Heaven In The Hills
is located on 25 acres of amazing wilderness. There is an abundance of wildlife including birds kangaroos, koalas. There is a steep bush track that will take you to a private waterfall and swimming hole.

Heaven in the hills has a main house with full commercial kitchen, manicured lawns,
private gardens.
Four bedrooms upstairs two master bedrooms at each end of the house both with private ensuites. The other two bedrooms on the top level share one bathroom. There is a lounge room, formal dining room, balcony for outdoor dining rumpus room for kids and office space. On the lower level there is a massive entertaining area and two other bedrooms there is one bathroom on that level. washing machine and dryer. There is the Butlers galley which has tables chairs cutlery crockery and spare linen and Manchester.

On the property there are also four other freestanding self-contained cottages.

- The train carriage
The train carriage is a romantic step back in time. they attention to details in the refurbishment of this steam train carriage will take you on a journey like nowhere else. The train carriage is split in the middle by a closing door. Each side of the door mirror images each other. both sides have a master bedroom, two other rooms that both have single beds bath and shower toilet and fully equipped kitchen. both sides lead out onto a private balcony which overlooks the wilderness. Each side of the carriage can be used privately or the middle door can be open and will sleep 8 people.

- Cottage one
This is a two story cottage with balconies and patios on both levels. The top level has a master bed and two single beds there is an open fireplace and a small balcony off the main bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas oven and bath toilet and dining area.
downstairs has its own bathroom and three separate rooms. One of the rooms has a queen bed the other has two single beds in the end room has a lounge room with the fireplace all the rooms fade off a master hallway which has sliding doors that open onto the patio. this two story cottage sleeps eight people. In the lounge area to more trundle bed s this two story cottage sleeps eight people. In the lounge area to more trundle bed s can be placed sleeping a total of 10. With two bathrooms and showers. Upstairs has a massive balcony with the daybed.

this is truly a retreat in the wilderness. You cannot see any of the other cottages and you can not hear what people are doing in the other cottages on the property.

13 bedrooms . The property sleeps 34 people with 10 bathrooms and showers.

There is also a bar in the carport which has its own entertaining area out the back.

There are loads of private to sit and enjoy nature.

I have the property on the market. I have had the property leased for the last six years as a wellness retreat.

The property operates and is good for commercial operation however it would make and amazing holiday experience for large families have children - grand children - great Grand children . Everyone can have their own private accommodation where they can t hear or see the other guests.

The main house is catered so that everyone can eat together also each of the cottages are self-contained so that self catering in the cottages is available.

The property is also perfect for weddings or corporate getaways

The entire property is yours.

You will have contact with my property manager who can come and assist with any issues you may have.

I have staff on my books Who I can put you in contact with should you require the services of

- catering staff
bar / kitchen / wait
- chefs
- event setups
- event bump outs
- hire equipment company's

The entire property is cleaned on Tuesday,
the lawns are mowed and general mantinace takes place.

Each bed is made with fresh hotel linen service sheets and 2 towels + face cloth per person.
Each bed has a spare set of linen in the cupboard.
Any extra linen can be delivered with 24 hours notice and will be invoiced. there is a washing machine and dryer on site.

Heaven in the hills is a special for relaxation and rejuvenation of your heart and soul.

Celebrations are welcome
however this is not a party venue. absolutely no amplified music after 10 will be tolerated. Respect to the neighbouring properties and the wildlife is not only courtesy it will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate ejection from the property and loss of Bond.
