here. It is located in a convenient location. My kids loved having a private pool and option of going to the community pool with lazy river. We would stay here again.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Beds!

Perfect location to/from the Disney parks. Near multiple shopping areas, restaurants, gas, and more. Clubhouse was awesome and the pool area was super clean. Very comfortable beds and hot showers, exactly what we needed after walking all day at Disney. 100% recommended!

Great little spot near Disney

We rented this property a bit last minute when our other plans fell through and decided on a Disney vacation instead. We had 11 folks in our party and everyone had a comfy spot to sleep including our senior parents on the first floor. The house itself was clean with all the starter amenities you need to rent a house. We went in knowing there wouldn't be any basic food supplies per Florida law but all appliances were ready for us. Carpet could use a replacement, but again, I didn't feel the need to clean anything. Themed rooms were super cute and there was enough furniture to set out a week's worth of clothes without issue. Overall, easy host to work with - everything we needed to know was emailed beforehand several times and also on the day of checkout. I would rent this house again!

Very clean and plenty of linens.

The house was immaculate which was important to all of us. There were plenty of linens that were sealed in plastic fresh from the laundry service. It's a townhome and connected to other residences but we never heard a sound from either side. It could be because everyone's dead tired from a full day at Disney to do anything but shower and crash though. Everyone mentioned how comfortable their beds were too so that's a big plus! We will definitely stay there again!

It was just perfect!

This was a last minute reservation for our family trip and there was plenty of rooms. We have 3 teenagers and the place was more than enough. It was so nice to come from the parks and everyone having their own shower. The heated pool was nice and there is even a half bath outside.

Perfect for a Family Vacation

This property was just as described, the home was very clean. My family enjoyed the pool and all amenities close by. All Parks are with in a 25 minute drive and the neighborhood is well kept and made us feel safe.

July 4th family getaway

Overall the house was great. It is large and spacious and offered more than enough room for our group of 10. The 2nd floor entertainment area was a great hang out space for my 20 yo son & his friends. The main floor bedroom and bathroom was great for my elderly mom. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The private pool was great! There are only 4 bathrooms, it is listed as 4.5. Request the QR code at check in to use as your gate entry-so much easier! The drawbacks…the house needs a little attention. Nearly half the blind slats are missing on the slider to the pool. The outdoor cushions are stained and The card table is broken & warped. There are several spots in the house that just need a little love. The lazy river does not provide any floaties and allows people to walk/run through it. I paid to rent a grill from management so I was disappointed to learn there was already one at the house. Just a few things would make it a 5 star stay.

Loved the townhouse

Overall property was beautiful. First floor bedroom was great for me (age 69) the kids loved having their own bedroom and bathroom. Great having laundry room. And of course the private pool was just the best. The worst thing was complex installed a new security system to get in with all new protocol, we were never informed and by the look of the lines neither were other guests, it took 20 minutes + to get in for many days. Drivers actually knocked the bar down in frustration a few times. This should have been phased in instead of changing w/ o notice. I would also suggest putting a grab bar in the first floor shower as you have to step down. Needed a few more towels and the kitchen needs restocking on coffee cups and a few more things. I had to mop the kitchen floor when we arrived because it was sticky, step carpets and bedrooms needto be shampooed, otherwise all was clean. Suggestions:

COVID Spring Break

5 ******'s! Like the rest of the world right now we needed a break from our lives. Orlando is a quick easy drive for us and this house was perfect! It is exactly like the photos show and so cozy. We felt very at home. I had a few questions before we arrived and the property management company was very helpful. We showed up ready to have our groceries delivered and enjoy our stay. The Complex is huge and the main pool is across the street in a separate neighborhood from where the townhouse is. We tried to use the main pool a few times, but it was down for maintenance every time we packed up and made our way over ready to swim. We did use the lazy river for an hour one morning but it was freezing. I'm glad we paid for the private pool to be heated. We used it everyday! We would return from an outing and our kids would be in the pool again for hours. The house was so clean upon our arrival. Each set of towels per guest were on the bed sealed in a bag ready for use. The kitchen has everything you would need for a family. We cooked every meal except one while we were there to include a birthday cake for my son. The location is an easy drive to the backside of Disney, or a quick hop onto 27, 429 or I-4 to get anywhere you want to go. My family loved this house and we will be a returning guest over and over again. I'm already looking to go back this summer! Only two cons I can say which aren't really a big deal are that the check in to get your gate pass can take a while because of all the people who are checking in at once. You have to stop at the security guard building (across in the other neighborhood) before you can go into the gate for your section. Also, the parking was a bit crazy due to how many people were staying at the houses next door to us. Everyone parked on both sides of the street making a tight drive to get in and out of the street. Again either one made an impact on our vacation just nice to know for next time. Thank you for opening your home to us! We'll see you again soon!

Excellent home base for Disney vacation

This property was exactly to as described, pool at house and common property pools are great, we especially liked the lazy river. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. Only downside is gates to enter property require calling to security and there were often issues and long lines of cars waiting to get in which was frustrating. But otherwise this is a great quiet neighborhood, only a short drive from Disney parks.
