Welcome to your South Padre Island oasis at 119 E. Cora Lee! This picturesque beach house boasts 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, a private pool & hot tub, fantastic outdoor kitchen with flat screen tv's, and is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach!

Accommodating up to 20 guests, 119 E. Cora Lee is the perfect vacation rental property for families and friends! One of the coolest features of this home is the backyard which entails a pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen area with a flat screen tv! Enjoy laps around the sparkling pool, soaking in the hot tub, or an afternoon of grilling and laying out poolside with family & friends! When you're ready to put your toes in the sand and gaze at the ocean for miles and miles, South Padre Island's beautiful beach is a 5 minute walk from your door!

Guests will have plenty of room to hangout and relax in the massive second floor living area of this home. The living room features high vaulted ceilings and has ample seating with a comfy sectional couch, chair and flat screen tv. The living room offers a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The dining area is located next to the living space in this open floor plan. The dining table offers seating for 8 persons and is a great spot to enjoy family time.

Preparing family meals will be a joy in the kitchen of this vacation rental. The kitchen is also located on the second floor just off the dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils.

Slip away into your elegant Master bedroom featuring a comfortable king size bed, optional Queen size Murphy bed, and large flat-screen TV. The spacious master bathroom with walk in tile shower & a balcony is perfect for morning coffee, or reading a book under the sun, you'll indulge in the much need relaxation you've been looking for! The master bedroom is located on the second floor.

There are two additional guest rooms located on the third floor. The first guest bedroom entails a King bed with flat screen tv. The third bedroom entails two sets of full size bunk beds with flat screen TV. The 4th bedroom is conveniently located on the 1st floor just off the pool area and entails a king bed and twin day bed with trundle.

Great location with large, well maintained pool

Location of this home is great! The private pool was large and well maintained. The size of the home was perfect for our large family gathering. SPI Rentals responded immediately when called for a maintenance issue and resolved the problem.

House was really equipped with everything we needed. We had to call for a mop but they brought us one right away. The kids loved the pool! We loved cooking on the outside grill. The kids held a weekend long ping pong tournament. They actually spent more time at the house than the beach. The outdoor showers were such a convenience for sand. Multiple fridges outside and in bottom room along with kitchen. We were able to have drinks on all levels of the house. Only thing that sucked was my family arrived a few hours early and we weren’t allowed early check in. It would be nice to be able to check in at an earlier time. And one suggestion for the backyard is to maybe add some umbrellas. We bought umbrellas for shade for the pool. That’s pretty much the only bad things I have to say. Other than that it was a great home for teens and family. We didn’t get any photos.. we were having too much fun! We would definitely love to stay here again with an earlier check in.

Perfect fit for our family

Loved the house. It was a perfect fit for our family. The pool was excellent big enough for our family. We had some minor problems but as always SPI always comes to the rescue.

Awesome stay

We had an awesome stay. This was our first time using SPI and we had an excellent time. My checkin was smooth no issues. We were a large group that had more than four cars and the staff answered all our questions on where we can park without having any issues. We were only a very short walk to the beach. The house was great, we would stay here again!

We had a great time. The seaside sanctuary is a beautiful and spacious house, and it's about as close to the beach as you can get without being literally beach front. Back yard pool, hot tub, and grills (flat top and "standard") were a real bright spot for evening relaxing. Reasonably clean and kitchen is well appointed, but knives and nonstick pans were in pretty rough shape. Tons of comfy beds, two dining seating areas, and a generous lounge/tv area for relaxing between adventures.

Walk to the beach and enjoy the waves and sand

Nice place. Location is choice, walking to beach is simple. There is no pool heater when the description leads you to believe so. Overall nice place, with ocean right there. Wake up, walk to the beach and enjoy the waves and sand.

Perfect family getaway

Annual Trip

Once again we enjoyed our annual stay at SPI. The house was lovely and pictures matched what we found. The only two things to note: the main floor bedroom is separate from all the others and has either an outdoor entrance (from the pool) or an entrance from inside the garage and the bunk room needs the bunks attached to the walls—extremely squeaky with the slightest movement. The outdoor kitchen could’ve been cleaner but overall we lived our stay.

