This luxurious gated community is one of the most popular in the wider Orlando area, and now is your chance to get in on all the action.



With an abundance of exclusive amenities, you might just forget all about those nearby theme parks and choose to spend all your time right here on site. Guests of all ages will enjoy a resort-style pool, waterslide, lazy river, splash pad, hot tub, tiki bar, sports courts, and a 10,000 square foot clubhouse hosting a state-of-the-art fitness center, video arcade, sundries shop, and kid’s activity center.



You won’t have to stray far from the home, however, to kick off all the fun, your own private enclosed patio and lanai offering hours of swimming, soaking, and sunbathing. Lose yourself in the pages of a good book while stretched out on chaise lounge seating or host a lunch al fresco as you take a break in the shade. In the rare event you encounter a rainy day, the garage-converted game room has you covered, energizing your days and nights with air hockey and foosball tables, a hoops game, and tabletop arcade stocked with retro games.



Inside the home, you’ll find spaces just as impressive as those outdoors, with enough room for everyone in your party to spread out and find their own private corner and communal areas bringing you back together to connect and celebrate. Binge all your favorite series on the smart TV in the stylish living room while curled up on comfortable sofa seating or head up to the loft with your favorite snacks for an immersive movie night on the spacious sectional. The sparkling kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy granite countertops, and rich dark cabinetry stocked with everything you need to create delicious homecooked meals. Enjoy a spread of hors d’oeuvres while seated up at the island or have a seat at the table for a more formal dining experience, the chic setup seating 6.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 6 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #6 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.



The home also includes a half bathroom along with 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles with overflow parking on the street as needed.

• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.

- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.



• This home is equipped with one (2) external security cameras, located on the left front of the house and actively monitoring the front door, driveway and street.

- Trailers, RV's or boats are not allowed in the community.

- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.

- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.



• Our community has implemented updated security and access procedures. Gate codes have been permanently deactivated, and all guests must now stop at the Tripoli Ct. guardhouse upon arrival. Access is granted with a proxy card, which will be issued upon presentation of a valid ID and booking confirmation (including property address and stay dates). A one-time $20 vehicle use fee will apply per vehicle starting August 1, 2025 . Each home has a maximum number of allowed vehicles, Any additional vehicles must be parked off-site. These new procedures are designed to enhance security and ensure a smooth experience for all guests.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. This spectacular home is located less than 10 miles from Walt Disney World and just 25 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Sunset Walk is just a quick 15 minutes away, featuring the Island H2O Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone here in Kissimmee!
