Located in a quiet street and close to Blairgowrie shops, the front and back beach. Spend the mornings at the beach, the afternoon playing board games (provided) and then the evening in the large courtyard relaxing. This family getaway is newly furnished!
This home has a very large living space, plus a second living space for the adults or kids to escape to. It also has a well equiped children s playroom!
Features large air conditioned open plan living space with large dining table, large corner couch and well equipped kitchen. Separate living area featuring a working fire place. The outdoor space has a dining table for 8 and a relaxing casual couch area for afternoon cheese and biscuits or a BBQ! WIFI now available!
The main bedroom is large and has a queen bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, luggage rack and ensuite.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with built in wardrobe.
The third bedroom has 2 sets of double bunks and also has a built in wardrobe. An additional 2 stretcher beds and portacot are also available for use.

PARKING The carport has 2 spots, plus driveway and additional off-street parking for 3 cars at the front of the property.

HOUSE RULES
The Mornington Peninsula Shire Code of Conduct states that:
1. All guests must park onsite. Off-street parking is provided for 3 cars in the driveway of this property. Parking of vehicles in the street is not permitted. 2. Additional accommodation is not permitted on site by way of tents, caravans or camper vans. 3. Only guests nominated and agreed in the booking may stay overnight. If other guests stay, extra charges will apply and the agreement may be terminated without refund. 3. Outdoor areas are not to be used between 11pm and 7am. 4. Unacceptable behaviour is not tolerated (aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming, arguing, cheering, clapping, singing). 5. Guests must dispose of waste in the rubbish and recycling bins provided. Excess rubbish left beside the bins will incur additional charges. 6. Schoolies groups, parties and events are not permitted. 7. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. 8. Pets are not permitted.
NOTE - BYO linen (or linen service on request at an additional charge). Kitchen hand towel, tea towels and bathroom hand towels and bath mats are provided.

Weekend at Blairgowrie
We had a lovely weekend at Monica’s house. The house was in a great location not far from Blairgowrie shops, cafes and the beach. The house was perfect for our family. It was well set up with everything we needed. The addition of a high chair and portacot was fantastic for families with kids.

A great space
We had such a great time here. The house was big enough for us to spread out and have some space while the kids played. The beds were so comfortable and the outdoor space was perfect. We ate outside most days. The area was great for going for walks to the back beach or front beach, though we would drive when we went as a family. It's located to give lots of easy beach choices.
The kitchen is really well equipped and the play room was brilliant for the kids.

Godwin Street, Blairgowrie
Easy to book. Easy checking. House was comfortable and clean. Beds comfortable. Dining room and kitchen had all the necessities. Entertainment via smart TV was good. Youngsters enjoyed the toy room.
Overall a restful pleasant mid-week stay enjoyed by all.

I can highly recommend this property for a short stay holiday,
was very relaxed and had some great bonding time with the kids beacause there was no wifi....
very clean property and a big enough barbeque, weather was good which always helps

Beautiful house
We have spent 3 days during Easter in this holiday house. We really enjoyed it. The bedroom and facilities are very clean. Great outdoor areas for BBQ and facilities. The owner are very nice and kind. Few minutes drive to Sorrento ane back beach. Really continent location. Neighbors are really nice too. Great experience

A cozy place with a large 80's style kitchen
We enjoyed our stay. The location was a 5 min walk to Blairgowrie's back beaches, and a 6 min drive to the swimming beach. The large lounge was spacious and catered for all of us. The house reminded me of the classic 80's holiday homes we used to visit. It had all that we needed for our stay.

Great family holiday house! Perfect for 2 families
Great house for a family holiday! We had 2 families stay here together and there was plenty of space for us all! Very clean, well maintained property with a nice outdoor space. Kids loved the toy room! Monica was great to deal with and answered any questions we had quickly. Nice quiet location too.
