Relax and enjoy the mountain air at this lovely Victorian Home. You do NOT have to cross the road to get to the water. This is Lake George Waterfront Property . We are in a protected 5MPH bay that is wonderful for swimming , fishing , kayaking , ect. Also, Please read ALL of our feedback for an overall fair idea of what we offer . If you have special needs , Please ask those questions PRIOR to making a booking request, not after you commit to a reservation. We have several families that return every Summer and are very happy with the accommodations we offer. We are close to the Mossey Point State Launch Site , The Tiroga Point Town Beach , and the Snug Harbor Marina. All are right down the street from the house within 10 minutes. The main downtown district is about 1 mile from the house . Also Fort Ticonderoga , Walmart Super Center , Ticonderoga Golf Country Club , Star Trek Movie Set , and several restaurants are just minutes from the house as well ,
The home has a lovely sitting porch , a large living room with 4 sofas , 1 Queen sleeper, a large eat-in kitchen with plenty of cabinets. Owner is a licensed realtor. There is a Bathroom and a laundry room off of the kitchen. There are 5 Bedrooms upstairs, and a guest area, each with AC, and a Flat Screen TV. We have a total of 8 separate beds . 2 King beds, 4 Queen beds, and 2 twin bunk beds. There is a Full Bath Upstairs as well. The lake is about 100 yards from the back of the house . Lots of lawn for outdoor games. The boathouse is next door on a separate adjoining lot that is accessed by a natural footpath. Please Inquire if you have any questions.