Great

This was a perfect stay for our family vacation. Six adults and 2 kids. Not only was the house plenty big but there were so many extras- games, the garage had ping pong and fooseball, fully equipped kitchen…. Pool with outdoor shower was a great way to end a beach day. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Seaside sanctuary

The inside of house was awesome!!! Bedrooms all very comfortable and cool. Only issues we had was not enough pots and pans . We were very disappointed in the outside kitchen area !!! Very very dirty! The guys spent a long time cleaning the black stone and grill. TV's didn't work and very little sitting . The lounge chairs that were there were rusted and had sharp edges The pool and hot tub was awesome!! Very clean . Overall we would rent again .

Fine, but not as great as the pictures make it look

Starting with the positives. The beds were comfortable and sleeping arrangements were as advertised. The hot tub and pool were great additions. The three levels provided plenty of space. The best part was the location; a short, easy walk to the beach. The bad is the condition of the exterior kitchen and backyard area. The patio furniture is rusted through. I understand the conditions of the area (salt water), but replacing items more often is just necessary in those kinds of elements. The outdoor TV didn't work and the countertops/stucco could have just used a deep cleaning to make it more appealing for us to spend more time out there and prepare food in the area. The fence needs mending/replacing. In general, if the exterior kitchen/sitting area had been cleaner and offered furniture that wasn't rusted through, we would have utilized and enjoyed this space more amd would have rated better. But, we chose this house over others because the pictures make that seem like an area to spend a lot of time. We didn't use it near as much as we would have liked to because of the condition.

Review

We loved our home and the location. The pool and outdoor spaces were so lovely! That flattop grill was a hit! Just a short walk to the beach and access to chairs, cooler, umbrellas was the perfect addition. Could have advertised the home had some of the amenities in lieu of renting them. And the basement bedroom could use air conditioning. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

Space & Pool

This house has everything you need. The three levels provided plenty of space for fifteen of us. The beds were comfortable. The outside pool area was a big hit with all ages. The best part is that the ocean is a very short walk to paradise! One suggestion we would make is to have an outside patio table so we could have ate and played cards outside while the kids swam.

Absolutely Loved It

Great Vacation House

Our family of fourteen, six adults and eight children ages eleven and younger, recently spent a week at this house. This house has so many positives, from its close proximity to the beach, great pool with adjoining hot tub, outdoor kitchen,garage loaded with games and lots of beach toys and chairs, comfortable beds, quality appliances, and on and on. We would consider renting this house again. Why is my rating only above average? With a few improvements it could be much more visually appealing. Both front and back decks are in desperate need of paint or stain and the front deck could be useful with some furniture. The pool area lacks any landscaping. Maybe the owner doesn't want to maintain grass? That's fine but why have all those beautiful empty pots? A few flowers would make the space beautiful. I cannot leave a review without mentioning South Padre Rentals. We had a few minor issues when we arrived. Their polite and charming maintenance man was there within minutes and resolved everything. When I called the office about another problem, it was immediately resolved. I will definitely use this agency in the future!

Annual family vacation

We had a blast, we loved the big swimming pool...very clean. The property had everything we needed for cooking, bbqing. It was very clean. Love going thru SPI RENTALS, staff is always friendly and explains in detail the stay and surrounding area ideas. Would definitely recommend and will return.

Family reconnects

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this beach house. There was a little issues with the house not ready upon our arrival, and the cleanliness of the house seemed rushed. However, SPI was quick to respond to our needs or issues that were addressed within the hour or sooner.

Stunning

This house is clean, huge and very well kept! Our family of 8 adults & 2 kids had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the property. The Blackstone grill was something we used daily for breakfast, lunch & dinner. My husband is buying one for our house now lol. The pool is very large (we did have to bring our own umbrella for shade as one was not provided, but it fit in the hole on the splash pad area). The main kitchen was well stocked with everything needed as was the outdoor kitchen. We loved that there was a little "apartment" with king bed and full bath on the first floor for our elderly family that have a hard time with stairs. The abundance of tvs throughout the home was refreshing. Beach chairs were provided and enjoyed. The kids loved the ping pong and foos ball tables in the garage. The beach is a walkable distance and we were able to shower in the poolside shower before going into the house, so no sand in the house! We all really really loved this home and will definitely book it again :)
